Very nice hotel and breakfast is just superb however its only available between 7-11 which is quite late for such a remote hotel as customers have to leave early to get to city and airport. May be breakfast should be made available a bit earlier. A word of caution is to be taken here about the transport from this hotel. Its too far for any public transport and sometimes the taxis are not available and on top its way too expensive. had to pay £50 just to get 6-7 km. My average rating is due to the location and breakfast not being available earlier than 7, which is normally accommodated in most other Ibis hotels.
it was a very nice time and the employees from this hotel are giving their best to provide you the best service. The hotel is modern and all the facilities are very appreciated. The access is very easy and there is high capacity to park the car.
Modern hotel in a business park. the staff at the bar was very friendly, breakfast is okay, nothing fancy. industrial food but it is included in the room price. The bar is good. The room are quiet. the hotel is not ageing to well.
Good location to access to North East of Milan area. Large rooms, nice decoration. Airco not strong enough to cool down the room, missing fresh items at breakfast like fruit salads. Teen tennis team (from Bari?) making huge noise in the evening in the lobby, corridors and rooms. Noise audible through the walls. This is not acceptable in business hotels.
The water temperature of the shower fluctuates with intervals of 1 minute. When I mentioned this at check out, this was not taken seriously. The gym was not cleaned also, but the staff in general was very nice.
needed to continue to travel south of milan, no restaurants nearby except 1 but wanted to try a restaurant in the neighbourhood and had been advised by gm but that one was closed that day ;-) , friendly staff at reception and bar - average breakfast
This hotel is very good for a reasonable price and also to stay as family with 2 kids. Access to Milan is not very far from this place. This is a comnfortable place going with car and can get into highway within 5 minutes.
Hotel excellent, service very good. I would have preferred a private parking. The only remark I can make, it was very unfortunate there were many childrens around and the hall was very noise been the weekend. (though I like children).
whether was hot and hotel action was turning off ac conditions from 22:00 to 08:00 morning which was the worst thing location was 18km from milano center otherwise room size is good and clean it proper for who travel outside milano
The hotel is situated on a business park which is extremely convenient. The hotel room was spacious with a full bathroom, including a full sized bath. The restaurant attached to the hotel is affordable and the food well prepared. The bar in the hotel reception is open till 1am and the attendant was lovely.
Great hotel, modern inside, generously sized rooms and very clean. Breakfast was good, nice spread with lots of options. Major downside for us: hotel is on an isolated business park, not in Agrate Brianza town (E20 for taxi from Monza as no direct public transport). Great that the hotel offers a shuttle - without this we would have struggled to get around. The driver was great and very friendly, but as you can imagine this service is in high demand! Trip arranged to see the Monza Grand Prix. Arrived on the Friday night and directed to a restaurant in the same complex - waiters seemed as if they had opened as a one-off, and offered a few options (not the full menu) but was nice enough. Saturday evening there was no food on offer at the hotel apart from snacks at the bar - the nearby restaurant was closed. Last shuttle is at 19.30, so we had not expected to be taken back to a hotel with no food available! Luckily we walked for 30 mins to Agrate Brianza town (and had a great meal at Pizzeria Capriccio). Sunday after the grand prix there were no taxis to be found, and had big problems getting back to the hotel. Nice enough hotel if you can get yourself around town, but caution if you are a visitor without a car!
One of the best places where we have stayed this summer (we have been in 8 hotels). We had a room with a sofa bed for our two children. Facilities and services above average in Ibis Styles, and great value for money. Very convenient for us as it is very close to the highway, but without noise. I especially want to express the professionalism and total help with which we were attended by its director Mr. Roberto Girelli. He helped us find a solution to a broken glass (thief in Bergamo) and a flat tire in our car so that we could continue our trip. It's one of those things that make you feel more secure and confortable when you are away from home. Thank you very much.
As a family of six it is always annoying to have to book two rooms. We still had to do this, but it was a clean and not too expensive and the breakfast selection was excellent. The staff just need to smile!
Very good hotel, calm, little remote but offers free morning shuttle. Offers good variety of breakfast. The best access is by car. For visit to Milano metro stop Gobba provides cheap P+R indoor parking.
A very good solutions for everyone need to stay between Milan and Brianza (Monza). Good hotel, very large free parking (open and not controlled). Free wifi and breakfast. Perfect solution for the price you have to pay
Clean, good value for money and comfortable hotel. Big, free parking . Bad connection with Milano downtown. Average breakfast. And instead of shower gel, you get ...colored water. At least in our room...
When I arrived at hotel they had no record of my booking and the hotel was full. After about 20 mins with some prompting I got an apology, they sent me by hotel shuttle to another hotel for the night. Seems the problem was with the Ibis booking system. No compensation or upgrade offered for the hassle which was a bit disappointing. Special mention to the lady who works behind the bar, very friendly and nice host.
I stayed here last time because the location was very convenient. I was impressed with the hotel and facilities then. So I decided to stay for one night again and I was slightly disappointed as compared to my earlier experience. The check in check out took a long time almost 10 mins each time. One of the elevators was not functioning it seems so for morning breakfast it was an endless wait. Even the quality of items on breakfasts menu seem to have suffered a bit downside as well . It is not entirely bad but I may go there one more time and see if there is improvement before calling this quits from my travel list
We had a wonderful time at Ibis Styles Hotel. As a four member family, we stayed in a suite and it was incredible. We loved the colours, the room, and really liked the parking space as well as the staff service. An experience not to miss!
We had to stop out of Milan for one night. We have two dogs with us. Ibis accepted the dogs at no extra charge, no question asked. The room was very large, so we could place the big dog mattress at the entrance. Breakfast was included, so we served ourselves - very good variety, and trays always filled up. This was our second time at this hotel, and will not be the last.
