Even though I checked in online stating that I would be in the hotel before noon, my rooms wasn't ready. They told me they didn't have any cleaned nonsmoking room. I left my luggage and went for lunch. I came to hotel in 4p.m. and still there my room wasn't ready. I waited 30 mins for my room to be cleaned.
it was clean hotel, very nice wifi, relaxing enviroment, superb breakfast, helpful staff, easy location from the airport, excellent athmosphere, very good room,television with my italian channel, very confortable stay
The hotel is located in the best part of Adana. You can walk everywhere. All personals are friendly. But we couldnt reach wifi. TV cannels must include documentory cannels. We had a good time and ı think ı will stay again when ı go there.
Room service is very poor and time specific. It should be round the clock. Atter checked-in, water from basin was not flowing properly. No one attended the problem till next day 9 am inspite of repeated phone.
I stayed one night in this hotel. Personel in the reception was very kind and cooperative. Bed was comfortableand the bed lining was clean. Even though the room was nonsmoking room, there was too much stiky smoke fume in the bath room. In the night there was too much noise from out side from the street.
Location is not the best, but it's walking distance to the bazaar quarter and one of the newest shopping malls. Large shower cabine. Well maintained room with flat TV set with foreign programs.Happy with the stay.
I stayed there 2 nights and was very happy with the quality of the hotel.The rooms are big enough and as I only spent only time to sleep. Great value for the price. Staff is friendly and the breakfast is great. I highlt recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Adana. We were so happy with Ibis that we also choised Ibis in Gaziantep also for the next leg of our trip and we were very happy too. Sleeping quality: As the city is under construction with big projects around the city and as they were working also at night, my sleep was disturbed was it wasn't because of the hotel. Tourism: The only tyhing I would suggest them to raise the quality of their service is about tourism: this is a general problem in Turkey, the staff don't know much about museums, historical sites. They should be able to say which museums are open or in renovation or how far are Anavarza ruins for example.
