Excellent Service. Rooms could use a comfortable reading chair and outlets by the headboard for folks with CPAP machines (staff provided an extension cord). Only negative was the quality of food in restaurant was so so.

I didn’t believe it was a great stay, room was okay wasn’t particularly clean and staff weren’t that friendly. This has been my 3rd stay at this hotel and I will be rethinking we’re I stay again. There are cheaper alternatives about

This stay was brought for a couple who were due to go to a party. The service of the reception staff was excellent and extremely friendly. It is disappointing that Ibis don't include breakfast in the price as the hotel next door do and the price was only £6.00 more for a couple to stay.

Good hotel in the University area and an easy walk to the city centre. good restaurants nearby including Molly's Yard around the corner. Standard IBIS room , clean , secure and well maintained. Friendly staff on the front desk and helpful. thank you Rosa for you help.

Great location to central Belfast and surrounding areas. Clean rooms and very friendly staff. Easy check in and departure Would definitely book again when next back in Belfast and would highly reccommend

From the minute we arrived and the reception staff had a card and present waiting for our friend (40th birthday trip) to when we checked out, we couldn't fault the staff or hotel !! Excellent service, helpful and friendly staff, clean rooms...we will be back!

A perfect stay! Exactly what we hoped for! Have stayed in Ibis hotels before and always find them clean and comfortable. Staff were really helpful and warm. Room was clean and spacious. Parking on the street was very easy! Nicely located in the university district with some lovely cafes close by. Would come back!

A little way out of city but easy access by both bus and train. Excellent, friendly staff, nothing is to much trouble. Handy for visiting Queens university and Botanic gardens both just at back of the hotel..

Walking distance to town. Great charity shope nearby. Lots of places to eat but the hotel also does great food. I have stAYED IN THE ibis QUEENS QUATER several times and it just gets better and better. The staff are helpful and friendly

We met at Queens more than 40 years ago and what a transformation in the area on our return. Do visit the nearby Botanic Gardens and the Ulster Museum. Stayed 2 nights and parked outside on the street without difficulty. The city centre is walkable but there are plenty of eateries nearby.

This hotel was lovely to stay in and i had a very comfortable sleep, it wasnt to far from city centre, food was lovely and not to pricey and the staff were very nice will be back again and would recommend this hotel to friends.

Overall the building is quite impressive but are first impressions were a little disappointing. The ensuite is modular with ZERO sound proofing and very pokey. Our light was flickering which was worrying considering my partner is epileptic. The room was freezing and the heating and lighting systems were weird and overly complicated. The hair dryer also broke. They gave us a free breakfast though 🙄

As a frequent user of the Ibis hotel I am usually satisfied by the simple comfort of their room, There are almost always very clean and functional. The restaurant / bar are of the Queens quarter is actually quite spacious and the large sitting area makes a difference to other Ibis hotel. What I really Appreciated in this hotel was definitely the service. The staff is very friendly and polite. We already started laughing just at the check-in. Then I at the bar I had the pleasure to be served by Magda that made me feel like I was at home or with a friend. It really make the difference when traveling for business. Thank you very much.

The staff at the IBIS were very welcoming, the rooms very clean and spacious. Loved the bathroom. It was great to have an electric jug in the room for a quiet coffee or tea. We ate in both nights and enjoyed the food as well as the breakfasts that were provided. The laundry service was an unexpected bonus. Staff were always helpful and friendly. We would have no hesitation with recommending this hotel as a great place to stay

The Ibis was a great place to stay in Belfast. Close to everything including great restaurants. Thomas at the Ibis was the best - sensational welcome, knew the city backwards and great recommendations for restaurants. Made all of the guests feel welcome. Belfast is fabulous city - need more than a couple of days to explore.

I prefer this hotel than the other IBIS in town. It is only 20-25 minutes walk from the Europa Bus Station. The Staff was very welcoming. The bar is very well stocked, however, the food menu lacks more vegetarian dishes. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Great location. Great places to eat near by, plenty of public transport.

We found the location of this hotel perfect for exploring Belfast. Shops and transport were just around the corner and a short stroll led into Queens University grounds and the Botanic Gardens. It was economical, yet provided a clean, comfortable and decently sized room with friendly and helpful staff. We wouldn't recommend the restaurant, but there is an abundance of places to eat within walking distance.

The hotel is located in a really cool and modern area called Queens Quarter. There are nice restaurants, nice independent coffee shops and nice bars and it is located a 5-minute walk from the train station. I would definitely choose this area again if staying in Belfast and would most likely choose this hotel again. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and very enthusiastic - particularly the bar man on the evening who was educating us about the different varieties of whiskeys on offer :-) The only thing that I can pick out as a negative was that the air con was loud in the bedroom at night but without it on, it was very warm.

Good location near to University quarter and near to City center, helpful staff, quite good irish breakfast, spacious clean bathroom, comfortable bed loud air distribution (not a/c, not possible to swith off)

We turned up late and had not requested a cot for our granddaughter. The instant friendly assistance and smooth check-in was more than I could have expected. I have checked-in to UK hotels hundreds of times on pleasure and business trips and this, only my second time in an Ibis, was the best check-in experience I have ever had. Magda and Rebecca were the delightful people managing the reception.
