Disgraceful Management, Broken Promises, and Complete Disregard for Guests – Avoid This Hotel

Please allow me to express my sincerest apologies for not being able to provide you and your wife a memorable stay at the ibis Saigon Airport. As a Platinum ALL member, our team was fully dedicated to serve you from your arrival until your departure and as you mentioned we were proactive to offer extra unrequested benefits. We have also immediately acknowledged and apologized for the incident about the late delivery of the cooking utensils and offered significant compensations. Unfortunately, I understand that this resolution remains not suitable for you and I am very sorry for not being able to provide you with satisfaction.
