Very Clean / good breakfast / closed to touristic sites Accepts payments with Accor points. 200 characters minimum are too much key word are enough to exprese an opinion. . more is a loss of time for readers

Clean, perfectly located, extremely helpful and friendly staff, wonderful breakfast, quiet accommodation. One small complaint is the bathroom design. Three were traveling in our party of different genders and the open shower stall without curtain or privacy shading on the partial glass enclosure limited access to bathroom use.

This hotel has a great location near famous Prado museum. Also, there are a lot of nice restaurants and tapas bars in the walking distance from this hotel. Hotel's staff is friendly and do their best to help guests.

Very profesionnal and Friendly Staff. Big Big UP to Carmen and Anna the Hotel Manager, they were just exceptional and very professional. The rooms are clean. The breakfast is very nutritive, and you can find Gluten free products which was a very good surprise for me, eating without Gluten.

Very expensive. We paid less in Ibis style Barcelona. Very expensive hotel. Good location. The breakfast was good. The Staff attention was very good. There are several restaurants around the hotel. Reasonable Hotel.

Good value for money. Excellent location, within walking distance of many tourist attractions and quite a few excellent tapas bars in the locality. Be aware, though, that kettles are not provided in the rooms and the welcome drink given to us (gold members of Accor hotels) was non-alcoholic.

A welcoming glass of wine in the hotel set the tone. Not far from Plaza Mayor and in the middle of the old Santa Ana district with its narrow streets and dozens of top restaurants and tapas bars. Who could ask for more?

Arrived Friday 6th October for 2 nights. Check in efficient and room waiting for us. Room 401, 3 single beds. Clean and not a bad size. window view, over looking a quiet road. Bathroom again clean and fairly spacious with a good sized walk in shower. Basic amenities provided. Breakfast, slightly disappointing due to no hot food, boil your own eggs (at least 5 minutes) Bar area no existent as such (a fridge with basics in it) All staff were very friendly Would use again if in Madrid

Well located hotel in the center of Madrid. Close to main streets and museums. Close to the subway. Good room. Modern bathroom. Breakfast good but don't have scrambled eggs and bacon. Staff friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel, close to everywhere, in the real center of Madrid, delicious breakfasts. Handsome men and beautiful senioritas. Thank you Accor Hotel. I love Spain because of you. I could spend there the rest of my life.

great location for museums & tapas in the santa anna square. Very modern clean ,good breakfast ,helpful staff .We had 2 rooms adjacent for a family visit.Beds comfortable, good shower.Hard to fault the hotel

Close to the Prado Museum in the historic centre of Madrid. Comfortable basic rooms, with breakfast an added bonus. I didn't pursue the wine theme as you can taste the wines in the foyer downstairs but with more time that seems a great idea.

The location is very good: it is near, i.e., walking distance ( 20 minutes top), to major areas of interests such as the Puerta del Sol, El Ingles Cortez -supermarket and deli, Plaza Mayor, San Miguel Market, Royal Palace, Cathedral, Prado Museum, the Atocha train station. The Prado area is also the historical literary area where Miguel Cervantes and Lopez de Vega lived and died. Moreover, there are numerous tapas bars frequented by locals. I only found out when I joined a tapas walking tour.

We were on the way to Costa del sol and will like to stay one night in Madrid. The hotel is nice and clean and the staff is friendly. The only remark that I have is a bit noisy AC unit and bathroom that is easy to flooded by shower water.

servie was very good, everyone helpful and friendly, also lcoation is amazing. but room had no window and shower in the room, resulting in a damp, dark und unpleseant experience. not good enough for the room price.

I stayed in Ibis Styles Madrid on the 6th floor(top floor). The rooms are very nice with a small little balcony for 2 people to enjoy a drink. Its very conveniently located whether you want to go to the Madrid palace or Gran Via, Plaza Mayor or want to just have some Indian food closeby. There are a lot of Bangladeshi restaurants at Calle de Lavapies which is walkable from the hotel. Another good place is Agra Palace restaurant at Calle de Vergara very close to Madrid Palace

The hotel was very clean and quiet place and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast is ok . Very well located . The hotel is located near bars, restaurants and the metro I will stay at this hotel on my next trip to Madrid.

Good breakfast but thin walls, very basic room with window to an indoor staircase, and toilet with transparent glass door and wall (not frosted glass). No problem for me because I was there alone.. Prado is the best area to stay when you are a tourist.

The staff were very helpfull and kind.. The room was a good size, bed was comfortable. How ever with no carpet on the floor the noise was amplefid One could hear every thing going on in the rooms either side of you and above. The plumbing was also noisy.

Have stayed here and number of times over the years - before and after it becoming an Ibis. Great location and staff - splashed out on a balcony room for a big birthday which was expensive but worth it! Thanks to Carmen and the team - especially for the birthday surprise.

Hotel design

Generous volumes, soothing clarity and a play of transparency. Big, white space from the lobby all the way through to the 48 rooms. Against this immaculate background, colours dance. In the dining room, a huge fresco presents an immense panorama of rows of grapevines stretching all the way to the horizon. And in the rooms, the discovery continues. Above the beds, huge brushstrokes of bright colours depict scenes of harvesting grapes, rows of casks and bottles all lined up. Each floor presents a different step in the winemaking process. And each room is dedicated to a Spanish AOC wine: Priorato, Rioja, Ribera Del Duero . Enjoy the tour. The lines are contemporary, the colours intense. And the traditional steps in cultivating the vine espouse the sleek style of the décor.

Art and wine! The ibis Styles Hotel Madrid Prado brings the two great Iberian passions together. The interior is like a white canvas on which the Spanish Wine Route is traced in broad lines of bright, brilliant colours. The variety of terroirs, the beauty of winemaking and landscapes. Delicious tastes to be discovered. Another Spain is revealed : lively, supple, slightly tannic, full of body and freshness.

All the Spanish terroirs meet here in the centre of Madrid. It's a fabulous journey while standing still, an invitation that stirs your curiosity. All in a pure white setting enhanced with joyous colours and a marvellous fresh feeling. You might think you were on holiday...
