Great location - 2 min to metro, 40 min walking to the city center, great breakfast - coffee, juice, tasty croissants, fruits, comfortable rooms - quite and clean, friendly and helpful staff, thanks!!

Our stay at the hotel was pleasant with a very friendly and competent staff, good and affordable breakfast, especially given the standards and values of the area. The metro and supermarket 24h quite close besides various commerce. With the metro you can reach the center of Madrid in 15 minutes.

Firstly I would like to appreciate the staff working in the hotel (Irina from Ukraine and her colleague from Cuba). The hotel was clean, the location was perfect - just 6-7 stops by metro to reach to downtown. The room was small but it is more than enough to get good dreams for two people.

Very clean hotel, helpful staff. Good location, the subway is only a 5 minute walk from the hotel. This the first time I booked an Ibis budget hotel. The toilet and bathrooms are a bit cramped and lack privacy when more than one person has to stay.

As usual, excellent experience from Ibis. The hotel looks out on to a major road, but you are close to cafes, restaurants in Puente Vallecas - an 'autentic' neighbourhood; a few stops on the metro to Atocha.

The hotel was very reasonably priced and this was reflected in the quality of the hotel. The walls are thin and noise travels easily, causing sleep disturbance. However, the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is outside the central area but close to the metro.

Wonderful service. Staff at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful Breakfast is rather poor, not to be repeated more than one or two days The room facilities are basic, not a minimun closet or drawers, but the bed, linen and towels were OK What make the difference is the staff service. I will come back!

Nice, clean, cosy room, comfortable bed.Quick check-in/out.Breakfast-budget, very small choise, but for €5 it's not that bad.Bathroom door didn't close properly, so water was splashing out.Toilet door could close better too.But overall 4 very big stars. Recommend to others and will stay again.

When booking you know the brand and what to expect. For me as a single traveller it was completely ok - compact room with shower inside didn't bother me. Bed comfy, free Wifi. Breakfast sufficient. Overal a good budget stay. Better than I expected.

There is information in the hotel, that it is a non smoking hotel - but in the rooms there are ashtrays, and on top of the ashtrays there is a non smoking sign printed on paper - does this make any sense?

This hotel was chosen for its proximity to where I wanted to be. When reserving rooms it might be advisable to ask for a room at the back as this would be quieter than at the from, which overlooks the motorway. There is obviously no guaranteeing rooms though as I asked for one at the back and got one at the side! The rooms are basic but adequate, breakfast could be better but it is ok, although little choice.

Excellent hotel in Madrid.. 5km away by foot from Gran via and Puerta del Sol. 3km away from Atocha. Good and Comfortable hotel... and the bonus also cheap. Good restaurants and coffee shops near and also many shops

Convenient location. Reasonable for a short stay to explore the city on public transport. It was possible to find free parking place and easy to get to the city center by metro. Still no place for temporary car stop to unload luggage.

Quite good. Very good location. Rooms are cleanning. People are very attencious. They don't give meny informations about facilities. In general it was a very agreable permanence. any problem to point out.

Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff. The staff was extremely friendly. The atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home. All respect for the staff and manager who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality!

Although this is classified as a budget hotel the rooms are excellent. Cleaned daily and the sheets changed daily. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Food is available 24 hours a day and there is a vending machine with a selection of drinks and snacks. Very good VFM

The Hotel is near about 15 minutes from the railway station and bus station, The reception staff is very professional, and they helped me to find specific places; The breakfast is excellent; The only downside is there is no area to discharge passengers when they arriving by taxi.

I've been to Ibis hotels in many locations, and even for a Ibis Budget this one was way below my expectations. Staff was rude. Room was ok, but towels were terrible. Cleaners entered the room first and knocked the door after. As the hotel is located in a not so friendly neighborhood, at least staff should be kinder to make the stay better.

We stayed 2 nights and found the place to be very clean. the rooms are small but they had what was needed (TV, shower and clean beds), The staff was very helpful and friendly. The desk clerk spoke English perfectly. The breakfast was a bit skimpy with little choice, but what does one expect for €4.50. The breakfast buffet was a bit confusing, as staff there appear to be new and being trained. Due to the fact that Metro line 1 was under construction. However, there are restaurants nearby that serve breakfast at a higher cost, of course. It was a bit difficult to get downtown. It took a bus and a train to get to Puerta del Sol (Line 1 is scheduled to reopen on 16 Oct 2016, so it should be fine after that). In an overall sense, I would stay there again and I would recommend it for budget constraint travelers. Just don't expect any luxury treatment.

The hotel is in easy distance of the metro and good links into Madrid itself, the staff are friendly and helpful. Access to the car park however is a nightmare as you have to use very narrow streets and the actual entrance is incredibly tight if you have anything bigger than a fiat 500 or Corsa you'll need a few turns to get in
