Great standard is what to expect from Ibis, and is what you get. It is a bit on the high side though. Would be great if they get a professional to take care of the kitchen especially for breakfast. The staff are very friendly.
I really enjoyed staying there and I strongly recommend Ibis. Great location(business hub, near aéroport, Marine Mall and several good restaurants). Nice design. Good rate ( included breakfast and dinner) Good food. Great service. Memorable Experience overall
We enjoyed a stay in polished, colorful, ice-cold, efficient hotel set in a shabby, concrete, jungle-climate environment within sight of southern Ghana's only international airport. Breakfast included both Ghanaian and continental options. They fixed our broken in-room safe promptly. At check-in, saw prior guest paying corporate rate 1/3 less than rate quoted us. Accor card useless.
The hotel is fine. The rooms are very small and there is no stand to place your baggage on. The hotel didn't any electrical adaptors for me, and told me that adaptors are sold at the gift shop. When i went to the gift to get an adaptor they had been sold out. I need to charge my phone so this was a problem. The food was terrible.
Nice business hotel, close to town centre and airport. Great flexible airport pick-ups. Not so flexible about dropping you back to airport as shuttle bus runs on the hour only. Rooms are clean and comfortable with nice showers. Internet is great. Gym and Pool are basic and do the job, if you're lucky enough to be the only one in them. Restaurant and food is good for breakfast, but not so good for vegetarian nor for room service. Rooms didn't have a menu in them. When I did manage to order, it took over an hour to get the only vegetarian dish on the menu, pasta with tomato sauce . Luckily found the Holiday Inn next door has much better and wider selection of veggie stuff. Overall, its an IBIS and does the job.
