I understand your disappointment regarding the absence of a minibar, as we do not provide them in our rooms as part of our 3-star hotel standards. Dear Nicole, Thank you for sharing your experience at our hotel. We are sorry to learn that the room did not meet your expectations, particularly regarding its size and lighting. We would like to point out that the dimensions of the rooms are available on our website and on booking platforms, in order to provide detailed information prior to the selection of the room. We apologise for the inconvenience regarding the temperature in your room. Our facility follows the Municipality's Guidelines for Environmental Safety so we are not able to turn on the AC until mid-May. As for the toiletries, we are committed to maintaining transparency in the information displayed. Your feedback is valuable for improving our services.
