juiz de Fora is well served of good hotels. Nevertheless, Accor (and Ibis in particular), is extremely welcome to the region for it brings 'fresh air'! I hope to see in the near future more Accor brands in this city -- perhaps on the same site? The location of the hotel -- in between the main road and the city center -- makes it particularly interesting for those traveling by car. As expected, Ibis Juiz de Fora offers good accommodations and a decent service at a competitive price. However, guests would certainly appreciate some necessary improvements. The parking lot should be larger and have a less cramped layout. Due to the location of the hotel (not so close to the city center), guests who choose it usually come in a car and the parking lot gets packed very early in the evening. I can see no reason why both the cafeteria and the restaurant ignore the superb flavors from the rich regional food [of Minas Gerais]. Ibis does have the know how to implement this: I have seen it in many places in Europe. I also can see no good reason to the bad quality of the coffee served at the breakfast buffet. Many sites of Ibis in Brazil (not to mention in Europe...) offer good espressos (or, at least, a decent regular coffee). This is particularly weird in the state of Minas Gerais, from where many good coffee beans come.
