Good rooms, clean towels everyday, friendly staffs, nice location, fun music night, nice sunset view, share kitchen, we spend lot of time in swimming pool and we stay a week in there was very nice days for us, thanks

I was visiting for a work / job and due to heavy rain the job was cancelled. Accor were unwilling to move my accommodation and had no idea how to do it. They kept telling me to contact the hotel, which I did and they kept telling me that Accor had to change to booking. After 5-6 phone calls to both the hotel and Accor I gave up in frustration that no one wanted to help. I travel a lot and stay with Accor many times but this was seriously terrible customer service and makes me not want to stay at Accor hotel anymore especially now that I am 1 night away from reaching Gold Status. The Hotel was actually pretty good but Accor service via telephone was terrible to deal with and I wasn't happy.

A wonderfull resort where we stayed two nights. The restaurant was very good, the possibilitie to eat in different cafe's and restaurants is good organized. The prizes are reasonable for this region. Nice swimming pool!!



Underwhelming checkin experience by the front office manager. Being a platinum accor plus member I was not recognised for my loyalty by the manager. No welcome, unfriendly checkin experience, no smile, no welcome drink, below average experience. The hot breakfast items were like warm at best.



We stayed for just one night at the end of our trip to Uluru. The accommodation was fine, but well-overpriced. Would have been happy to pay half the rate and given positive feedback, but at this price, I expect much more. The offerings at dinner were of really low standard and the breakfast was almost inedible (fruits served were fermenting).

Check in was a bit slow due to volume of people arriving at the resort. The room was comfortable & well equipped. A good location & convenient to all amenities. Servicing of room was not as good as we would expect. eg beds were made but cups & mugs weren't cleaned. Servive people arrived at 8.30am when we were still getting ready to go out for the day & other days turned up at 4.30pm when we had come back & were relaxing after a day out.



Check-in staff lady had No smiles. Service without smiles. Gave us the wrong room Keys. We were shocked to find ourselves inside someone else private space. Upon exiting as quickly as we could and reporting the mishap, they gave us the correct keys. Wasted an hour of our time. Dining options were limited and very slow. A further hour before we had our meal (takeaway had a long queue). Although remarkably the Room was clean and comfortable. Their Pigeon Hole Key system was waiting for a mistake. In fact when we complained to the Manager next morning, he admitted "these things happen". He had no eye contact with his Customer who had been inconvenienced. He was mumbling something on his Computer about fixing up. Parking was at a premium being the height of the Tourist Season. The paths to the rooms and corridors were poorly lit, making a newcomers life even more difficult.



Stayed at the Outback Pioneer and Lodge for 2 nights earlier this month. The property is very well located. Reception was quick and easy and the ladies on reception were very helpful at all times of the day. The rooms were equipped with all mod cons and very clean. This property is the 'hub' of entertainment in the Yulara area and travellers from the other properties come here for the live music and the fantastic 'cook your own BBQ'. There are other choices of dining to cater for most tastes. We were very satisfied and will visit again and stay at this property, but for a longer period.



Hotel is very spacios. Facilities for families and backpackers is very good. I would suggest they provide a torch in rooms for walking to lookout at night. The barbeque facilities looked excellent and the pool is saltwater so water doesnot sting


Cheap affordable hotel. However the rooms are fairly old. Also rooms cleanness is average and could have been better. The staff is friendly and the food is average. They have a great self BBQ facility available.

The rooms were clean and we'll maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had problems with the TV and the maintenance staff were wonderful. Staying at the Outback Pioneer was a relaxing and stress free experience.

Accommodation was very good being the outback of Australia the yards/surrounds are the typical red dust. Room was very good everything worked and well maintained. Front desk staff very quick to help. Meals were adequate however the breakfast buffet was not up to standard. Eggs. They run out. None in the kitchen and had to be sourced elsewhere. A lot of people did not get any eggs at all. Very slow to replace or top up items used again people missed out . For a resort that is above the normal cost for this standard, could of done better. Still enjoyed our stay.


Given it was winter and the cheaper option was to camp in the cold, this was the next best budget choice in a location where such accommodation is hard to come by. Comfortable enough room, everything working including hot water.



Nice surrounds, breakfast in restaurant was fine. Dinner at Desert Gardens was superb and recommended by receptionist at the Outback. Staff were very lovely but a basic hotel close to Formule 1 therefore difficult to say value for money. Also realise the cost of business in the location but would do it differently next time.
