This hotel is well situated, near the town centre. It is quiet and the staff is very nice. A special thank you to Sandra always so pleasant. The hotel has just changed all the pillows and I did appreciate .

This is an easily accessible hotel in a quiet area of St Quentin. We have stayed many times and are always more than pleased with the warmth of the welcome and the friendliness of all the staff. The rooms are clean and whilst not big have all you need. As the area around is quiet we have always slept well. Breakfast is good value for money. There is a good restaurant next door but there are others in the town centre, (we like the Brasserie in the main square) about 10 minutes walk away, or there are restaurants, if you wish to drive, near the main shopping centre outside of town or Poivre Rouge near Gauchy, both about 5 minutes drive from the hotel. Many people seem to use it as an overnight stop or business trips but it is a good base too to explore St Quentin itself and other tourist places in the area.

A very good location and clean modern facilities. Great value for money for a necessary stop on a long drive between the mountains and Calais (2 1/2 hours away). The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable

Stayed here after an 7hr journey from Meribel. The hotel is clean and functional. No frills, but what the hotel lacks in luxary the staff make up for in being friendly and helpful. This is our third stay in two years.

Central location, secure parking (extra fee 3 euros), very very helpful staff - only quibble is the bed is rather hard and we had to ask for extra pillows. But there again the clue is in the name - budget

A great, well appointed hotel to stay in after an evening ferry crossing. There is plenty of parking, even for a late arrival, although the secure car park was full. Maybe you need to book this? Fantastically well furnished, with breakfast from 04:00 so you can get an early start too. I will probably stay here again next time I travel abroad.

The location is quiet, despite being in the heart of Saint-Quentin. Pleasant and efficient receptionist, impeccable room suitable for overnight stay, comfortable bed and secure car park. The standard I've come to expect from Ibis.

there is no getting away from the budget in the Ibis Budget chain, but that does not always equate to cheap. the rooms are clean and presentable, the beds comfortable and large. the location was central, with a 5 min walk to the canal and just a 10 min stroll to the central square and some decent restaurants. the hotel is pet friendly (although this costs an extra 5€ per pet per night). the breakfast is a shade pricey at 6€15, but the food is nice. there is also a secure car park behind the hotel, but this costs 3€50 per night; however, if you're travelling home with a car full of holiday gear, perhaps this is a small price to pay for peace of mind (we thought so!). the car park has a height limit of 2.7m

perferct stay. Just make sure whether you've pre-paid, 5 Ibis bookings for a return trip, my return journey at this hotel was to pay on arrival - my mistake but I could have saved stress and embarrassment as I assumed they were all pre-paid! Staff were lovely though and I couldn't fault the hotel or location. Highly recommended.

the stay was good nice and clean all amenities in the room staff polite and friendly nice breakfast would stay again the bed was a bit hard but was a budget so upgrade if you don't like a hard bed....

Used this hotel as a stop off en-route from Calais to the Alps. A clean tidy hotel with friendly staff. For 3 euros extra you get to use the exclusive and very safe private carpark. Well worth it. The breakfast was simple but fresh, breads, fruit, cheese and meat. Coffee was excellent.

This hotel was clean and tidy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They steered me to a decent restaurant about 3 mins away which meant I could walk to it have a glass of wine and relax. Bit disappointed to have to pay to park... where else was I going to go?

Good hotel centrally located .. Parking for cars within hotel grounds. Small rooms but adequate. Modern minimalist style , Good buffet breakfast Enough said .......................................................

Ask for a room at the back of the hotel as the rooms facing the street can be noisy - a large coach with its engine running was waiting below our room window whilst a coach load of tourists boarded! Also during the night, there was traffic noise. Whilst there is air conditioning, we like to sleep with the window open slightly.

We have stayed here several times on our way to Spain and South of France. Secure parking friendly staff and a nice restaurant next door and reception gave us a token to get 10% discount. Will stay here again.

It's the first time I've used an Ibis Budget and wasn't sure what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. It was small but clean and great value for money, there was even secure parking for a small fee. It's in a great location as well, only 10 mins walk from Saint Quentin square where you will find plenty of lovely bars and restaurants, well worth a visit.

Clean, modern hotel. Bedrooms compact but well designed to cover all basic requirements of an overnight stop. Excellent shower, with really hot water. Bed very hard! Good value breakfast for 6.15 Euros. Not easy to find without a SATNAV due to one-way streets.

We used this hotel as a one night stop over on the way down and back from the south of France to Calais. One both occasions we checked in very late at night with a sleepy child and a dog and were met by friendly and cheerful reception staff who were polite and helpful. The rooms we used were clean and if very small, perfectly functional for a stay over. The breakfast was not exactly a fantastic meal but it was what you expect from this type of chain and there was a n ample supply of everything that they offer and the staff were on hand to replenish milk, croissants etc and again it was all clean and friendly. For the money we paid this is very good value and fully met our expectations of a clean and comfortable stop over location with really helpful staff.

the room was small but comfortable. A second stool would have been usefull. The coffee was good this early morning. to reach 200 characters is not so easy for such a short one-night-long stay. nothing to add.

A bit difficult to find, we had to stop and ask three people but once we were there it was well worth it. We had travelled from Cheshire that day and arrived tired and ready for bed. We were met by the very friendly and helpful manager (still on duty at midnight), and were up in our room within minutes. The whole place was spotlessly clean and although basic, the room was ideal for an overnight stay. Although on a busy road the room was very quiet, air con was available for warmer nights. The next morning we had a delicious breakfast, again basic but very good value. We would definately stay here again, much better than the other budget chains in St Quentin
