The location is very good, near to the airport and easy to connect to Paris. The room was fine except the shower head would not stay in place, therefore award to shower.
There is no tea or coffee in the room, just one small bottle of water. There was a coffee machine, juice dispensers, water and croissants in the lobby. The croissants were there for hours & not covered and the drink machines were either not in use at all or ran out and not replenished. Not even the water on the hottest day of the year so far. It seemed no one was responsible for that area.
Due to our time restraints we ate in the restaurant both nights, the menu is very limited. On the first night we were told as it's nearly 10pm they would check with the kitchen if we could have food. The second evening, I ordered quiche and chips. The chips did not arrive and by the time we were able to tell the waitress we had eaten our meal. She then served the chips to with no apology. Our second order of drinks took about 20 minutes.
I noticed there was quite a lot of food on the floor, so much that it should have been cleared up during the evening rather than wait until the restaurant had closed. But it hadn't even been cleared by breakfast, as we sat at the next table!
Breakfast it's self was chaos. So many chipped plates, the staff were friendly but need training. There was no sign of any organisation. Fruit bowl was empty, coffee machine not working properly, very hot glasses for the orange juice, but to name a few.
Whilst we were having dinner on the second evening a cup got broken close to the bar area, we noticed no one cleared it up, but all the bar and waiting staff stepped over it. At breakfast the next day the broken cup had been swept to one side but still on the floor.
Not a good show for any hotel, and paid 250euros per night!!
