Despite a Good size of room and reasonable service at 8th floor, an hawfull smelling of urine in the Bath room has killed the pleasure of the stay . Diner was a ''lugubre'' with devoted stewart but poor kitchen . Ciabatta were spoted of black grains of charrgrill . not vey appetizing The pcheeze izza was very greasy and could not finish it
We stayed at the Ibis Belfast City Centre for 4 nights and were very happy, The staff are great...approachable and keen to please. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast each morning. And the bed was comfy and the shower hot. Thank you
The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was very good. What did surprise us was the quality of the evening meals we had there. The breakfasts were excellent too. But we feel that thew charges are too high, especiually when they zapped them up for the evening of the Culture Event, sadly a common hotel practice.
Located right on castle street and is walking distance to everything you need which was great! Customer service was helpful and great, this made our stay even better. I found the rooms good size, clean and comfortable.
Very good hotel, in the very city centre, very good assistence at the recepito and very good breakfast. Two nights in Belfast on holiday with my husband and an excellent experience at the Ibis hotel. The room was large enough and very clean.
Centrally located and convenient to the city centre. Its also very close to a local shopping centre. Hotel room was comfortable too. Staff were helpful and provided information on local amenities when I asked them
This hotel was not up to the standard I expect from Accor. A wall of smoke greets you at the front door created by the lingering smokers, the room facilities were drab and scruffy, it took 3 days of arguing to get the air conditioning repaired and staff did not seem to care about the client.
Was given directions to the wrong car park and ended up paying more than double for parking and car park attendant said that it happens all the time. Please update your instructions to avoid in future
The main problem for us was being recommended to a car park that was shut initially, was told that it was £6/day and then found we had to pay £14.40. This needs sorting and the reception briefed on the issues
I always stay at IBIS as the facilities are good and it meets my needs. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is central and good value compared to other accommodation. It has bar facilities and food if you want to relax in the evening.
Only positive thing to say was the front reception staff were all very friendly and helpful; breakfast was terrible, overall felt like a two star hotel, minimal towels, had online reservations but it couldn't be found until the email was provided, would not return,
Great location, staff was very friendly, and we would stay here again. Only thing is to check out the parking garage hour to make sure they work for you. Its not 24 hour, but the cost at £6 was a great price
I stayed 2 nights at this Ibis Hotel. Everything went smoothly, staff was really nice. We had dinner there on both nights and food was good (but pizza needs some love). Room was clean and big enough. We stayed on the 8th floor so no noise. The hotel is very close to the city centre (about 3-4 min walking) so it's a good option if you are sightseeing.
Hardly any jam, no yogarts, no fruit. We asked for yogarts and someone got us just a portion each but did not put any out for other clients. No was not worrh the orice paid for breakfast. I took photos.
The hotel was very centrally located, lovely staff and very knowledgeable. We were welcomed very warmly at reception, our room was ready and we were given lots of local information which we found very helpful. Breakfast was tasty, hot and cold choices,as much as you could eat and no one rushed us to leave. We didn't have any other meals in the hotel but food was available 24 hours. Very central for exploring Belfast, most places of interest within walking if you are reasonably fit,we are both 72 and did so. Did the bus tour and got off at Stormont as it's well out of the city. Would certainly visit again, stay in the same hotel and recommend both to friends.
Belfast is quite a small city so it doesn't make much difference which hotel you choose. The Ibis was chosen on price more than anything. It's about a 10min walk to Great Victoria Street station which has trains to all over Northern Ireland & plenty round to Central station. Although Belfast is not the prettiest of cities we used it as a base to reach the Giants Causeway. To be honest we had pretty much seen everything in Belfast in one afternnon; the Causeway takes a day round trip.
We went to Belfast for the weekend for my partner's birthday. We had a fantastic time. Hotel was great; spotless and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a central location just five minutes from the centre. Can't wait to return.
The hotel is in a great location but it feels cold in the room and no space for things.bathroom weird.big step into it.no need for it.shower was not good as the shower head was to heavy for the unit so wouldn't stay up. .wouldn't hurry back.food was just ok.it was ok for the price.
It is a great place to stay near the city centre. It is a clean hotel near the Bus Station, near the Black Taxis. Not too far from Castle Court Shopping Centre. Not too far from Victoria Square Shopping Centre.
Ibis Belfast is located within easy walking distance of all the shops, Christmas market and train stations. My room was very clean, heating worked, lots of TV stations. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing a city centre base.
