This was the best Ibis Budget I have ever stayed at. The location was perfectly located very close to both the old and new parts of the city. The room was as always clean and to the usual high standards. The television actually had 3 English speaking channels, which is umprecedented! The only negative aspect of the hotel that it had no parking - there were however a number public car parks in the vicinity - I used one that was a 10 minute walk away from the hotel and cost €6 for 24 hours (free on Sundays).

I was in Dresden for opera at the Semperoper which is only about 7 mins walking time from the hotel. Perfect. Hotel is clean, modern and excellent value. Check-in and check-out very easy and Wi-Fi was very effective. Would certainly go back there. Room was extremely quiet with practically no noise from street, adjoining rooms or corridor.

Great Location + decent rooms. Enjoyed the stay very much. Highly recommend the hotel to those on business travel or doing quick trip visit to Dresden. Everything was good and there is simply not much to add to it.

Me and my children were completely satisfied! Perfect location, parking, very friendly reception. Very clean rooom, very good equipment of the room. Good breakfast! Just may be quite noisy air conditioning.

The location is perfect. It is close to everything, which are old town, shopping centres, restaurant and cafes. The front is Post Platz tram station, so access is excellent. The room is simple and modern. And the lighting is beautiful.

Room is budget style, but if you're out touring most of the time and your stay is short, then this is no big deal. The location is wonderful. City center, old city across the street, and a parking discount if you're coming by car; 9€ per night in the underground parking (Q-Park) in the same gallery building complex Ibis Budget Dresden Hotel is part off. Staff also very helpful, and breakfast good. Well, it's a budget Hotel, but the location makes it a very good choice.

Good location for sightseeing, staff was friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was quite good. Only downside was street noise with the windows open. Overall I would recommend it especially to those who don't mind a cozy space !

All in all good value for money except for shower poorly designed the adjoining area turns into a swimming pool and there are no mats or towels on the floor to control situation I suggest hotel managers should try the showers themselves to better grasp the problem

to see Old Town, this Hotel is best located. Very convenient to Old Town and at the same building with the Shopping center; because it is located at the center of tram, you can go anywhere from just in front of the Hotel.

Brilliant stay,in a spotless hotel, with 1st class service from helpful, goodhumored staff. The bedroom was well appointed, the bathroom facilities excellent and housekeeping staff keep it all in top condition. Breakfast buffet was well presented and replenished promptly, with a good selection of dishes.Reception staff couldn't have been more helpful.

We chose this hotel for its central location. From our 3rd floor room we could see the Zwinger Palace and Frauenkirche, and all the places of interest were within walking distance. The room was small and the most basic we've had. The shower wasn't in a separate room, and if you wanted to read the only place to sit was on the bed (that soon got uncomfortable, but there were 4 easy chairs in reception.) The breakfasts were basic but filling; some croissants would be a welcome addition. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. The clue's in the name. We paid £214 for 3 nights B&B, which is good value. Three nights is about right for a visit, and we included a trip to Meissen on the River Elbe.

The hotel is in a really good location, very near of restaurants and the main attractions of Dresden. There is a mall right under the hotel, open until 21:00. The only problem in my room (4060) was the bathroom. The last guest smoked "a lot" in the bathroom and it stinks! I spend only one night, then it has been not a big deal, but for a long stay would be not nice.

In the heart of Dresden. Close to public parking garage. Hotel room is very good for a stop over. Not ideal for business traveler who needs to do computerwork in the hotelroom. Excellent layout of the room for overnight stay.

This hotel is good for travellers that want to walk around the old city and to the hotel from the main train station. The breakfast is good. The bedding is wonderful. Rooms are basic and adequate and clean. The service is good.

This place doesn't feel like a budget. It's right in the heart of Dresden, walking distance from everything. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Parking is 9 Euro and is an underground parking lot for the main market square. It's not too far of a walk to get to the Ibis. We loved staying here.

We stayed in the Hotel for 1 night, for more long duration of stay it will be inconvenient as room is very small without even wardrobe. But for 1 night everything was really good! Great location, staff, cleanness. Thank you!

Clean, cute and comfortable, meets every expectations I have. It's location is very central, only minutes of walking to the tourists sites and the tram stop is right out of the door. It is also very quiet and I did not hear anything in the room. The room itself is clean and the bed was comfy. I guess my only complaint is that the sink is a bit too small, but that doesn't really matter to me. In general, highly recommended.

Ibis Hotel Dresden was awesome. The Hotel is located right above a shopping mall so food and shopping is readily available within minutes. The location is fantastic because it very close to all the major attractions in Dresden. If you didn't want to walk to all the places, the Tram stop in right in front of the hotel. But I do recommending walking because you will see those amazing views of the city and of all the attractions by just strolling along the streets.

+ suberb location right in city centre, close to the Altstadt and the Christmas markets; loved it that to open your room only a code was needed (byebye to keys or key-cards); - pillows could have been a bit more fluffy. For my liking it was too flat.

We stayed in this hotel for one night. It was Ok mostly because of the prefect location. Hotel concept is modernity, but sometimes it looks strange: for example, the douche cabin was directly in the room, not in the bathroom :) The food selection for breakfast was normal for this class. The staff was helpful. The main negative point was the quality of pillows.
