This hotel is close to the airport and as we usually arrive in the middle of the night we choose to stay at this hotel as the facilities are good and the hotel arranges pick-up at the airport. The hotel is relatively new and rooms are small but very comfortable. They provide a buffet breakfast and all prices are excellent. It appears to be a business type, short stay hotel as there is no pool. We have used it before and will use it again.
I m a Accor Member but they didn t treat me so well and made me wait until 14h for the room (even if the room was available) in many Hôtel they gave me the room before 14h if I arrived earlier The breakfast is ok but not so nice
Near the airport and the famous beach Kuta.. surrounding there is a lot of good food such Lao Ta , they have the best porridge in town. Beside the food we can reach the shopping store such as Krisna , Joger anf many more..
Friendly and Humble Staff are good points from this hotel. Strategic location, near airport is another positive point. Don't worry be hungry, the hotel surrounding with Minimarket, Restaurant, Cafe, even Food Stall.
I booked the hotel for my 84 year old aunt with an airport pick up and breakfast package. The staff were very attentive and took a very good care of her, however, I had a little bit disappointment in regard to the paid breakfast. My aunt wasn't offered the breakfast, although she wasn't fuss about it, but it would be appreciated if she was offered as it was included in the booking. Booked for two nights but stayed for around 15 hours only. On the way back, the hotel provided an airport transfer for Rp.65000. Overall, it's a good airport hotel and I would like to thank you all staff who looked after my aunt on the day she stayed. I will send my aunt there again in October 2017.
It was my first time visit to this hotel. Nice and clean hotel with value for money. They gave me really nice welcoming gesture by setting a plate of fruits and welcome letter. I know that they have gym as their facilities, but when I came to their hotel, I can't use it
Book for family group during our holiday. Love this hotel. We got rooms on third level the air not very good smell of smell, maybe we should rqst not smoking floor but Room are spacious, clean. Locations is good you can easily find any kind foods. Souvenir. B'fast is great. Staff also friendly.
The room is good and more confortable and reasonable price to stay.i love it to stay there due to close to airport and easy to go to kuta and close to famous of chinese restaurant in front of hotel.amazing
Near airport if you have early flight from Denpasar. Its very convenience to take Taxi there. If you want to go Kuta also near here, by taxi around 10 minute, but there always has traffic jam. Good service and location, next time will come again.
Located in the main road from the airport to Kuta, only need around 10-15 minutes drive from airport. The room is clean, with a good choice of food. A good choice for business trip, or transit purpose..
Staff were very attentive and replied to my emails very quickly regarding airport pick up. My partner and I only stayed one night but room was clean and good value for money close to the airport which was good as we flew in at 1am they also have 24 hour check in
Honestly, didn't quite have a chance to explore the hotel. Was on a business trip. Check-in was ok. But check-out early in the next morning. The room is small, but ok for Ibis standard. Excellent location if you are on a business trip. Had complimentary late check-out until 17.00, which was a huge help, since I personally had to leave early in the morning, and leave my friend alone with nothing to do because he was on the evening flight.
Good location and like the simplicity. But breakfast is not very appetizing.. Bathroom is small and you need to check the water quality. The water came out for the toilet is smelly. If you are using recycled water for toilet, check the sewage treatment system.. And either you are cutting cost or you don't have standard of when you need to change your towel..it is quite wear and tear.
i stayed in Feb 2016 for 3 nights and the slow check-in was really unpleasant after a long trip from Ubud at a raining day. everything was fine after that as we didnt ask for anything extra from the hotel. however, when i checked out the hotel, the staff didnt give me the invoice as most accor hotels email invoice after check out. but it didnt happen this time... it is wired that nobody replied me when I emailed to request my invoice. what is wrong with your management?
I have stayed at Ibis Kuta many times before, but there was a pleasant surprise on my last stay when I was met by Ibu Dian the GM. She was very attentive, and was on hand to make my stay comfortable. She even let me and family have an upgrade room. A fruit basket was a very nice touch too. Wonderful !
So far, the Ibis Kuta has never disappointed us. We use this hotel as a transit hotel as it is located close to the airport. The airport pick up service was also available (Rp. 50k/car). The room was compact but clean. The bed was very comfortable. It is value for money. There are plenty of food choices and several convenience store nearby the hotel.
Room plan including airport pick-up, have confirm will use pick up service but flight delay, driver disappear ( The driver should check with hotel if guest have reach hotel by themselves or not before he disappear ) . Take Taxi to hotel by ourselves but reception staff keep on talking telephone and ignore the guest that waitng and standing in front of him. Various choice for breakfast but the taste seems for domestic people. Location is good, room cleaness and room size also no problemn. Sorry, bad experience, will not stay again.
Checking in at 4 pm and had to wait for an hour as the room had not ready yet. Staying at the hotel for 3 nights but was only given a slice of soap. Parking lot was very limited. Loading dock was often jammed.
The location is close to the airport. Easy to find restaurant even at night. Closed to 24 hours souvenir store. The staffs really nice and breakfast was fine for me. But I've got a lil problem with the AC. The AC didn't work and more than half hour to fixed it. The technicians used their dirty shoes inside my room, made me unhappy to stay in this hotel.
We needed a place to stay on our last day as we were flying out 11.05pm. We booked the room for the night, even though we could not use it fully. It was close to the airport and their special included transfer and b'fast. We were courteously driven to the airport and as we would not be there for b'fast - kitchen supplied each of us with a takeaway container of fresh fruit. So, lovely service, room adequate for our stay. We also had lunch there and the food and service was fine. Recommend for a convenient stay
