Small room, but OK as not staying in it long. Bed was nice but the air conditioning made a dreadful racket every hour or so and kept waking us up. Bathroom small but manageable. Smelt of drains from the shower.

Overall ok and in a very good location for tube etc. Main comment was the temperature in our room which was impossible to cool to a reasonable degree. We were on the fourth floor which probably didn't help.

Needs a few hooks for coats and towels. The tiny hanging space is too shallow to hang a dress and was right over the kettle. Incidentally when bothTea and coffee offered 2 tubs milk poor . The toilet stank of sewage and made for a very unpleasant night.... Just needs a few inexpensive tweaks. Staff fine and made them aware of v.poor toilet smells.

The room was exceedingly small for a double. There was no wardrobe, just a rail to hang clothes but this was above the kettle/drinks tray. The air con did not work properly and the window did not open further than 2 inches so we were sweltering when in the room. The hot and cold sink taps operated the wrong way round. The soap dispenser was leaking soap all over the sink. The toilet was too cramped against the wall with the towel rail above and the towels hanging down over it. one of the bedside lights did not work. The stairs were very hard to find.

Well placed for where we wanted to go: natural history museum and a proms concert and the Royal Albert Hall. The staff were really friendly. Clean and cheerful, bright. Rooms a bit on the small side. Oh! Be careful the traffic wardens a quick of the mark :-(

Nice and rather small hotel close to Earls Court Underground station. The rooms are a bit of a 'hit or miss' as they are all very much different in size and layout. I was rather lucky this time, having been assigned to a small but nice and functional room. The reception staff was very friendly, helpful and motivated to over a good service. I stayed at this hotel a couple of times before and I can confirm the service and competence of the reception staff has significantly improved since last time. I much like the location of the hotel, with all one needs close by.

I recomend this hotel. Clean, well equipped, quiet. All staff is very friendly and helpful. It is well located to tube station still the street is not too busy. A very tasty breakfast with a wide range of choice.

Lack of power output in the bathroom so difficult to plug hairdryer and shaving machine, the overall experience is good and we are going back to this hotel beginning September and will stay there for a few more days so will make a new review,

We were warmly welcomed into the hotel and pleasantly surprised by the large size of the room. We were located on level 4 in a twin room - unlike other European hotels they actually separate the twin beds from each other. The aircon clanked every so often but it worked. The continental breakfast was really good and the staff friendly - if you are in a rush the take-away bag is a great option. it's also a short walk from Earls Court Station making it a great place for exploring London. Would have rated it 9 stars if the so called heat wave didn't hit and the aircon died. Our room was unbearable and a nice staff member moved us to another room and the aircon failed there as well. Unfortunately none of the staff really knew how to operate the aircon as each recommended a different setting. Also just because it is blowing air doesn't mean it is working (remember it gave a clanking sound earlier!) We were offered a little desk fan, that didn't help much. We booked this hotel because it had the aircon as it was summer and we needed it. There was warning about the heatwave so hotel management should have checked and ensured the aircon was going to work. But what really got most visitors upset was that the aircon was working perfectly fine in the reception and breakfast areas. It would have been nice if management had of allowed the staff to offer complimentary drinks or some other form of compensation, but they were unable to offer anything (our complaint isn't with them!). The failure of the aircon turned the end of our holiday into a not so pleasant experience.

Booked single room online and thought it would be enough for an average-sized Asian, and I was totally wrong about it. When the door was opened, I was in shocked with stairs in my room. After a long trip climbing countless stairs, I had to even climb up to my room. I ended up pay extra for an upgrade to a triple room(no double room available), because my Platinum membership couldn't get me a bigger room.

This easy to get only 3 mins from Earle's court tube station. As all ibis styles it's modern styling is fine for a short stay hotel. The continental breakfast was ok but very crowded and cramped and you have to share tables. My wife and had to move rooms as we booked a large double and was given a room with two single beds pushed together (sadly not a double in our book) the second room has a small shower that was so cramped when you opened the shower door it banged against the toilet and made it very hard to get into the shower. My wife is very small and would have had to get in side wards, as for myself loosing 5 stone plus an arm and leg may have allowed me to enter the shower. The third room was ok and we enjoyed the the rest of our stay there. The staff were helpful in changing our rooms. Tea, coffee and water is available in reception free of charge. We found they was very little noise from the surrounding area even though we were on the ground floor.

The hotel is located pretty close to the tube station (Earl's Court), which made arriving there easy. It's in a great neighborhood with good things around and it's safe. The room was clean and white. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I can't speak on the f&b because we didn't order anything but we were very happy with our stay.

A very nice hotel, but the internet does not work if you have an old laptop ! The breakfast is a ibis style buffet so as in the other countries and not an english breakfast but it is possible to get one with extra charge.

The biggest advantage of this hotel certainly is its location. Close proximity to Earls Court Tube Station and lots of eateries and restaurants around the hotel. Walking distance to mayor museums. The rooms very much vary in standard, so its a 'hit or miss'. Some of the rooms are sub standard and not acceptable in particular the bathrooms are problematic. As an Accor Gold member, I would have expected to be automatically assigned to one of the more decent rooms, however this was not the case. Only once rejecting a room and a supervisor got involved an acceptable solution could be found. Most of the staff at reception seems to have very little knowledge about Accor procedures. Also when enquiring about booking a taxi the night before departure, wrong information was given. It appeared on the morning of departure, that the hotel seems to work only with a private transport operator which charges significantly more than the regular taxis do. If it wouldn't be for the location, the hotel could not be recommended and is ranging considerably below the standard of other Ibis Styles Hotels.

Some problems with the room that a super-efficient manager in the night had to solve two evenings in a row. So the managers on duty on evening/nights May 2 and 3 is very kind and efficient, but the overall organization is not so good. The room ground floor, no opening windows and a little bit stinky was not great.

Not happy the way I have been treated by reception. I hope you do not take the rooms which are in the attached and cold building. Breakfast is great and people which work down there are also great. Very small and cold room. Toilette even small, window entering cold wind, shower not working properly. Maintenance stuff in the middle of the corridor, not settle or organized.

My stay was acceptable however the room is extremely small for 2 person and you don't even have space for your bags in the room. Walls are thin Abd you can hear banging of doors and cleaning every morning. But in general the stay was pleasant if you can accept the flaws.

Looking forward to staying in this hotel as we use Ibis a lot and wanted to use some of our points, We were going to a concert at the Albert Hall. The room was very small and awkward with steps and different levels, bathroom was tiny, Check in was a bit of a shambles, felt we were not given proper attention as were were getting a reduced price. However the continental breakfast was very good and the breakfast staff were very helpful and attentive.

The hotel offers good value but that is tempered with poor sound insulation and irritating issues. The rooms are well maintained, clean, bright with all the amenities you would associate with a budget hotel. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming and check-in and check-out were efficient. The walls to the rooms are not well insulated and so sounds from neighbouring rooms can be a nuisance particularly if they are late night revellers. The irritations were that there was a smell of fresh paint in the corridor and even a paint brush left on the floor near the lift. The lifts are small and slow meaning we often took the stairs down to reception and breakfast areas. The shower gel in the room was empty and never replenished during our stay despite raising the matter with reception staff. The sofa in the room was made up as a single bed but we hadn't wanted or requested it. The TV in my daughters room did not work.

This quirky hotel has that description mainly because the corridors are a complete maze and rooms pop up everywhere. Definitely not suitable for anyone with mobility problems with all the stairs and walking. I had the smallest room I have ever had in any hotel. The single bed only just fitted in. But the reception staff were happy, chatty, very friendly and the room was clean.
