I always stay at Ibis hotels, the service is always good and the people are helpful. Rooms are clean and the hotel management does an excellent job. This is a basic hotel but great for the price and would recommend it.

Good choice, within the center area of the city, typical price/quality of Ibis, breakfast included and much better than expected. Room a bit tiny to open luggage but within Ibis standards too. Garage available for a fee but a bit challenging if bringing long car. Helpful and kind staff.

THe hotel was well located for walking around the City centre and the room well appointed, clean and comfortable. The price was good. The breakfast was basic so we just ate there one morning, preferring to go into the city and get something as we went on the other days.

Always welcoming and very helpful, the staff on Reception are excellent. The whole place is spotlessly clean. The room very light and modern, as was the bathroom. The only negative was the pillows, on an otherwise comfy bed.

I want to say great things... I love the Ibis Styles brand.... but this hotel was unlike others I have stayed at. The bed was the hardest and most uncomfortable we have experienced. We needed to ask for, and sleep on 3 pillows each, used as a mattress topper. But I admit we prefer soft beds! Breakfast was basic, minimal for a Styes brand. But just about okay. Free bottled water however, all day long, was a godsend. A great bonus. As was the kettle in reception, I was able to make myself a quick cup of tea at any time. I was a little surprised by the staff... Not really interested in us, not friendly really, but they were helpful when we had to print out our boarding passes. I wanted to love the hotel, we loved the location, we loved the extras, but it was not up to usual "Styles" standard. BUT - it was great value for money.

First impressions, a really nice room with good facilities. However, the noise from the street was high, but nothing compared to the noise from the room above which was unacceptable. We contacted the front office who said it was the weekend and that there was nothing they could (or would) do. Other problem was locating the hotel, no signs to be seen to direct us, we ended up following a very kind lady from Buffalo Grill who took pity on us.

We often stay in Ibis hotels and particularly liked this one. The location is easy to access from the highway between Zaragoza and Madrid and is very near Barajas airport. This is convenient if you have a flight and don't want to return to Madrid city. The old city of Alcala de Henares is absolutely beautiful and well worth several hours to explore. The old city is an easy drive from the Ibis which is in a newly developed area out of town. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and the room was spotless and very comfortable with a great king sized bed. Having been staying in charming small hotels with small beds for several days this was a great bonus for us for a good sleep prior to heading to the airport to fly back to the US. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel last year and knew that parking is underground (with a car lift) but because my wife fell and broke her knee and ankle in February this year we asked for two things. Reserved parking space and a quiet room. We arrived at 15.00pm to be told that there was no parking space left and the nearest public parking was about a half mile walk away! Because of the time, location and not knowing any other hotel we had no choice but to use this parking lot. We were informed that we could leave our bags at reception but because the hotel is located in a very busy street and the only way to park is to block a designated cycle lane (I was told off by irate cyclists whilst waiting for my wife to return from the check in) this is not an easy or safe task. The room was good, however, being large, clean and modern. However, despite the request for a quiet room the receptionist decided to book in a family with at least two very young children next door to us!! We were out until late but this family returned after we had gone to bed and at 2.05am we were treated to screaming children who also chose to use the floor of the hotel as a race tract and trampoline!! It is not beyond the wit of man to locate similar guests in similar locations, leaving those who want peace and quiet to enjoy just that. Its a shame but we will find alternative accommodation on our next visit later this month.
