A few point to mention. 1. On the last day of our stay, the cleaning stuff woke us knocking on the door 2 times - at 7:30 and at 9:00. Yes, I know that we haven't put the "Keep Quiet" sign on the door, but it was the checkout day after all, and nobody is supposed to clean the rooms, when you check out after 3 - 4 hours. 2. Despite the fact, that the breakfast was supposed to be until 10:30, at 10:00 the staff started to pack and clean the breakfast area, even though that we were still there and drinking coffee. 3. At 11:30, a very unfriendly member of the staff knocked on our door, and not even saying "Hello" or whatever, she just "Reminded" us, that the check out time is 12:00. Like it was not 11:30, but 12:15. Very, very rude and unfriendly. Yes, I know that it was 31.12, and we probably were the only one's in the hotel. Yes, I suppose that everyone of the staff probably wanted to be home and not at work, but this situations were not the Ibis type of service we all know. Also the lady at the reception took a defensive way of behavior, when I pointed out the above mentioned situations. She didn't reacted as well-trained front desk person, but tried to protect her colleagues.
