Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon! Staff is very friendly, reception available 24 hours a day, rooms pretty spacious and cleaned daily, luggage storage room available (with no additional charge!), fast free WiFi, breakfast available for small extra charge, Altice arena (former MEO arena) is 3 minutes away by walking, Vasco Da Gama shopping centre with lots of places to eat is 5 minutes by walking too! Airport taxi charge was only 8 euros, but if you fancy getting to the hotel by metro - it’s only few stops away and Oriente Starion is just around the corner! Had a 3 night brilliant stay and definitely going to stay in this hotel next time I visit Lisbon.

Excellent location Rooms should have deposit 2.Coffee machine for business Guests frequent on the Area 3.Ironing Table for business Guests frequent in the area is important to consider the Hotel Location in the Heart of the Country Judiciary and businesses.

First time that we had stayed at the hotel as it was close to the airport for a mid morning flight. Also it w,as only 5 minutes walk from the Oriente bus and metro stations. Warm and efficient from all members of staff, spotlessly clean room and very comfortable bed. We had a very good breakfast and also had a good evening meal. We thought it was good value for money and will stay again.

The Ibis Lisboa hotel is very good and very well located, service is great, staff are great too, but you need to improve the sizes and quality of the bath towels, the ones provided are small, thin and very old.

Good breakfast. A good place for a change of plane. Good location, close to the Oriente metro - you can visit Lisbon. Nearby, there are also buildings from Expo 98 and a nice promontory overlooking the new Vasco da Gama bridge. For those who like to tame animals - near the aquarium..

Ok for overnight stay or long weekend clean and in safe area near metro . Wi-Fi was useless and staff not that friendly at book in and nobody about in morning to check out.all in all a good location with lots to do and see just let down by a few miserable staff.

Excellent location. Near Oriente Station, Vasco da Gama shopping center and other touristic attractions. Very convenient to stay over night and go to the airport early in the morning. I reccomend it!!

We stayed here, given we had to be at the Lisbon airport at 3:30AM. The location was perfect for airport access, plus the price was right. While the rooms are spartan, our room and the hotel were very clean. The staff was very helpful and available to call a cab at that early hour. One disadvantage to the location (which has nothing to do with the hotel) is the lack of good nearby restaurants. Our worst meals in Portugal were at 2 restaurants in the Parco area.

The usual satisfactory service and accommodation.First class location at Parque das Nações Lisboa, great for relaxing and walking. Our only complaint is the quality of the bathroom towels which guests are requested to re-use without being changed, while they are barely adequate for one shower.

Hotel staff were extremely welcoming, from the speed and smiles in check-in, thoughtful welcome drink, range of choices for breakfast and speedy checkout ensuring a great start to our holiday. Thank you!!

The hotel has everything one needs for a pleasant stay. The proximity to the river, metro station and mall make it a great starting point for business and tourist trips to Lisbon alike. The airport is only three metro stops away.

Ideal location near to the airport and metro for getting around. arrived slightly early but room was available no problem. friendly and helpful staff at check-in, at the bar and breakfast. Would use again on my next trip

Short Metro ride from the airport + a five minute walk from Oriente station, which is also a railway and a bus station. So it's easy to travel on (to e.g. Algarve...) after a night in very comfy bed and a nice breakfast at the hotel.

My stay at Ibis was excellent! There were all the basics I needed, no complications and lovely easy access to my room! The receptions was polite and efficient. The breakfast was wonderful with every possible item I could want to get ready for the day!

Excellent staff. Located near plenty of bars and restaurants. Three minute walk from the Vasco Da Gama mall. Hotel rooms were great, very clean as well. Bathrooms were large. Views from the room were great, especially at night. Overall, amazing experience.

Just a quick overnight stay as I had an early morning flight... This was my first time at IBIS but not my last ;) an Excellent place, great location. I enjoyed the area, 'Lisboa Moderna' as opposed to Old Lisbon beautiful and wonderful city both old and new...

window could be opened very little so there was no fresh air. people from other house can direktly look in the room or you close curtain, then it's completely dark in the room. good breakfast with fresh juice and pastice.

Staff were extremely helpful, room was very clean and hotel was quiet. Breakfast area was clean and regularly filled and the selection of food was ample. Location for us was excellent. Would thoroughly recommend.

Great location. Near to FIL Lisbon, Vasco De Gama Shopping Mall and lots of eating places around and at the water front. Quite close to the airport. Oriente Train station nearby. Great breakfast and usual Ibis food round the clock. Wish they had tea/coffee making facility in the room like many other Ibis hotels. Iron and ironing board provided if required in room.

We left for home from Lisbon after a 24 day Spain/Portugal trip. Looking for a reasonable hotel in Lisbon near the airport I found the Parque das Nacoes. Since we were not doing any sight seeing of the city this hotel was the perfect location for our needs. Close to a major shopping mall and a number of restaurants made our half day stay worthwhile. Hotel was very clean and modern and the staff was great.
