Top location, good room, nice breakfast. There is nothing to complain about. Everything is fine. But there is one thing that is unrelated to the hotel itself - the rooms with a view on the mountain with the tower suffer from a very loud street. You likely won't be able to have a good sleep without closing your window because it's endless loud discos and streetracers until 4AM even during weekdays, not even talking about weekends. So next time I would choose not the view but the presumed quietness of the other side of the hotel, because it really gets annoying at some point.

Well located Hotel

We stayed 4 nights in the the hotel and we absolutely loved it. It is located nearby cafes and restaurants and in walking distance from Republic Square, Opera and Cascade complex. We had also breakfast in a morning that we have arranged a day tour and the buffet was rich. The rooms are a little bit cramped but it provides all necessities and a nice bathroom. If we visit in the future Yerevan it will be definitely our choice.
