Perfect and friendly great breakfast perfect stopover for any trip from England or on the way back lovely beds clean rooms and friendly staff Great restaurants nearby secure car parking Would recommend it to anybody

Comfortable, well-appointed room. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Didn't know air conditioning was turned on at reception, thought it was broken and only found out when we reported knob missing we when left!

Better than what i expected for the amount of money i paid. The place was clean, the service was great and the breakfast was decent although there was no fry-up. There are also lots of options around the hotel if one want to eat out, all within walking distance. The only issue was that i had to extra charges that were charged on my credit card but were eventually reserved after a few days. All in all i have no complaints and would stay here again.

Stopped here on our way for the ferry home. We usually go very cheap and basic (F1 or Budget) but as it happened to be a special occasion we decided to treat ourselves. It was very reasonably priced, the room was very nice and the bed really comfortable. The staff were helpful and welcoming. The location is very good - just off the motorway and there are loads of decent places to eat nearby within walking distance. Would also make a good base from which to explore some of the WW! sites. Will use again.

We often stop at this hotel en route for England, and have always been happy with the reception, room and breakfast. It is a convenient stopover, the staff are friendly, and the hotel is well located with a good choice of restaurant within walking distance (il ristorante being our favourite!) Breakfast is good for this type of hotel, and there is fresh orange juice. Beds are comfortable with choice of pillow.

Nice room with bath and shower had a lively sleep ready to continue on our journey to the Alps the following day. Kids insist on Ibis as they love the breakfasts. Would recommend to anyone who needs to break up a long journey.

We use this hotel as you get a guaranteed good sleep with comfortable room and breakfast included all ensuite, will stay there again for sure. Staff helpful and friendly. Loads of choices of places to eat in walking distance too.

We have stopped here before on our way back to Calais, as its location is very convenient and the price (especially if pre booked ) is low. The checkin was quick, and the receptionist very pleasant, but the room was chilly - although a portable heater was provided and soon helped matters. Our main problem was the bathroom, which smelt of foul water, and it took an hour or so of running the fan and lleaving the door open for it to clear. There was also a rather unpleasant dark brown stain down the back of the toilet seat, which we were assured was calcaire but looked to us like rather grimey calcaire. It was still fairly good valus for money, but We will be looking around for other options in the area for next year. A pity, as the beds are very comfortable !

Despite being on an out-of-town shopping mall it's a great place to stay; huge comfy bed, decent bathroom and breakfast, blackout blinds and surprisingly quiet. There's even a good Italian restaurant 200m away! And it's only a couple of miles off the A26 and less than an hour from Calais - perfect to break the trip back from the Alps.

We stayed here on our way to Paris to break up a long journey. The Staff were really excellent & as we are able to have our Dogs in our Room it means that the IBIS Brand will always be a first choice. The location was easy to find & whilst the Hotel did not have a Restaurant attached there were many choices within a short walking distance of the Hotel with information about them available at Reception.

We have found that this Ibis hotel is a very convenient place to stop on the last day of holiday before going on to Calais. We enjoyed the food recommended by your staff at the Crocodile restaurant and the fact that we were able to get a discount on our meal. We have stayed here before and look forward to returning in the future and have recommended this hotel to our friends.

Excellent. Quiet with secure parking. Although the hotel does not have its own restaurant there are plenty of places to eat close by. For breakfast have fresh orange juice if only to be mesmerised by the juicing machine!

This is not one of the super modern Ibis Styles. It does have very comfortable beds and pillows and is clean. Breakfast was good and staff were very helpful. Good secure car park . It's situated in a commercial centre next to 10 pin bowling and lots of restaurants (chains) out of town location but good access from motorway. The bathroom was tired and a shower in a bath that we found awkward to get in and out of.

This Ibis is what it says on the tin! Bed was huge and amazing. Breakfast was OK - nothing very special - but then it was free! Easy to find and very polite service. Can't think of anything else to say !

Everything you need for short stay / stopover. Choice of places to eat in immediate (2min walk) vicinity, Easy parking / access from the motorway, friendly staff, clean well presented rooms, nice bar.

The hotel is very well situated a few miles off the A26 Autoroute des Anglais. It has a modern clean look and feel and situated in a retail park area which has more than adequate choices for places and styles to eat within walking distance. The bedroom and bathroom were bigger than expected and very clean - with amazingly comfortable beds and duvets. Breakfast included, is very good with the usual choice of breads, pastries and a small selection of cheese and meats as well as fresh fruit. The coffee was excellent and a real surprise for an 'inclusive' breakfast was a self service, fresh orange juicer - fabulous. The staff were very cheerful and welcoming - particularly given we speak very little/no French. This was our first stay here but it certainly will not be the last .

Excellent service all round and will be back again. Food of a high standard and staff very welcoming and friendly. Good car parking facilities with easy access. Very handy location for car ferries and tunnel.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times before the standards of rooms and service were reasonable. On this occasion I 'd booked 2 rooms as we were travelling with our 2 children. We arrived close to midnight and were given our room access cards. I entered my room and inserted the card in to the card activated switch to power on the electricity. the power came on and I switched on the bedroom lights after a few seconds the lights started to flicker and they went of I reinserted the card but no power I then tapped the card switch and it came on again. Unfortunately whilst using the bathroom the light went out again. So I called my wife who managed to make the power come again by holding the card down. I didn't want to make a fuss about this problem as it was late and I wanted to sleep and the light were no longer requierd. Unfortunately whilst in bed the ventilation grill located in the entrance bulkhead started to rattle loudly, I could hear a very noisey fan too. I got up and tried to adjust the fan control to try and lower the speed or switch it off but this was not working and whatever setting I set the controller it would return to automatic. After few seconds I managed to get to sleep but both my wife and I found the sound of the fan a great irratation. In the morning at breakfast I mention the noisy fan to my children who said that they also had a similar very noisey fan and they couldn't turn it off. What I thought was a one off problem appeared to be a either a coincidence or a pattern through out the hotel. So on checking out I mentioned it to the Hotel receptionist who respond as follows " the previous ocupiers of the room didn't complained" This insensed me and I said "well it is very noisy now!" She then went on to say that the fans are really controlled by them at reception and could have been turned off at the reception. She printed out my receipt and said unfortunately as you have prepaid for your rooms I can't give you a discount. I had not asked for one I was looking for some acknowlegement & concern. I found her response to be very poor in respect to customer service. If the hotel knew there was a problem with noisey fans why didn't they get them repaired or turned off. I shall infuture think twice about staying an Accor hotel if this is there level reponse and concern to a problem. I have been using Accor hotels for the last 25 years all over the World. This is definitely not the way to treat customers or keep their custom.

As always very nice stay comfi beds super breakfast, good car parking Internet not the best but works Must admit we where surprised they had run out of red wine, made up with a good pint Of Heineken. No wine in france !!!!

No restaurant in the hotel but since we are in a commercial zone several restaurant next door. You will find also a cinema at walking distance. You are also very near industrial Technoparc Futura and 10 min from Bethune. 45 min from Lille Lesquin Airport via motorway with no traffic jam to expect

Hotel design

When you set foot in the lobby, you see a mural of detailed geometric designs, like those in lace doilies. Here, focus on the details! Knitted footstools and mesh hanging lamps decorate the common areas. Follow the thread to the breakfast room. Green, pink, ultra-modern furniture, openwork chairs like lace patterns... the décor is carefully woven together in a harmonious ensemble. Now for the rooms. A lace design covers the headboard, words like "shhhh" and "silence" and "zen" float on the walls... it feels light, airy. A common thread find yourself lying in a very comfortable bed...soon you are weaving dreams. The day is over-time to relax!

Stroll through the town centre, amid the remnants of a flourishing era. Bricks, old factories...soaked in history. Ibis Styles honours the past in the present, with an atelier for manufacturing a different kind of product-comfort!

Fun, authentic, easygoing...untie your knots and take advantage of the terrific team and welcoming atmosphere. Whether it's for the weekend, for business, alone or with the family, it's as homey as a piece of handmade lace.
