Very nice hotel: easy booking, excellent price and value, checkin was efficient and brief. The room was very clean and comfortable. The best breakfast with fresh squeezed Orange just. Location was awesome with a 5 minute walk to Terminal 3.

We were returning from Evian, France to the US and stayed at the Styles CDG to get a good night's sleep before the morning return flight the next day. We were very impressed with the hotel and amenities offered. From bottled water in the room to the free wi-fi. Foody's was very good and the menu was like Chili's or Friday's,but better tasting. The staff from the front desk, to the bartenders to, to the wait staff in the restaurant were fantastic. The rooms were very comfortable and clean with all the normal amenities. They weren't huge but more than adequate for the night. The rooms were amazingly quiet for being on the airport property. As a former airline pilot I found the quietness amazing as I am probably more aware of the noise factor than the normal traveler. Overall, a great experience and would definitely recommend to anyone and I would absolutely stay there again.

We had rent a junior suite on October 13, 2017. One of the walls of the room is damaged and need to be repaired / re-painted. This is quite unfortunate considering the price of the room! In the case of the breakfast, it is quite disorganized as many empty plates remain on the tables and the tables are not cleaned before clients use them. There is a need for at least one staff to supervise this. This being said, the location of the hotel was perfect to us as our plane left the day after.

Easy walk from CDG Airport. Check in quick and efficient. Lovely quiet room despite the busy location. Great service since I made an error with my booking. This did not become a problem but was quickly and efficiently put to rights. Great breakfast very comfortable bed.

Hotel is rather new. Walking distance to airpost shuttle. Room was as expected from Ibis Style. Smallish but modern, bed is super comfy (it's Accor's), bathroom is nice and clean, wi-fi was excellent. Only down side, front desk staff was always busy.

We stayed at this hotel the night before our flight. It was fairly new, wasn't there in 2014, very clean, everything worked and was extremely convenient to the airport. Our only issue was when departing the TGV, then taking the CDGVAL, there were no "IBIS STYLES" signs to direct us to the hotel. There was an IBIS sign, but we were unaware that the two hotels were literally next to each other. After traveling for over 9 hours, we were too tired to figure out that one IBIS sign meant both hotels. We had checked in online so just had to ask for our key. The staff was pleasant and polite. Dinner in the restaurant was fine. There were 3 main dishes and 3 sandwiches on the menu. Nothing special but certainly convenient and quick. However you must make a reservation or you won't be seated. We were lucky as we were inquiring about a table, a gentleman walked by to cancel his table for two. Otherwise, they were fully booked. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast at 6:45 am the next morning was busy. We took the last knife and spoon so we shared during our breakfast. There was plenty of food and tables to sit at, just not enough silverware. We would definitely stay here on our next trip out of CDG.

Made an error with my booking but I do stay with this chain of hotel often for businesses. They were fast and accomdating to help me on short notice which I was very grateful for. The room was clean and nice, very friendly bar stuff, and generous breakfast buffet. I will be staying with them again. Thank you!

The hotel was a clean, basic hotel that met our needs for one night only. I wouldn't sit were stay there if it were longer. The room was small and the décor HUGE. The front desk people need to be more informed on what is available. They seemed scattered. We didn't have a remote for the TV, we called down twice, they had forgotten.

A short tram from Airport exiting at Terminal 3/ Hotels brings you right to this property. Design of rooms are fun and clean. 10m from front door is a Pullman Hotel which offers more dining, if needed. We like the price and the product.

This is a good hotel but on this occasion the check in was chaotic as the staff were busy smoking outside and non trained staff left to do the check in. I was given a disabled room wish smelled of sewers. In the morning when you ran the shower it flooded the whole bathroom floor.

I and my company members stay regularly at Ibis ( or Novotel ) and Ibis Styles rooms are very nice and definitely more roomy - especially the bathroom- than ordinary Ibis hotel. It is a big shame that the breakfast area is absolutely very badly designed and totally inadequate to receive many guest . Every morning we had to que up only to find out that there were no knives-forks- bread - orange juice - cups and only 1 coffee machine. The area where you pick up your breakfast is far too narrow and quite impossible to move around. We ask the personel to bring sufficient knives etc but it always took a very long time and they ran out again very soon. 1 night the fire alarm was ringing for a very long time and all guests were very anxious and no information was given. This hotel needs a proper management team that takes care of the guest and simple needs as proper breakfast equipment- cleaning of tables ( were very dirty ) and this is not the case today. Due to this poor performance it is difficult to give high score. Room is nice and clean- but the rest not. Best regards- Torben Koed

Not clean; fire alarm went of for 1/2 hour in the middle of thte night and no one answered the phone at thte desk to tell us what to do; turned us away in their restaurant because we didn't have a reservation -- even as guests in the hotel; no soap in the bathroom (called three times to get some). Will NEVER stay in their hotels again.

Hotel expects that you make reservation into the lobby restaurant - but waiting 2 hours in lobby drinking a beer and nobody will tell us that we should do the reservation. We ask also for the menu but after openeing the restaurant was overbooked even that only 5 tables out of 25 were occupied. Also at 3.30 in the morning started the fir alarm - All personel was quit, no rush only explanation - somebody was smoking on some floor. Do not worry. Sorry, but these two experiences were enough for me during my stay - no possibility to have a dinner in the restaurant plus fire alarm - no thanks, never ever this hotel....

2 Ibis styles are very close each of another at CdG Airport. Of course my Taxi from Paris drop me at the wrong one. Please , Ibis, be more precise when sending the reservation, in order Taxi don't let you discover you are at the wrong one with your lagages....abd wait for a Bus to go to the right one!!

We fly in and out of Paris ofter and normally stay a one of the Airport Hotels. We have stayed in other Ibis hotels in France and found them to be a good value with good service and nice facilities, but this hotel did not meet our expectations, the room was very hot with inadequate Air Conditioning for the size of the room, (we were in a suit and Air Conditioning is my business), the Restaurant is small for the size of the hotel and the small staff was overwhelm with the demand, and the food quality was poor. In short, on our next trip to France we will use one of the many other Airport Hotels at CDG Airport.

This is a well located hotel, the room is good, particularly the bed. The soap dispenser is not ideal. It is also quiet despite its closeness to CDG airport. Staff could be friendlier. Guys nicer than girls.

The location is very good, near to the airport and easy to connect to Paris. The room was fine except the shower head would not stay in place, therefore award to shower. There is no tea or coffee in the room, just one small bottle of water. There was a coffee machine, juice dispensers, water and croissants in the lobby. The croissants were there for hours & not covered and the drink machines were either not in use at all or ran out and not replenished. Not even the water on the hottest day of the year so far. It seemed no one was responsible for that area. Due to our time restraints we ate in the restaurant both nights, the menu is very limited. On the first night we were told as it's nearly 10pm they would check with the kitchen if we could have food. The second evening, I ordered quiche and chips. The chips did not arrive and by the time we were able to tell the waitress we had eaten our meal. She then served the chips to with no apology. Our second order of drinks took about 20 minutes. I noticed there was quite a lot of food on the floor, so much that it should have been cleared up during the evening rather than wait until the restaurant had closed. But it hadn't even been cleared by breakfast, as we sat at the next table! Breakfast it's self was chaos. So many chipped plates, the staff were friendly but need training. There was no sign of any organisation. Fruit bowl was empty, coffee machine not working properly, very hot glasses for the orange juice, but to name a few. Whilst we were having dinner on the second evening a cup got broken close to the bar area, we noticed no one cleared it up, but all the bar and waiting staff stepped over it. At breakfast the next day the broken cup had been swept to one side but still on the floor. Not a good show for any hotel, and paid 250euros per night!!

great place to stay the night before flying out from CDG airport. we arrived by TGV - short walk to hotel then back to airport in the morning. dinner was not gourmet, but still very good. Would stay again if we needed to be close to the airport and TGV station.

When entering room # 406 there was a red t-shirt rolled as a ball left on the rack shelf leaving questions about the cleaning protocol of the hotel. If such protocol exists how is it followed by employees to prevent such situation. This was brought to the attention of the front desk person who tried to provide explanations that didn't make sense to me.
