I stayed at this hotel with partner and two teenagers. Both rooms were spotlessly clean, comfortable and relatively spacious (the twin room more so than the double). A/C was effective and quiet, WIFI however was a bit hit and miss. Bathrooms were lovely, hairdryer in both. Very little noise either from inside or outside the hotel. Breakfast was included in the price, good value all-you-can eat as usual with IBIS - good start to the day! Bread, croissants, pastries, ham, cheese, cereals etc. Parking was extra - 11 euros per 24hrs I think and was a bit of a faff - having to pick up a fob from reception whenever we wanted access to the car. Access to the car park (shared with local businesses and residents) was a few steps down the street from the hotel. Make sure you park in spaces reserved for hotel!! Metro line 9 actually terminates virtually on the doorstep, so you can get into central Paris in about 10 mins for the price of a ticket! I would certainly consider using this hotel again if we were driving to Paris.
