I normally stay in this hotel, because my daughter now lives in Belfast. I was allocated room 806 which isn't my usual room. On that particular day it was rather hot. When I opened my room door, the first thing which I had to do turn my aircon on. Unfortunately that day my air conditioner was only blowing out hot air. As you can imagine, with the weather being warm outside, it became very uncomfortable. Later that night the fire alarm was set off. Luckily for me it only sounded for 5 seconds. However this disrupted my rest which lead to me only having 4 hours sleep. Reception had no explanation for the above which may I say was very disappointing. Don't think I'll be returning back to the Ibis,

What a great hotel! Very centrally located and the hospitality was great. The front desk was very helpful and the room was perfect. I especially liked the circular bathroom, very cool! We would definately stay there again. And the breakfast was great too.

Great hotel only a quick stay thoughabout 6 hrs . Room only so didnt have breakfast. The room spotless and a very good size comfy bed tea and coffee in room plenty of towels great shower. Staff pleasant and welcoming

Staff were helpful when encountered an issue with the TV in room. The room was comfortable and breakfast was tasty as well as good value. Location good for shopping and public transport. Will definitely use again.

super location...close to the Europa bus centre with buses to Dublin Airport and vv. Walking distance to the shopping area and the hop-on hop-off buses. The staff were super helpful and gave tips on what I could do during the day. Internet service is good. Excellent breakfast.

I arrived early at the IBIS, Belfast City Centre and was grateful to be checked in early. The bedroom and shower room were very clean. Breakfasts were lovely with a selection of cooked and/or fruits and yogurts. Evening menu included mains and lights (which Is useful if eating late). All staff were pleasant and welcoming.

I stayed for 2 nights last week. the location is perfect for shops, tours, dining. The hotel was perfectly clean as usual, staff were very friendly and helpful. The only problem was no wifi in our room(403). Breakfast is self-service and good value for money.

Despite a Good size of room and reasonable service at 8th floor, an hawfull smelling of urine in the Bath room has killed the pleasure of the stay . Diner was a ''lugubre'' with devoted stewart but poor kitchen . Ciabatta were spoted of black grains of charrgrill . not vey appetizing The pcheeze izza was very greasy and could not finish it

We stayed at the Ibis Belfast City Centre for 4 nights and were very happy, The staff are great...approachable and keen to please. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast each morning. And the bed was comfy and the shower hot. Thank you

The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was very good. What did surprise us was the quality of the evening meals we had there. The breakfasts were excellent too. But we feel that thew charges are too high, especiually when they zapped them up for the evening of the Culture Event, sadly a common hotel practice.

Located right on castle street and is walking distance to everything you need which was great! Customer service was helpful and great, this made our stay even better. I found the rooms good size, clean and comfortable.

Very good hotel, in the very city centre, very good assistence at the recepito and very good breakfast. Two nights in Belfast on holiday with my husband and an excellent experience at the Ibis hotel. The room was large enough and very clean.

Centrally located and convenient to the city centre. Its also very close to a local shopping centre. Hotel room was comfortable too. Staff were helpful and provided information on local amenities when I asked them

This hotel was not up to the standard I expect from Accor. A wall of smoke greets you at the front door created by the lingering smokers, the room facilities were drab and scruffy, it took 3 days of arguing to get the air conditioning repaired and staff did not seem to care about the client.

Was given directions to the wrong car park and ended up paying more than double for parking and car park attendant said that it happens all the time. Please update your instructions to avoid in future

The main problem for us was being recommended to a car park that was shut initially, was told that it was £6/day and then found we had to pay £14.40. This needs sorting and the reception briefed on the issues

I always stay at IBIS as the facilities are good and it meets my needs. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is central and good value compared to other accommodation. It has bar facilities and food if you want to relax in the evening.

Only positive thing to say was the front reception staff were all very friendly and helpful; breakfast was terrible, overall felt like a two star hotel, minimal towels, had online reservations but it couldn't be found until the email was provided, would not return,

Great location, staff was very friendly, and we would stay here again. Only thing is to check out the parking garage hour to make sure they work for you. Its not 24 hour, but the cost at £6 was a great price

I stayed 2 nights at this Ibis Hotel. Everything went smoothly, staff was really nice. We had dinner there on both nights and food was good (but pizza needs some love). Room was clean and big enough. We stayed on the 8th floor so no noise. The hotel is very close to the city centre (about 3-4 min walking) so it's a good option if you are sightseeing.
