It is a great place! Nice for couples and families with children! Clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff are worth to be mentioned! It was perfect time for us! Thank You! We will come back for sure!

Everything at the hotel was great from check in to check out. Lovely clean room nice and warm as was very cold outside .Breakfast was more than adequate , the staff were all very friendly and helpful .thank you

Does what it says on the tin. Great location, staff and functional. What would make it even better? Shower gel rather than mean little bar of soap. Often an irritant for some. Otherwise really fit for purpose.

all in all fair value/price ratio but the room is a bit small and cleaningness should be better. the breakfast is good but the kindness of the employees should be developed as well. the location is good tower is just one station

Very comfortable bed, very welcoming and friendly staff, and an excellent view of the City of London's iconic skyline. There is a bus stop right outside with routes directly into the city or west end. Recommended.

Very convenient location and excellent value for money . The check in was very quick and the staff polite and efficient . The rooms are clean and comfortable with a good shower and a view of the city and London hospital .

As a satisfied previous customer (ibis Alexanderplatz Berlin) I had no second thoughts about this hotel. It combines best price with high quality and closeness with city center. The only sisadvantage is that it is very next to s huge and busy mosque,

good hotel if you're looking for a short stay ( 1 night) not the best location but close to the underground we used because of cancellation of our flight.. rooms were clean and very basic breakfast was ok.

As this was an Ibis budget hotel, my expectations weren't high. The place was clean and easy to get to. Not sure why, but I was allocated a room with an accessible shower, so the wash basin was too low for me to use without bending uncomfortably. Unfortunately the shower smelt of mildew and had an unpleasant large green stain around the plug hole; might have been algae or something, but I chose not to investigate. This is a pretty common problem with accessible rooms I've noticed. As an able bodied person, I'm disappointed that chains don't maintain these rooms properly.

Good location, close to interesting places. Better use aldgste east station rather than whitechapel. Nice diverse neighborhood, not for islamophobics. Very close to shoreditch, cool for young people. Great value and young staff very cordial. Easy going venue.

We got a great rate for this hotel as it is London and all hotels are extremely expensive. Was expecting much worse but it is a small but clean IBIS, all you can expect from the basics Ibis offers. The paint in the walls could do with a retouch but apart from that it was quite good.

Very disappointing stay. Hotel not ready for me on arrival, reception not manned when I arrived, room not allocated, nor key ready. Room cramped, badly marked route from reception to the room. Little choice of food and drink. Better that sleeping on the streets but a hotel I shall never visit again.

Fitst time for me, and last. Guess its what I paid for but not too clean, very noisy and bed/bedding had strange smell. Other stays with accor group had been fine but I never expected so little for the price.

This hotel provides good value for relatively low price. The rooms are small but brand new and clean while the food was better than expected. Whitechapel isn't the nicest part of London but it lies very close to the City.

Really enjoyed our stay at Ibis Whitechapel. Rooms are small but clean and it was all that we expected. Slept really well and we found it was easy to get to pretty much anywhere in London from here. The hotel also offers affordable breakfast and pizza slices in the evening which we found convenient.

Spartan accomodations in downtrodden neighbourhood. Just the bare minimum in the room. Cleaning of the room could be done better. Small room. Despite the lackluster accomodations, nice and young people at the reception!

Conveniently located near tube station, met by friendly staff. Room clean and functional providing all requirements in a compact room. Excellent value for money. Disappointed with breakfast - bread not fresh and selection poor, only the coffee was good so would have breakfast elsewhere. Would recommend for a budget stay in east London - we were attending an event at Tobacco Dock.

Stripped back to the basics, this hotel offers a comfortable bed, and great value buffet breakfast. Conveniently located near Aldgate East Tube, this no frills hotel ticks all the boxes for a budget hotel.

We had a room in the new wing overlooking the mosque. Comfortable beds, great shower, reception people were friendly and helpful (we needed something printed late at night and they were most accommodating). Several grocery stores including a Tesco around the corner. Pubs and restaurants with reasonable prices. Close to Brick Lane, Tower of London. 5 minute walk from underground station. We did not partake of breakfast but there appeared to be lots of choice. Room is very functional but only one stool and minimized space for walking around bed. Would definitely stay there again.

Just as it says basic hotel room. Bed, TV, shower and toilet. Small but clean Even though it’s a basic room I was still expecting a kettle and coffee so had to go out to fetch one Main problems 1) reception staff didn’t know the area when asked what restaurants and coffee shops about ( was told I could walk down the street and see) 2) light in toilet not working ( only found out in middle of night) 3) shower door didn’t fit and water poured out on to floor Staff made aware in morning buy didn’t seem bothered
