We had requested for a 4th floor corner but at check-in we were offered a room on the 4th floor which was sandwiched in between. However, as we required a quiet room, we were given one on the 2nd floor. This has been constantly happening at all Accor hotels abroad as well. Accor has NEVER honoured any of our requests, despite being a gold card member. The room was the typical Ibis room. We found that the coffee mugs in the room had lipstick marks on them. Dinner at the restaurant was a buffet : ok for the price. Breakfast too was a buffet with a lot of South Indian items and eggs to order. Chef Amol, F&B Manager Shibu and Steward Biswajit made our stay comfortable. We have stayed at Ibis Nasik several times, but there is not much improvement on the whole.
Price only location not so good because not much to see around the hotel. Is there is then reception should adivise ehere to go. And another thing I liked the people working in the hotel so kind and always happy
Pleasant stay. Special mention to staff Tarkeshwar for sealmess check in SIBA Anmol Kamal Bijoy Subendu Raounak Animesh for excellent service during all out meals be it buffet lunch dinner and breakfast and room service too. Jema for seamless checkout and billing. WiFi was excellent. Though the service was excellent. The most disappointing thing was the breakfast spread. Was left completely dissatisfied with the breakfast on both days. It was no match to the sumptuous buffet dinner and lunch spread. Breakfast went from being the most important meal of the day to the most disappointing. The Poha and puris were so dry. The Poha on day one and the Vermicelli upma were overpowered with Turmeric and was unpalatable. The dosas were not upto the mark. The idlis were rock hard. The omelettes were with runny yolk cooked in haste. There was some Vada Like Thing that was prepared on Saturday morning I don't know how to describe it but tasteless. The worst of all was some fish porridge that was placed, of the one hour I spent in the breakfast hall I didn't see one Indian for a matter of fact not even a single foreign guest even touched it. It's a shame that with such wonderful staff and service the whole breakfast experience was a disaster. I have had better breakfast experience at a lower grade hotel than IBIS. I am sure this would have been a one off and that the next time I visit the experience over all will be much better. So that the next time I will mark 5/5. All the best team Ibis Nashik. See you all soon.
No service, all the cards stays dine and drinks 24/7 in rooms and they say bars closed at 10:30, we ordered biryani and filled up biryani in front of us from buffet dinner....worst service, how can ibis be like this?
Pleasant Stay at the hotel..Staff Courteous and Cooperative.I would Suggest that they need to improve on their Buffet and Breakfast Spread as very limited spread with average food taste!!Overall a good room stay with Average on Food Quality.
It was really awesome stay in the IBIS Nasik and appreciated response of all the staff Including the Reservation team ,front office ,house keeping and Restaurant . It would be very good if you can start self laundry facility at hotel end so that customer can take the advantage of it and avoid the delay in the services which are provided by staff. Guest can take ownership of their self. Thanks for their support
Recently visited Nashik for a weekend trip with Family. We wanted to see Soma and Sula Vineyards and spend some time together as family. Ibis Nashik was a good choice since it is very close to Sula. The property is clean, staff is pleasant. They should be more aware about the Le Accor voucher usage. But overall a very relaxing and comfortable time.
only one issue was the foul smell coming in the lobby at 2nd floor.. might be some drainage pipe issue but it was there on the first day of checkin as well as the second day of check out... apart from that it was amazing
This was our third or 4th stay here in the last 4 years. More than a week before this stay, we had emailed the GM Mr Kunal Katoch, requesting a quiet room on the top floor. Our request was confirmed via email, by the Asst. FOM Ms Monica Kale. When we checked in, we were told that there was no room available on the top floor. We then spoke to Ms Kale and she told us that all the top floor rooms were smoking rooms ! If that was true, she could have informed us when we had emailed the GM. After a lot of verbal exchanges, she finally gave us a double room on the 4th floor. When we asked to meet the GM, we were told that he would be in on the day of our check out. All the 4 days that we stayed at the hotel, there wasn't any senior manager available ! The only helpful people we found were : 1) the Chef, Mr Venugopal 2) the Asst.F&B Manager, Abhishek 3) Pradeep, the housekeeping attendant. When we checked into our room, we found that the sink was clogged and the mini bar fridge wasn't working. It took the hotel 2 days to attend to our complaint. Overall, we found that the hotel is on a slow decline and there is no senior manager to look into customers' complaints. On arrival at a hotel, Front Office staff is the first person the customer meets. If Ibis employs an incompetent and uncaring person like Ms Monica Kale as Asst. FOM, it speaks volumes for Accor. All this shabby treatment after being an Accor gold card member !
Our stay at IBIS Nasik was really comfortable. The service is very good. The rooms are really clean and cozy. The staff follows great hospitality towards guests. Our check-in and check-out experience was hassle free. We really enjoyed our stay at IBIS.
The whole point of coming to Nashik is to enjoy the vineyards. So it's helpful that the hotel is a short drive (10-15 min) from Sula, York, and other vineyards. The hotel itself is up to the mark in every regard - good rooms (for two), clean, and friendly/helpful staff. The only problem I faced was with the restaurant - the buffet was not appealing enough as it tried to squeeze in Indian, Chinese, and European cuisines and didn't do justice to any of them, and the a la carte orders took a fair bit of time to be served. But, all things considered, well worth a stay and worth returning to as well.
Excellent hotel ,Full Cleanliness, 5 Star ,Breakfast was too Good Also staff was courteous Worth Repeating as Pricing also very Reasonable. Only Location though on Main Road is little lonely where you don't find immediately road transport if required urgently.
Good hotel with value for money. I had only problem that room was supposed to have king bed as per my booking. But I was given queen bed. As I was with family; it posed difficulty while sleeping. Breakfast was good. Staff was polite.
We had a pleasant stay, marred only by incompetent staff. When we asked for the Front Office Manager, we were told that he was on an outing. We asked for another senior staff member, but were told that ALL the senior managers were on an outing and would be back by 1 pm. But till the next evening, there was no sign of any of them. Buffet dinner and breakfast was good.
This is a very good hotel with well maintained rooms which is a standard with all IBIS Hotels that I have stayed at including in Europe and the Far East. They serve quite a sumptuous b/f and otherwise also, the food is quite delicious. Though I did not have a drink, I spoke to the bar tender who appeared to be quite knowledgeable about various unusual cocktails including the Rusty Nail. The only and a very small shortcoming was that I could hear the conversation going on in the adjoining room. Also, the discotheque would shake the building walls. The location is good for Satpur MIDC but is quite far from the City.
We had booked as we had planned to go to Sula Wines. 15 mins drive from Ibis to Sula wines. Comfortable stay with great service and decent and clean rooms. We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting here.
Well designed compact Rooms...bathroom worked well...attentive staff...central location on Trambakeshwar Road , great for visiting the vineyards, marketplace in the centre of city...easy to book online...value for money
An excellent place to stay in! Staff is very cooperative and helping! One can rely on the information provided by hotel staff. Courteous behavior makes the stay more pleasant. I would recommend it to my friends and family.
This hotel is located in the newly developing area on Trimbak Road and has easy access to the commercial district. It has good ambience and ample parking although no arrange menus for Drivers; except washroom facility. The facade is good and lobby welcoming. The Staff are new but competent. The restaurant is understaffed at peak times otherwise ok. The food is good but little spicy and the Chef is interactive. It is help yourself kind of hotel so little off for people expecting bellboy service etc. The rooms are not big comparative to Nashik standards and they have european style bathroom modules installed which is efficient but little cramped. It is excellent for business travelers but little inconvenient for family people.
I stayed in the Hotel on 18th & 19th April 2014. The Hotel was superb from the word go, friendly, courteous, and helpful staff made the stay memorable. I must share a good word about Chef Amol...on the 18th night I had ordered a particular dish which did not tickle my taste buds and I had asked for another dish. At this point Chef Amol asked for a feedback and I obliged...what chef then did was beyond my expectations. He offered and convinced me to let him prepare my earlier order again and as per my taste....I was taken aback and pleasantly surprised. Kudos to team Ibis and Chef Amol. Thanks for the wonderful stay.
