The Welcome was GOOD, but sadly no Drink. We were met by Latif and Eric Samuel, who was of great help. Special mention about Eric Samuel - a GREAT ASSET to the Hotel. The Room 804 was not like the previous #1004. With the Sink Tap leaking and the Shower Room Door SEAL not sealing well. Hope the respective Departments would take note. Overall We love the Property and would be back soon.
I love the location, very strategic in the heart of Jakarta Pusat. 7 minutes walk to Grand Indonesia/Bundaran HI, and short drive to all the attractions in Jakarta. The staff are also friendly and helpful despite the hotel is full house during my stay on New Year 2018. The Skyloft restaurant has a nice view of the city. Breakfast is ok but not outstanding. I had lunch at the restaurant, my steak was too salty. Other than that, everything is fine. Room is basic but clean and comfy. I will stay here again when Im back in Jakarta.
As usual this hotel ok but the breakfast menu need to improve , change main menu breakfast daily . Coz everyday mostly the menu is same . But so far the taste of food re good . I love all season croissant .
I really want to give this hotel a good review - the grounds itself and the rooms were very nice, resort feel in the middle of Surabaya. However because it is a nice venue, it seems it used for a lot of functions. I arrived on the Friday evening in the midst of a wedding, I am not begrudging the wedding at all, but the way the hotel handled it. No restaurants open to hotel guests, wine sold out, a lot of spirits for cocktails sold out, staff couldn't hear my order for room service (wedding music) and had to phone back two times to confirm - room service took over an hour. Then on Saturday afternoon and evening there was another function.... Need to look after the paying hotel guests as they are likely to stay again, function guests are only there for the function.
Enjoyed the superior room with a great view. Only problem with the room was the shower floor, water remained there making the floor slippery. My only real disappointment was the missing "Privilege complimentary minibar on arrival for Le-Club members" promised in the confirmation message, no effort was made to offer this. Enjoyed also the great view and terrace of the resraurant. Staff service was good and nice all the time.
Nice staff, they always smiling and very helpfull,the staff name i forgot but it was a girl, room was very nice and cozy, quite hard find local food nearby, access very easy by public transportation or by own.

Nice, clean and cosy room. Room a little small though. Particularly like the roof top restaurant and bar. The special fried rice is a must-try. Location is great for business and shopping. A short walk to a mega luxurious mall.
Completed another ten day stay at this property. Friendly, welcoming, clean and nicely located. Good breakfast with a great choice. A special thank you to Meri who always ensured things ran smoothly. Being a Platinum member I received a suite upgrade. I will return.
This wasn't my first stay at the all seasons Jakarta Thamrin hotel. The experience wasn't that positive this time though. The room wasn't ready when I arrived, and there was leakage from the sink in my room. There's also the construction of Jakarta MRT, which happens to be just in front of the hotel, so the traffic is really bad in the area. Upside: comfortable beds, decent shower, and good selection for breakfast.
The hotel has deteriorated since 2015 , when I began staying at the All Seasons Hotel in Jakarta Thamrin. The room I was given, had the basin leak. The towel was placed under the rack, below the basin and it was wet. Last year (2016) I had the same experience in room 0416 while this year (2017) the basin leaked in room 0516. It seems, nobody did anything to repair the leaks.
Great services but sadly there's no swimming pool and the gym is maintenance at the time. That would be perfect if there's have a a sy pool. Overall is great!! I would like to stay here again. Xoxo ;)
The hotel is strategically located in the heart of Jakarta, close to Dukuh Atas station and exactly in front of the under construction Jakarta MRT Station.make it easy access. The Check in and out processes are quite efficient, and friendly staffs Rooms is clean, and the roof top coffee shop has breath taking view..
I stayed at the AllSeasons Thamrin hotel due to have a short notice for a meeting in the Thamrin area for business. The hotel is relatively unchanged from my last stay - rooms are just the same, although I believe for Platinum members the small perk is the free mini-bar which they filled with an array of yogurt, isotonic, Coke, mineral water, and iced tea drink. The traffic around the hotel is still packed, and the pavements along the walk to the Grand Indonesia/Mall area are still hard on the shoes and gait so no much improvement can be made by the hotel there. Breakfast seems to have slipped a bit. The freshly made chocolate croissants and breads seem a bit cold this time and they were shorthanded in the top floor restaurants so you need to get your own cups and table set with fork and spoon sometimes if you are in a hurry. Generally still value for money. But rooms may seem small if you have many pieces of luggage and the bathroom/toilet situation with the wash basin in the middle of the room needs getting used to, and makes sharing room a bit less private.
the location is excellent; nice to have a breakfast on the top of the building with city view, breakfast just OK; hotel corridor looks like not to clean but still acceptable; Room look nice, clean and comfortable.
When I get into the room, the room has pee smell from the bathroom. i changed to another room and it still the same. The room view is really nice for the price. The mattress is not really comfortable for me. it's like sleeping on a thin cheap mattress. The breakfast is terrible. even the coffee is undrinkable. I only eat the fruit for the breakfast. The Front desk is very friendly.
As usual I'm an ardent patron for Accor hotels and this time decided to stay at All seasons Thamrin and was greeted with below par service and hotel quality. As an Accor member during check in I wasn't given the customary welcome drink until I've personally requested from the reception and secondly the bookings that I've made online does not match to the type of room given to me. Room condition of its Superior Room type (I booked Deluxe Type) was really way below expectations, unstock mini bar (although promised by front desk) and the water basin is not functioning properly. Breakfast buffet spread was OK however selection was extremely limited. Overall a negative stay.
The room and is clean and staffs are friendly. The only setback is location of the hotel. There is a small road that goes to the hotel. currently due to construction, there will be constant delay getting in and out of the area. The breakfast spread is reasonable considering it is only a 3 star hotel.
Stayed five nights. A conveniently located hotel with friendly staff and enough facilities for a productive stay. Two staff members stood out: Ms Monica at the Front Desk (efficient, effervescent and enthusiastic). The other one is Ms Remi at the rooftop restaurant (polite, pleasant and professional). Will definitely return!
Our trip was pleasant and we had a relaxed time in the All Seasons Jakarta Thamrin. The Restaurant Manager, Meri, made our morning bright with her chirpy self and her willingness to assist. The location is central and the availability of taxis in Jalan Talang Betutu is a boon.
