This hotel is very close to a subway station with access to Santiago main atractions, the neighborhood is good and you may find a lot of restaurants and shops around. The rooms and infrastructure meet the expectations for this kind of hotel

I waited twenty minutes to check-in while the three women behind the counter chatted to one another rather than attending to my check-in. There was no one else to check-in. When I asked to be checked-in, I was told to wait, while they continued their conversation. I was later told by a friend that this is typical of customer service in Santiago. However, this is an international chain, so I do expect better. The cleaning lady was the friendliest person on the staff.

Good location in Providencia, next to subway. The room is a carbon copy of all other IBIS Hotels, good standard within a nicely lit bright building Breakfast selection is not as extensive as other IBIS Hotels in Latin America - became tedious after 4 days without a change in selection At checkout I asked for the deposit paid to be refunded at check in (which they confirmed), as I used a different card to pay the bill at seemed all fie until I noticed they did not refund the deposit on the first card, therefore I have to go through the pain to get my card refunded.....others beware!!

the hotel is good, location excelente, i do not have problems, íbis is the great option in Santiago, the metro ins near , shopping etc, the room is good, service fast, good, do not prove the break fast.

Nice location, near metro stations and easy to reach BellaVista.Very pleasant restaurants in the area. Staff friendly. Breakfast very good with delicious mini croissants... Clean room, and confortable bed. The Ibis quality !

A clean and comfortable hotel with friendly and accommodating staff. Wi-Fi works great. Breakfast is ok and can be included at a reasonable price. Easy access to the metro. Very close to some good restaurants in the area. Would stay here again any time.

Excellent breakfast and service in general. The hotel is in a good location, near a lot of restaurants, metro station and services, although a little noisy at night because of the buses. My apartment (511), use by two singles, is small for two single beds, but adequate for a queen size bed.

I travelled to Santiago with my family and we were very satisfied with the hotel.. It is located very conveniently, near a subway station, and within walking distance of the traditional Ligura restaurant and the huge Costanera Center mall. The hotel was clean, modern, the staff helpful and friendly, wi-fi worked fine. Just a few details could be better: the rooms felt a bit small and the shampoo was frankly bad- no conditioner.

Nice Hotel located in Providencia, awesome place with great restaurants and bars. One block away from the subway station. Daniela is a must in the reception, awesome person with nice energy! I was in room 1310 with nice view to the mountains!

The hotel is well localized, attentious staff, clean room, comfortable beds. But the room is too small (there were no place to the luggage), and there aren't connecting rooms. We asked for connecting rooms on online reservation and there were no warnings. The breakfast is excellent, with variety of fruit and bread.

Expensive for an Ibis but the location is ver good and you can save money with transportation. The personel is ver attentive and helps you in what ever you need. In general its good place to stay in Santiago.

What a nice stay at Santiago, Chile, at a perfect location, central and nearby a subway that takes you easyly to everywhere you want! Has a grocery store, drugstore, restaurants and bars, in one block distance. Perfect room for a nice value!

Unfornately I passed many troubles in my accommodation. Already In my check-in the front desk clerk passed me only amount, don't localized my reserve and finally, after localize my correct reserve don't pass me a drink of courtesy. In my room, there was a bad odor in the bathroom. When I needed call to my customers in Santiago, don't could not row in the room and finally in one day of my stay, I've been all day outside the hotel and when returned my room it was not clean. After being forced to speak to the manager they solved the problem.

Love it! The hair drier was the only problem that we had and the breakfast didnt have that many options. The staff was amazing! Paulo, Gabriela, Carolina and Macarena Arredondo were great with us! The location is very good also, super close to the metro station.

When you choose an Ibis you already know what you will find , business pattern acomodations , basics features , good cleaness. An optional breakfast that is good also. It has an good localization near an Metro station .

Pros: very attentive staff, comfortable room, excellent and safe location (with supermarket, restaurants, and a gentleman's club close by) Cons: showers not too warm, and in one of the days they were cold altogether

I usually stay in this hotel for short stays in Santiago. Location and connectivity are excellent. However, being in peak holiday season I do not recommend this hotel for business purposes. Waiting times for check-in/checkout are excessive for non-holiday passengers. Also, some of the tourists are quite rude and don´t seem to enjoy waiting in line to be served. I cannot understand the purpose of having your Credit Card information in advance and asking you to pay in person for each transaction. Again, this makes checkout very slow. I will only return to this hotel if I have spare time. Room maintenance can be improved, my AC system had a leakage and had to put towels to contain it.

I was looking for a hotel close to several touristic points in Santiago, and this Ibis Providencia fits into this classification. But the lack of cleanliness (white towels were almost gray) besides their poor breakfast (missing items) turns this hotel into a non recommended one.

City is very interesting, very good metro transportation system, clean, safe to walk, many cultural attractions, historical sites and excellent food and wine. Easy for tourist from all over the world once many information points are available. Hotel was in a short walk to metro station.

Nice location but very lousy bad service at the counter. Limited food / menu at the restaurant, available only during certain hours. Old towels, cheap soap & shampoo. Nice bed though and pretty new room (furniture, linen, etc).WiFi signal good, only three computers at the lobby, most of the time available. Taxis available also.
