I did not stay because I had a personnal inconvenience. I informed you and the hotel about it way ahead of time to check if they could refund or change/postpone it. The answer was a no without any flexibility (I kept the email). It's even worse because I'll be staying there next week for 2 nights. It's not about the money, it's about the principle. I stay more than 100 nights with Marriott & Hilton hotels and when this happens, they always accomodate me without discussing.

Stayed for 2 nights. Room is good, clean, spacious, very comfortable bed, very good Wi-Fi. The good about the IBIS is that, no matter in what country you are, the rooms are always very similar or equal. The breakfast is excellent for a 3 stars hotel. Better breakfast than many 4 stars hotels in morocco. The dinner was also very good. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The location is excellent. 2 minutes from the main highway that leads to Rabat or Marrakech. 20 minutes from the airport. Besides that is located in a closed condominium with 24 h security.

It was my third stay in the hotel within few months time and unfortunately I saw the condition of the rooms deterioate. Mostly the bathrooms start smelling bad, shelve in the shower was not available, bath linnen had been fotogotten in my room... And suddenly there's no more alcohol being served in the bar and the restaurant, even though it still is on the menus. Nobody could tell me if that is permanent or not.

Love the location of this hotel. Security is great, parking great, staff is very friendly and do their best to help, especially Yassine and Omar. The rooms are small, but quiet so you can get a good night's sleep. There are no washcloths and the shampoo & conditioner are in little packets, not bottles, and there are no shelves in the showers to put things on. Our bathroom started to smell really bad, so we called and a housekeeper of the hotel sprayed it well with deodorant which worked fairly well. Also, when we were there, beverages containing alcohol were not offered at any time of day or night.

I stayed one night as I had a very early flight from casablanca Airport. The hotel is pretty new and one can feel, it's located it a business parc which still seems to be under development at 15 minutes driving from the airport. So don't expect any nightclubs or restaurants around, have your dinner before or in the ibis restaurant. The bar is pretty ok to have a drink, and the personnel very friendly. Checkin and chekout were painless, the room a typical ibis room, but more spacious and light than in many other Ibis hotels.

the hotel is located in a new area where schools/universities or new bussiness are around. it very quite at night with no activity. located about 20-25minutes from downtown. unless you have some kind of transportation not worth staying there. If ever i am in casa again i will choose a different hotel. Rooms are the typical IBIS for the people know the chain. Our room had the thermostat inoperative as a result the room was too cold and unable to have any heat. No instructions on the phone in the room how to call room service/reception or any other service at the hotel. When i ask the manager the next morning, he told me that always for IBIS i have to dial number 9. I am sorry but my self i am not familiar with each hotels habits. No information on the pamphlet of the room, how to call room to room or anything else. A ittle more conviniency for the clients does not hurt.

Quite close to the airport, a brand new hotel with good "Ibis standard" services. We had a nice dinner (salad buffet) in the restaurant, our car was safely parked in front of the hotel. Perfect for an overnight stop!
