Pre-stay - 7 During stay - 9 Acknowledgment of membership - 9 After stay - 2 due to No response /ignorant with regard to record of Le Club Accor Hotel nights and points. I have sent email to the hotel - no response I have submitted missing point inquiry to Accor website - no response despite the promise of 48 hours response. I have called the hotel twice - no response. Hotel should understand that we have stayed as member for the benefit we are expecting, to include at least proper record of our stays (number of nights and points). This hotel missed my 4 nights stay from Oct 4 to 8, 2017. Anyone could give me solution on this simple matter? Thank you!
Room very dark. Small and dirty. A lot of ant. Kettle is broken, light also not function. Very limitted choice on the breakfast. No body answer on the phone when we request to change room when the lighting is broken. Not function.
I have good stay, hotel location near mall and this really help me as a guest to seek for meals or entertainment. keep up the quality services given to customer. The only note I've need to state was on my process of check out the officer at receptionist still questioning my payment which I have already paid during my booking a month before. need to check on the system whether the update was late or the officer did notice it. but overall I have no issued during my stay.
We booked this stay due to the heavy discount we received and we have also stayed at other Australian and overseas Ibis Styles location with no issues. The first hint, which I should of taken on board was I emailed the resort 2 weeks prior to organise Airport Transfer's with no response. Communication with staff was at times very difficult in communicating what we required. We have a Loft Deluxe room which was basic but met our requirements. The only issue we had was Mozzies and blocked drains. They sprayed for the Mozzies but we still had them, the drains I cleaned the 12 months of hair out then they worked well. Breakfast was basic Asian but got by. The location worked with the Shopping Centre next door which had a major supermarket and many eateries. Highlight of our stay (For my wife and Granddaughter) was the spa which both enjoyed very much. Would not recommend this Motel to friends
We love this hotel such as the design of the hotel, Family Room, Loft Room, Breakfast Experience, Location and so on. However the check in process need some improvement. We did the online check in through the website that the hotel provide, in which we should get our room keys immediately when we arrive, but that wasn't the case. We still wait for quite some time for our room key when we arrive. We booked 3 family rooms and 1 standard room in total. We waited for almost an hour until we got our last room key.
this hotel is very nice, nice modern decoration, nice pool, nice and very helpfull staff, nice location, central to everywhere, mall behind this hotel, but breakfast could be better, we cannot enjoy food in this hotel
The place was good, nice hotel but was quite far from Seminyak, will cost around 60,000 IDR from Seminyak to the hotel. But if the mall will be sufficient for your food and travel needs, it is located beside one. My only concern was upon check-in, we made sure we have booked airport transfer for our departure and we were assured it was booked already and verified it again day before checking out. Upon check out, the receptionist at that time was not informed of any booking and we found out the driver was not there to bring us to the airport as the receptionist was firm on saying that there is no record of us booking any transfers when we were able to confirm it to 2 different people. We became frantic as taxis are not available at that time as well because it was too early. We were so afraid that we might miss our flight. I hope for better communication among them and process.
Check-in was fast. Staffs at check in were friendly and helpful. Room was compact but tidy. Like the breakfast, with reasonable selections. Proximity to the mall within walking distance. Notice that in-room dining plate was left out at the corridor overnight without any staff notice it.
Happy I chose this Ibis Hotel rather than other Ibis Hotels as it suited my requirements - easy pick up for tours as it is centrally located and minimal traffic congestion Location next to mall was ideal for food and could mingle with local crowd. We liked the modern decor and furnishings of the room and hotel. Very pleased with the driver recommended by the hotel reception to take us around for 4 days. The only minor negative was the musty smell of the bath towels. Overall....an enjoyable stay!
I stayed here during my first trip to Bali. Warm Balinese welcome throughout, many staff on duty to assist with guests, this hotel is compact but tall, newly built resort style complex with nice pool in centre. Room was compact, but spahouse furnishings make feel like resort. Very clean throughout whole hotel. Staff very efficient and friendly, the location was convenient with mini mart next door, and guest only access to Bali Galleria mall via car park out the back. It was recommended to hire a driver for sightseeing 6-8hr one day, beware traffic is very hectic, and places take longer to get to than anticipated. Walking the neighbourhood on foot is discouraged, better to go to mall behind the hotel instead! The breakfast in the restaurant features mostly local cuisine, and some western option, very delicious. Only drawback was the wifi connectivity was very slow and mostly non existent during my stay. I recommend to get the pick up or drop off to the airport with the resort shuttle bus, it cost less than the taxi, but must be booked ahead. I had a great stay, thanks!
Im working with accor group as well, Checked in by bienvenue card, best price i got.. Good ambience, nice breakfast, clean room, friendly staff, and very closed to kuta beach, gonna be back soon to ibis kuta circle.
Overall the stay was good, unfortunately it was started with not so good experience. The check in process was so looooonggggg, I didnt know what happened. The room was okay with small balcony and restaurant area for breakfast is little bit dark. but if I compare to what i paid, i think the room rate is quite pricey. The room service is not so good, i must say. I hung the sign on door handle since morning, also call the room service in the noon, but only got the response by afternoon (almost evening) when I leave the room. But overall, still acceptable.
1st day our room didn't clean up by the housekeeping....2nd day the bath towel smells like baked cake....on the same day we ordered in-dining service, took almost more than an hour to served .... No apologized at all from the hotel .... Le Club Accor Priority Member should deserved a better quality service
I'd booked the room to include an extra bed for a child. On arrival, found that this was not the case at all, and despite showing them the booking stating this, they made me pay extra for my child to have a bed. Let alone it took them 1 and a half days to put the bed in- so we actually had to find and pay for somewhere else to sleep the first night. The room itself was a tiny box, with no room to move at all. It was dated, unclean and smelled horrible. The pool was not a "swim up bar" as advertised. In fact it's a pool with a bar nearby. The bar closes at 10pm, but even if you're hoping for a drink at 9.30pm they won't serve you because it's too much effort. The staff at the bar there never have change for you either, so they end up "owing" you money every time you try to buy a drink. Don't bother buying s drink there though- the cocktails are rubbish. The kids club is literally a tiny room with some children's toys (probably up to age 2) The service was terrible. They don't give you pool towels, and you have to call at least 4 times before they will come and give you clean towels so that you can shower. We returned from being out one day at about 5pm and the room still hadn't been serviced. Had to call 3 times to have them come and do that. In case you're still interested, the beds are really hard and uncomfortable. And it's located in the middle of nowhere of tourist interest. Local taxi drivers don't even know where it is, so make sure you keep the address handy on you. Not recommended for anyone, ever.
The breakfast was little bit slow. A lot of people were waiting for The food. Food check and top up in time and make it available to the guest is essential. The interior of the room was little bit tired and needs touch up. However, Reception staff are friendly and the Parking area was excellent.
Nice hotel with young friendly, happy and confident staff. Good service and facilities plenty of food in the hotel My trip was planned only to relax and thats how it turned out. Convenient and central for taxis
Stayed 2 nights at the beginning and end of our 6 day Bali trip September 2015. We decided to book at this Ibis for its value. Since we were out most of the day for tours and will just be needing a place to sleep for some days, we booked this Ibis on our 2nd night in Bali and for our last night before flying out. It served its purpose. Conveniently located near Bali Galleria (with a Hypermart, a Matahari Department Store, plenty of restaurants, a Starbucks and a J. Co), this Ibis even has an access to the mall via the mall parking. After mall hours, there's a mini mart next door if needed. Of our 5 nights in Bali, 4 were spent in 3 different Accor hotels (Kuta Heritage, Mercure Kuta Beach, and this Ibis Styles). The service and reception here ranks second of the three, surprisingly. Yes, this is a budget hotel. The "crowd" here is totally different from the others. Breakfast buffet is so-so. But the level of service here is at par if not better than the service at Mercure Kuta Beach! Of course, the low price is reflected in some aspects. The walls in between rooms weren't enough to keep you from hearing the noise from next door. And even if we were on the top floor, there were still mosquitos in the room. Towels are tough. But hey, I still feel we got more for what we paid for! If you're a first time Bali visitor though, keep in mind this is far from the beach or any happening place. If you have tours arranged though or have booked any transportation, consider this as a very affordable, budget option. I need to mention too that for our last stay, we checked in at 10pm, and checked out at 6am for our flight. Since their breakfast buffet opens at 6am, we were offered breakfast at 5am served in our room. And since we were three in a room, we were given four servings since our room was for four. All requests (extra soap, towel, assistance with luggage, etc.) were acted on very quickly. No regrets booking this as our transit hotel.
I call it all-in-one hotel because the price you paid has already included breakfast, wifi, complete cable tv channels, kids (baby) corner, computer & printing corner, swimming pool, shuttle to kuta beach (beachwalk mal). The location is just behind galeria shopping mal and near main roads (bypass ngurah rai & sunset road) also Sarbagita bus stop. Even though the room is not as big as another nearby Ibis Styles, it has Loft Duplex room. It also has separate shower box & toilet. The breakfast is better than 3 stars hotel (fried rice, porridge, corn, vegetables & meat, sausage, egg station, bread corner, juice drink, coffee & tea, fruits & salad and several choices of 'sambal'). I have stayed in this hotel several times. And sometimes they upgraded my room to Family room (if available). I also love the welcome drink because I can choose beer, softdrink or juice (real fresh fruit juice - avocado, banana, apple, watermelon, orange etc). On my latest stay, I used their airport shuttle service (with additional charge). At first, I didn't know that the guy who did the room boy job (carried my luggage) and drove me to the airport actually is a Guest Service Manager. His name is Dadang Kadarisman. He is a nice person and really care with the guest. Overall I like this hotel and will come back again...
It provides you an easy to reach location, right at Simpang Siur. Room and bathroom is spacious for 3-stars standard compared to other hotels I've ever seen. In overall, service was good and efficient. Room and bathroom was clean. Just for family room it provided no view except the roof :( Breakfast was sufficient in terms of selection and they did have sufficient seating areas. Good acknowledgement for Accor Plus and Le Club membership as well. Recommended for stay in Bali if what you need is a good sleep at a nice comfortable room and not for leisure at the hotel.
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly which is fantastic. The location is great with access to shops. It is a budget hotel so you get what you pay for. A good place to stay to visit Bali with the room a decent place to sleep. I would return due to good rates.
