Clean hotel, great staff. Rooms small but efficient, in true European style. Hotel located in residential area on major bus route, serviced by many bus routes to major bus/train Terminus. Front desk & restaurant staff very accommodating, efficient & friendly.
I would certainly recommend to stay at this place in Rome. Its convenient from Roma Termini which is just 10 mins in bus. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, they helped us to get to places with bus and train information. The Breakfast is good and so is the restaurant. Wish, they had some more varieties in the Dinner menu, however overall we were quite happy with the location, rooms and overall things.
I was two weeks at this hotel but instead of two weeks of fun and pleasure these were two weeks of suffering. The hotel is located in the area of construction and all day from 07.00 hours in the morning and till the afternoon hours a unbearable noise. I appeal to the reception but without all of the granting of a solution. Sorry but some of the reception staff very not friendly and very not attentive to guests problems. If when I ordered the room would indicate the possibility of noise because of the area construction I would think twice before I order in this hotel and pay 1000 euro for two weeks of suffering.
Rooms were excellent, but nothing else was. Location is quite far out from the city and airport, not close to metro stations, although bus stop was close. Breakfast was average, and the restaurant staff was always grumpy and very poor service. Front desk however, was very warm and helpful. Housekeeping was good.
This was the best hotel we stayed in on our trip. It exceeded our expectations. Mario was a great help as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will stay here again when I have a return visit.
I was chocked after paying two single rooms and I received two rooms for persons with disabilities. The rooms where very poor concerning the facilities. Also we were obliged to listen every day, from 06.30 a.m. a lot of noise. When I mentioned to the reception all the discomfort, they told us that the noise was coming from another... building. It was not true...
I enjoyed staying at the hotel. The staff was very nice and the rooms were very clean, especially the bathroom:) And the location is easy for transportation. The breakfast was better than I expected so ıt was bonus for us. We stayed in a family room and it had a balcony with a nice view.
Lovely hotel. Bit further away from the attractions we wanted to visit but more than made up for it with how friendly and inviting the hotel is. Staff helpful to point out taxi prices too. Value for money.
Marco, the person at the front desk, was very helpful to us. He advised us on travel to the city center, restaurants, and more. The room was economical, comfortable and very clean. Even though it is 5km from the city center the room price makes up for the distance. I guess you can weigh the travel cost against staying at a pricier hotel in the city center. We have done that before but the rooms were not reliably nicer. We took bus 60 or 90 to get downtown, at a cost of 4,50 Euro for 3 people, or take an 11 Euro taxi. (The taxi was worth the extra expense at the end of the day!) The restaurant was good too. We enjoyed dinner in the hotel restaurant, NeverMind, in the evenings after a long day of walking around Rome. NeverMind had a nice menu, prices are in the medium range. The rooms were quiet, I didn't hear traffic in the room unless we opened the windows. The room temperature was constantly comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and shower was nice. We would stay there again.
Location provides easy access to airport and town centre, and has good restaurants nearby. However, they could certainly do much better. Hard to sleep due to a hot room - no air conditioning functioning until June, no ventilation, very noisy street outside if you open the window. Decent sized room, but no soap, and broken toilet seat ?
Very nice design. Most of the staff were very kind, however the staff in the morning were not too friendly. They could smile more. And check out was a bit slow. I was satisfied with the room. It was very nice.
We were not expecting much of the hotel and were very pleasantly surprised. It's a bit off the beaten track, but the buses are good straight into Termini. The staff were very nice in the hotel and restaurant, the bed was comfortable and the rooms quiet and clean, all at a very good price. We shall definitely stay there again.
We spent three nights there. This hotel is not located in the heart of Rome, but its advantages can compensate the distance. The hotel is quite new and rather high-tech. There is 10 minutes walk to Libia metro station and next 15 minutes metro trip to Colosseum. Breakfast is rather typical for Ibis hotels, so do not expect too much. But breakfast lounge turns into fine restaurant at afternoon. I can recommend it for the people (especially families) taking aim between hostels and high quality network hotels
