The window can't open and from the hallway there wasn't coming fresh air either, so with just AC it get dusty and low on oxygen fast. Bed very comfy and everything shower fine. breakfast was ok just in the building across the road

First impressions were good. Somewhere to park whilst we were booking in. Had to telephone a car parking company to park in the car park, but simple enough at £8 per day. We had to walk up the stairs because the lift was broken. The carpet all the way up the stairs was very stained so was a bit apprehensive as to what the room was going to be like. Very impressed with the room however. Also the breakfast was excellent. Will stay again.

The hotel is located in the 3rd zone in London, but there's many ways to go to the centre: bus, tube or train. There are too many options of feeding around: supermarket, bakeries, restaurant and fresh fruit. Best cost x benefit I've ever had in a trip.

Yet another good stay at Ibis styles London Leyton - good ballance between price and quality, not so far from central London , continental breakfast included. Please remember to book in advance to get special price.

i‘m a frequent london visitor, at least a gooner, ibis styles is by far the best location near arsenals stadium, personal is attentive, the rooms are clean and appropriate, breakfast, only one coffee machine and one toaster is not enough when its crowded

Very nice hotel near the centre, although their car park was full there is a large car park very near by which is free after 5pm. The staff were lovely and the room we were i,n which was a James Bond themed room, was excellent.

Stayed here for 2 night. Easy to get to. Hotel clean, staff friendly and good variety of contintal breakfast. Was in a room across the road from main building but not a big problem, have a great time thanks to all the staff

We unfortunately got an un-refurbished room. So on website showing the rooms, ours was nothing like that! Bed and pillows uncomfortable, bath too small should be walk in shower. Two towels only supplied but very small. A lot of dust in both bedroom and bathroom. TV remote not working correctly. Curtains at a velux window, should have been a blind. Carpets and Windows dirty.

Another good stay. Comfortable and clean. Pleasant staff. The only issue is it is a bit of a walk to the underground, but the bus to Oxford street stop right outside. A decent selection of items were avalible at breakfast time also.

Rooms are basic but clean. Staff were friendly. Breakfast basic but ok. Hotel is easily accessible by bus, nearest tube station is a good walk but a short bus trip to tube station and probably 30 mins to central London. Price is reasonable for room and breakfast.

We put 2 of our engineers in this hotel. They are used to a Premier Inn standard. This fell way short of this. When I booked I emailed to ask if it was possible to reserve a parking space. I received an email back saying no - parking was on a first come-first served basis. On arrival our engineers asked to park in one of the several free spaces. They were advised that as they had not reserved this was not possible. They stated that an email had been received saying it was not possible to book but to no avail, they were told to go and park in a side street. The parking spaces remained free overnight ! What kind of service is this? Rooms were poky and small - bathrooms ditto. Not impressed for the price - a total rip off and my engineers said they would have preferred to have driven home (2 hr run) and driven back the next day. We wont be returning.

Room was tidy Excellent Location Receptionist was very friendly and helpful Breakfast on point Close to stratford and london bridge Comfy bed and bathroom is big enough Affordable prices Quick response

Room basic but clean (ish) and comfy bed. Lucky to get a room above ground floor in the building opposite reception. Walking onto the ground floor was like walking into a busy urinal on a hot day. Dirty carpet and stunk of urine and fags. Pity those that had a room near the lift on the ground floor.... would I stay again , probably as need to be near Olympic park and price point good

Nice breakfeast with good options. amazing bad, very confortable. The staff is realy helpful, and treated as in a nice way. The location is not near the tourist points like westminster or london bridge, but is realy easy to circulate arround london from there.

The room was larger than expected which was good but on arrival I found the hotel is split in to two blocks and my room was across a main road. On opening the room it was excessively warm but I could see an air con unit on the wall. The visitor room guide said to alter the temperature by pressing + or - but I couldn't find any controls. I went back to reception (across a busy main road) to be given a remote control for the air con. This did the job but it could have been given to me with the key card if for some reason they don't keep them in the rooms. Breakfast had a reasonable choice. I downrated the cleanliness grade but this was due to the corridor carpet rather than the bedroom or breakfast area.

Stayed here on Friday night and had the worst neighbours you could have asked for played music all night, moved furniture around and they where shouting and aggressive towards each other. Both me and my husband did not want to confront them as they where this way and for us to contact reception meant leaving our room and crossing a road to the other part of the hotel which at 1am we both didn't want to do. In the morning nothing changed the noise carried on until we left the hotel. We informed the manager regarding this he said all the right things and said he would contact me and let me know what he had done I have heard nothing from him so am disappointed even more that for a hotel manager he obviously thought this was ok to have to put up with. We will not be using ibis hotels again.the room was clean but the bathroom had no blind, wifi was crap and the TV had no signal.

Basic amenities all that you need for a comfortable stopover. We were staying in the annexe block which had fire alarm gremlins causing a rude awakening at 12.30 am one morning. Shower water was very slow to drain this was reported but little difference was noticed. The addition of a waste bin by the kettle area in the room would be helpful.

We had to moove in the middle of our week because the window was broken so it was very noisy we could'nt sleep in the morning because of road's noises .So we changed the room in the second room window was ok but air conditioning didn't work properly ... Breakfast was good .

Room was on, couldn't open door to bathroom full as it hit the bed. Noisy as train track immediately outside. Shower wasn't the greatest as no power and bathroom could have been cleaned a little better even though this was clearly a new room.

we like this hotel as its close to our family. The rooms are clean and comfortable but the bed is a bit too hard for our needs. As you get older your bones need good support while sleeping. We had a room at the back which is a lot quieter than rooms at the front. Breakfast is a good range to suit every one and plenty for all.
