This hotel is new and located in the middle of everything in Yerevan. Rooms are small but comfortable. Wonderful breakfast. Very kind and helpful staff. On top of everything a free drink was offered in the lobby bar. Highly recommended.
Air conditioner had limited functionality(heating only). As a result the temperature in the room during the day was about +30! I was charged an incorrect amount for my stay, which didn't include all the discounts stipulated in my booking confirmation. A asked to amend the invoice according to the booking voucher, the promised, but they sent the same incorrect invoice in the end
Nice hotel, brand new. Clean all around, and charming room. Situated in the heart of the town, close to relevant touristic places, and cafes and restaurants. Very kind staff, but seems still being trained -- sometimes things take time, as in the bar and in the restaurant.
The hotel is in the best place , in the center of the city near Opera and the main Hanrapetoutian hrabarac , it is very clean , the personnel very well trained , polite and helpful . One thing which I think is very expensive is breakfast . Excellent idea of heaving an ironing room in each floor. The fact that to use the elevator one must use card -key gives a sense of security.I highly recommend the hotel since the rates are very good.
It is a brand new property - the furniture/fittings are in good condition, the bed very comfortable and the air-conditioner functioned very well. We were aware that there is no kettle in the room, so we carried our own travel kettle (500 ml.) to have tea/coffee. There is a water cooler placed on each floor. The breakfast in terms of quality and quantity was worth the additional cost of US$ 8 per person. Besides the usual breakfast items, they had lots of fresh fruits. Most important of all, the location is EXCELLENT. You step out of the hotel : 1) turn left, and in a few seconds you are on the Pedestrian Street which is very lively in the evenings. 2) turn right, there are a few good restaurants and a few meters ahead there is a big 24-hour Supermarket 'Parma' with an Money Exchange counter at the entrance. If we return to Yerevan, IBIS will obviously still be our first choice.
This is a new hotel that offers non-smoking accommodation in the city centre. Everything is new, clean and nice. IBIS hotels do not have a kettle in the room but the bar is open 24/7 and they serve tea, coffee, hot chocolate, alcoholic drinks and a simple menu. Breakfast is charged extra.
