Hotel is newly renovated, minutes to airport. We had room 115 which was huge & shower for my elderly mom because of grab bars. Front desk were welcoming. Rashul helped us get a taxi in am. Breakfast was plentiful. It got us ready for our long flight back home. I would definitely stay here again if ever we have a lay over in London & request room 115 :)

A state of the Art design and colour palette, throughout the hotel. My room was designed to offer maximum comfort with soothing cloud patterned carpet and styled bathroom. ( shower floor somewhat slippery when wet). The bedside computer table was soooo useful! The Bistro and Bar exuded warmth with small intimate areas within the landscape. Colours reflected sunrise and sunset...a masterly touch...Bravo to the design team. Bistro food...on the whole, a reasonable choice and quality. To me, not vegetarian, and to any vegan/vegetarian, apart from limited side salad offered, the BISTRO was MEGA DISAPPOINTING in that it only offered "peas" as a hot green vegetable. As we all know frozen! I would have happily paid £3-5 for a selection of hot green vegetables such as broccoli, beans, plus cauliflower. ( even if a they just heated frozen individual bags!! Hence I deem the BISTRO as somewhat limited and LAZY CHEFFING in style. Breakfast was buffet style, and continental in style, with cereals, yoghurt so, cold meats and eggs, plus croissants and toast etc. This was well presented and constantly replenished...well done!

I had stayed here for a one night layover the first time in October this year. In December I stayed once more for a couple of nights. And both the times I would say I am glad I did. Nice, comfy hotel close to Heathrow and decent size rooms with enough to make you feel just complete. Great décor, clean all around and generally happy faces. Will come back to stay.

I had an early flight from Heathrow and so I booked this hotel. The staff was really nice and helpful. They served breakfast at 4 am, which was a plus. I took a local bus to Heathrow and I arrived there in less than 10min.

Upon check in found the hotel to be very clean and tidy. Bed's very comfortable and bathroom clean with shower gel installed. Very quiet you wouldn't realize your right next to Heathrow Airport. Only gripe I've got is towels are a bit small and if you want an Full English Breakfast you have to pay an extra 5 quid. Cold buffet was ok, but in winter I would prefer a hot breakfast.

At the airport. Down to earth hotel, clean, practical, cost effective, excellent service. Unfortunately, no free transportation to the terminal. Must add more words for this review to qualify. Therefore I will state that overall it was a good decision to book this hotel.

Pretty good hotel when you have a business at LHR airport. Great location, new building great staff so really just what I needed. I was a bit disappointed with the breakfasts as this hotel does not serve a typical English breakfast - which does IBIS down the Bath Road, but still I enjoyed the stay.

Small room with everything one would need for short stay, lovely bathroom with walk in shower, very well insulated we were on ground floor facing main busy Bath Road and didn't hear any traffic noise. The staff were very helpful and the food in the restaurant was good.

Great hotel, very friendly staff and everything just went well during my stay. I only felt that my Gold Membership did not make any difference. But otherwise I really liked it - would really recommend this hotel for people catching early flights from Heathrow.

This hotel is a free London bus ride (## 105, 111. 140 or 285) from Heathrow's Central Bus Station. It is the 3rd stop, called Nene Road, right outside hotel's front door. Do NOT waste money on a Hoppa transfer. Rooms are super clean and comfy. Free breakfast is one of the best I've ever had. Will stay here again.

Overall the hotel was okay. The location was near the airport which was convenient. They also provided a basic breakfast which is a good enough for anyone rushing for a flight. My beef is with the cleanliness of the room I was put into. There were hairs all over the bathroom. I asked for a bath towel and then after 20 minutes I was given floor towels/rugs. I was too sleepy to bother complaining since I was going to stay just 1 night anyway. One other thing, the elevator wasn't working so I had to carry the luggage up the stairs. I understand maintenance and breakdown of equipment so that's not my problem. Problem was nobody there even bothered to offer to help!

Easy to reach from Heathrow by bus - next to bus stop. Bed very comfortable and nice shower. Breakfast is continental but is included in the price which is a bonus. Can have hot dishes for an extra £5. Check-in and check-out was easy as I had pre-booked the room.

A terrible experience from start to finish; At the hotel- un-professional, rude, incompetent, horrible stay and Customer 'Care' Line- Even worse. Still awaiting the response to my complaint now - would obviously never return again... thanks for ruining my night.

The hotel itself was nice however there were a few downfalls... first of which was when i arrived. There was no-where to park. I went into reception after waiting in the car for almost a hour for them to say there is another carpark. Then they charged For parking where i think if you stay at a hotel you should be able to park there for free! Then we went to the room and it was really nice, it looked posh and clean. Then looked out the window and there was scaffolding outside. Wasn’t too bothered so didnt meantion it. Had a really good sleep then went to get breakfast to find out you have to pay £5 extra each for cooked breakfast. I got the bags then went mcdonalds and got breakfast for £6 for both of us.

We have stayed at the Ibis hotels before, but this was the first time at the Ibis Styles. The hotel is very modern, clean and the continental breakfast is perfect to start your day. We did enjoy a glass of complimentary wine on our return visit which was in the evening. The staff are excellent, very gracious and considerate to their guest needs. Highly recommend if looking for an overnight stay.

okay service, room was nice, could be a bit cleaner perhaps. free bottled water is nice although quite small. we hear no noise from the planes. breakfast is great given the price. public transport to the airport is quite pricey and not frequent -- better off with a taxi if traveling with 2 or more people.

Honestly, I was disappointed. I'll accept some responsibility, because I should have researched the hotel better, instead of relying only on the Accor website. Positives: the bed was comfortable, breakfast was served early enough for me to get to the airport, the morning front desk staff were lovely and efficient, the door-to-door Hotel Hoppa was a relief Negatives: found a plastic bag in my daughters bed (underneath the comforter) which led me to believe the room had not been adequately cleaned. I mentioned it to the front desk as we were leaving, the young man seemed properly horrified by it. It wasn't reported at the time because we were exhausted and had just been through some of the issues listed below in the restaurant, and I was uncertain of my temper by that point. --the description of a 'practical' bathroom did not lead me to realize that it meant the rooms did not have bathtubs (this was a disappointment because my daughter and I both have fallen in love with the depth of the baths in the Novotel). I'll take responsibility for this, though, because I should have looked on more than the parent website. I was distracted by the very fun decor. --the waitress for our evening meal avoided us after I requested to know what on the menu might be free of my particular allergen or easily made free of it (though she did, at least, take the card explaining the allergy into the kitchen) and I had to go look for someone to pay at the end of the meal --when the evening manager(?) came to my table with the chef to discuss this allergy it was very obvious that he knew nothing about the menu or what was in any of the dishes and seemed more concerned with absolving the hotel of any responsibility should I have a reaction than actually helping me keep that from happen. He also did not want me to discuss this with the person who would actually be making my food and therefore, what should have been a one minute discussion with the chef turned into a five minute waste of mine and the chef's time before I finally told him to stop talking so I could actually order my meal (my step-son is a chef. I know the chaos I can cause in the kitchen. This really bothered me, because he was interfering with my ability to communicate with the person I was trusting my health to and I'm not particularly difficult to please, except for wanting to be able to breathe after eating.) I will be staying elsewhere the next time I'm in London.

Clean room. Good value for money. Easy access to Heathrow. I had a late in check in and had to leave early for a flight, so I only saw my room and reception and so cannot comment on the rest of the hotel facilities and nearby amenities.

The reception staff were particularly welcoming and we had a pleasant evening meal and breakfast before taking the shuttle bus to return to the US Be sure to remember Ibis Styles--there is another Ibis over a half mile away, where our taxi from London dropped us off. It was a long slog with luggage!

Stayed twice at beginning and end of holiday. Hotel is ideally situated about 10-15 minutes drive from Heathrow. Hoppa bus leaves from the doorstep of hotel and taxi costs £10-£15. Check in and out efficient. Hotel room very comfortable. Staff friendly, helpful and efficient. Had early morning flight but was able to available of free breakfast at 4am - very impressed. Would recommend

Hotel design

At ibis Styles Heathrow, we've reached a hotel design that's truly unique. Entering the reception, crafted to look like the floating wing of a plane, you'll know you've arrived. If you're a little travel-weary, touch down in our lounge. Large, contemporary armchairs surrounded by hot air balloons - no cramped reclining seats here. Departing for the bedroom, you'll find design that's first class. Bedside cabinets in the style of hostess trolleys mean you'll want for nothing and humorous artwork of skydivers and astronauts ensure your dreams will be among the clouds.

While it wasn't until the toils of the Wright Brothers that we finally achieved our dreams, our obsession with taking to the skies has long graced folklore in the form of the naive Icarus. Inspired by this progression from pipe-dream to the norm, our designer has created a contemporary tribute to the most glamorous form of travel. From murals of daVinci's intricate sketches to present day aeronautics, you'll be taken on a journey before you've even left the ground.

With comfortable lounges and ample bar space, there's no unnecessary waiting here. Take in the pioneering efforts through daVinci's sketches while experiencing all the comfort of our modern lounge. And when it's time to get some shut-eye, let the carpeting, inspired by flight route maps, transport you to a land of serenity and floating beds, illuminated with LED lighting, take you to the land of nod. Our attentive stewards and stewardesses will ensure you have the most pleasant trip.
