Clean and quiet room with local traditional elements on the walls, comfortable bed, free internet access, free parking place, extremely nice, helpful and supportive staff, good breakfast and coffee – what is needed more? I am satisfied.

Hotel was fine, rooms fine but the entire menu consisted of 2 pizzas, obviously pre-packed as the margarita was not on. This is very inconvenient given that there are no reasonable alternatives to eat nearby

Basic services as expected from Ibis. Quiet place and clean with very helpful and friendly staff. Conveniently located for the business held in Herten. Will use again if needed. Improve breakfast if possible.

It is not so big hotel, with the "few" rooms only. The location is good, the large parking close to the building. The rooms desing is very interesting. There is the value for the not so high price. The staff there is very friendly and professional.

No exactly easy to reach, anyway located at the east border of the town in a quite peaceful area (in front of a park), equipped with own parking. Hotel hav all rooms located at ground floor and general aspect as well as architechural aspect of room is very informal, personally attractive. Very comfortable beds and functionally (essentially but OK) furnished spaces, LCD-TV Set, Bathroom ok. Very friendly personnel welcomes you and helps further in the bar where, just in case, you can also have something to eat as a sort of little cozy bistro. Of course, free and good WIFI service in all the spaces of the hotel. Breakfast is essential in the variety offered, but things are good.

Needed a hotel close-ish to Zeche Ewald for the Kustom Kulture Forever show last weekend. Having stayed in an Ibis Styles before I sort of knew what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Good location, easy walk into town, very cool locally inspired decor and the usual high German standard of service. We'll be back next year!
