Very friendly personal, brand new facility and very good service. Only thing is that the bar & restaurang prices are close to Eurooean prices rather then Thai prices. While in Thailand, we appriciate Thai prices rather then Paris prices 😉
I have stayed at many Ibis hotels. But this one is the best one and the only one that actually has a desk. The food is also great in this particular Ibis. Staff are super friendly and very quick and helpful.
It was a very uncomfortable stay as the Hotel is quite run-down and toilet/shower are stained/mouldy. Was not sound proof and can get noisy as its not sound proof and can clearly hear people on the corridor.
The stay was wonderful and nice ambiance. The location is easy to reach from suvarnaboom airport . The food and WiFi is excellent at hotel. The staff in the hotel are good and specially receiption is good.
Have stayed in this property many times and never had an issue. Staff is friendly and enjoy a good joke. Rooms are always clean and well maintained. If you are looking for a branded property that has standards to meet and don't have a lot of disposable income, Ibis is your brand.
I had a wonderful stay at this budget hotel simply because my expectations were not high. The hotel room is simple and clean. Location was fine. Though Hotel provide one way shuttle to Nana BTS, the last service finished at 1630 hrs during weekdays and 1930hrs for the weekends. Nana station is about a five to seven minutes walk away. Tried their breakfast once and personally thought it was just average. Many massage parlours near the hotel as well as 7 eleven convenience stores to choose from. Taxis parked around hotels refused to use their meters but It is quicker to travel by skytrain around Bangkok. Do try to avoid the peak hours of 7 to 9 in the morning and 4 to 7 in the evening.
The Bangkok Ibis Hotel (Nana). is a first rate 3 star hotel. I have stayed at this hotel many times and I have always been very satisfied with its services and comfort. I expect to be checking in again very solon my way back to Europe from Australia. Without a doubt it provides very good value for money.
The room itself was OK - small, but clean and comfortable. It did,though,look directly into a multi storey car park. Check in service was very poor - I arrived 15 minutes after the 2 PM stipulated time but was told my room wasn't yet ready, I was given a voucher to use at the bar but found that it was only valid for coffees or soft drinks. I complained, but was told I couldn't use it for a beer even though I was left hanging around in reception as my room wasn't ready. I eventually got into my room a little before 3 PM. Wi-fi reception in the room was very hit and miss - sometimes OK, but at others so slow as to make the Internet virtually unusable.
I feel really welcome when I arrive to stay at Ibis Nana. It is a very convenient location, a comfortable place right outside the entertainment part of Sukhumvit soi Nana. Service is excellent and the staff is friendly. Great value.
Check in to this hotel after check-out from King Power, service is more warm and welcome as compared. Staff are friendly and professional, even the trainee. Location is a bit off but compensate by the shuttle service. Wall and door is thin as you can clearly hear whats happening outside. Check-in staff provide very professional service with related to local context. Recommend to stay as is value for money.
It was my first time to stay in this hotel, staff were very welcoming and great. They do provide free shuttle car to the nearest BTS station Nana, it was very convenience for us to take the train. Room is clean and quiet. Definitely will come back again for my next trip to Bangkok!
Good value, close to BTS station, hotel provides free shuttle to BTS, friendly staff, very good breakfast buffet, clean room, due to location wouldn't consider it a family friendly hotel but did see couple with small children
Nice hotel in a great location. Great value for money as a Gold Card holder the discount is fantastic. Loads of nightlife and nice places to eat, great valve shopping. Would recommend this to everyone on a budget.
Wonderful place to stay. Especially thank the manager and staff for their kindness and assistance when I had to leave early for family reasons. Good location - easy to get around. Close to BTS station.
The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly and courteous, the food is good, but the internet service is abysmal at best. I could never recommend the hotel to business professionals or friends due to the unusable WiFi service.
This is IBIS. Sofitel is it not. But for the price, a very good hotel. Breakfast has improved greatly. Rooms totally clean. Sweet housekeeping staff. Any it’s essential to be close to a BTS station if staying in Bangkok, which this is. For people with time on their hands, more English TV programming would be well received.
Basic hotel with fairly good size room. Small toilet. Room is clean and in good condition. Thin walls so can be noisy. Helpful front office staff. Internet is iffy. In red light district but no issues. About 10 minutes walk to BTS.
The team has to be corteous and supportive....improve on the cleanliness of the hotel.....breakfast quality has to be improved and comparable to the other ibis hotels.....Bathroom has to be cleaned properly....LOCATION IS VERY GOOD.....Facility to travel to the BTS is good
This is my last time to stay with ibis Bangkok Sukhumvit 4. Shuttle bus to BTS was not on time 5-10 min late is very value for my life ex. for transport to my office. When I check in at counter staff didn't say greeting or welcome it's like check in with robot. My booking already charge to my credit card but staff said I not charge yet and disagree to help or try to check about my payment finally I found my SMS to show and they said OK. I 'm accor plus gold member this is my worst stay with this property no any welcome fruit or cookie and any suggest. Finally in that day I already do an online check and fill in all detail and all of my request in online form but staff don't care about this. I have to fill in all detail again and ask them for my request again and they can't help me anymore but the big thing is they didn't try to say soory. By the way I already share my story to my company and accor plus group about this and everyone said this property very poor service and not standardize. And I already mention this to all staff of my company ibis Bangkok Sukhumvit 4 in our black list hotel for stay.
I've been here several times in last 3 years. Clean, lovely staff, very close to both nightl life at soi 4 and BTS nana station. I am treated here with loyalty. Very good breakfast and lunch buffet. They also have a cool small bar.
