Great hotel, friendly staff, excellent breakfast choices, close to transport network but in a quiet street, one road back from the River Seine. Great shops, restaurants and parks close by. A comfortable pleasant stay, with free internet, before my busy day of meetings.
Our first night (of three) was ruined because our room was next to some sort of plant room and we had a constant droning all night. We were moved to another room after midnight, which meant neither of us got any sleep. The next room had a fan noise from the air conditioning unit, despite it being turned off!! Ah well, there's always the restaurant - WRONG!!! The food was truly, truly awful. A burger with a roll that had been defrosted via microwave and gone rock hard (maybe I should have used it as a basketball?) The "salad" had obviously been half eaten on the way out as there was only half a bowl of wet lettuce. The chips were stone cold and they had the audacity to try and charge us for a bottle of tap water!!!! Lackadaisical attitude of the front desk staff was only improved by the friendly restaurant manager, who was fighting a losing battle (get another job elsewhere mate, really - you're wasted there!!!) So, all in all, I feel as though I have wasted money on a poor hotel, badly run and with a don't care attitude. I will certainly do my utmost to avoid this place again, Paris is big enough to find other hotels that actually care about their clients.
I have stayed here a number of times on business, normally just one or two nights. Never had any issues before, but this time had a very poor nights sleep due to a party of students who were running around until 3:30 am. When I enquired if there had been any other complaints about the noise the next day I was asked my room number and then they explain there had been a party of students staying. I was given a complimentary breakfast, which did not really make up for a poor nights sleep. It's a shame as the hotel has beed refurbished recently and look great.
The room was clean and small, but sufficient for two family members to have place to stay in city like Paris where we devoted our time to sight seeing and wanted to sleep each night and take shower. last day the brekfast was free which was nice surprise and made our departure easier-it was Sunday. The direction to hotel should be clerer,it was our biggest problem on the day of arrival.|Over all it was good stay and value fpor money.
nice and quiet hotel. Friendly staff, but hardly speak English. Internet connection is good. Breakfast is not good value for money, limited choice of food. Will be good if they can have real cups or glass in the room as the plastic ones supplied broke easily. Good connection to Paris central.
the hotel location is good. Service is OK. good accessibility to the tube train station. the overall cleanliness of the room is OK. price is little bit expensive. the reception desk is very helpful in nature
Really clean hotel , convenient, and fairly big enough for 2 people. The extra cost for the car park is a bit high (10€) otherwise the location is fairly central with some restaurant and bars closeby.
very good hotel - clean, comfortable, good beds, parking 10 Eur/day, close to a large supermarket. the only downside is the location, the metro is about 1.5 km. Although the nearest RER station is about 300 m, but a ticket to Paris in this case is 2.5 euros. On the other hand, ticket to Versaillles is 1.5 Eur :)
It's OK for short business trips . . -- No tea & coffee facilities in rooms -- No English channels on TV -- Restaurant menu is somewhat limited and doesn't change very often -- No proper bar area to chill out in But, it is relatively cheap, clean, comfortable and most important for me it's close to where I am working.
We were looking for accommodation in Issy which was clean and functional giving us a base and somewhere to sleep without being expensive. This fitted the bill admirably and was close to RER, tram and metro links to Paris. Staff were friendly and polite. We did not use the restaurant or bar facilities.
Great area, safe and quiet. Public transport 10-15 walk away! Great for Roland Garros or Parc des Princes. Big shooping centre not far away. Safe reasonable private parking. Breakfast is good for 9 EUR
The hotel is more than you can expect to be honest. If you go and visit, it is your best choice...very good location, the area is nice, green, there are parks, no problems at all. There are shops near the hotel, walking distance, and the train station is literally 5 minutes away. Connections are very good, 10 minutes by train and you re at the Eiffel Tower. Clean and neat. The breakfast is a MUST. Rich and healthy, variety and it s a very good way to start your day. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Hope this helped
