Had to stay at Ibis Santiago Estacion Central for 4 nights and it was the worst hotel experience of my life. First of all, when I and my husband were trying to book a hotel, we left a comment that my husband will do a check-in first at morning because this booking made under my name. When my husband arrived at hotel, receptionist denied to do check-in. well, why there is a request comment of guest on booking process on website? Secondly, my bathroom had a problem with the shower booth door. the door did not close completely. We had to take a shower with half-opend door so floor of bathroom always been wet and nasty. Thirdly, the housekeepers of this hotel are absolutly horrible. The fisrt day of staying, we lost one shirt, two pairs of socks and underwears, and a pair of earrings. It took 2day to get back our lost items and I still wonder that how could we lose these by house keepers. Lastly, WE LOST OUR PROPERTY AGAIN. At the last day of staying, a pair of Flip-flop has been lost at our room. We could not made our complaint because we noticed it few minutes before check-out. I felt like... WHY SHOULD THE GUESTS FEEL AFRAID TO LOSE THEIR PROPERTY IN HOTEL??? Oh, there is one more thing. WIFI is completely not working in room. I always had to go down to reception hall to use internet. What kind of hotel it this? I will NEVER use this hotel and WILL TELL EVERYONE who going to Santiago. So no one will feel afraid to lose their property and no one will feel bother by using internet, so on. Do not book this hotel.
