Lenôtre Terms and Conditions for Le Club Accorhotels Loyalty Members

1.Earning Rewards points

Le Club Accorhotels program members receive one Le Club Accorhotels point for every euro spent (points are earned on the invoice total before tax) at any Lenôtre boutique in France, as well as at the Pavillon Elysée restaurant in Paris. Members will also earn one Le Club Accorhotels point for every euro spent when purchasing Lenôtre cookery courses, as well as for purchases made via the Lenôtre Customer Sales department.

Purchases partially or totally paid for using Le Club Accorhotels rewards gift vouchers are not eligible for earning Le Club Accorhotels points.

Cannot be used in conjunction with other loyalty programs or employee scheme benefits.

2. Complaints with partners

2.1. Earning points

If the member finds that their Rewards points have not been credited within a maximum of six weeks following their Lenôtre purchase, they may make a complaint by completing the complaint form available on the AccorHotels.com website, providing an explaination of their complaint and attaching any supporting evidence, within six months following the day of purchase at Lenôtre.

For the member to be credited with the points, the invoice corresponding to the complaint must be in the name of the Le Club Accorhotels card holder.

2.2. Redeeming Le Club Accorhotels rewards vouchers

For any complaints regarding acceptance of Le Club Accorhotels rewards vouchers at Lenôtre, the member may use the corresponding complaints form in the Help and Contact section of the website.
