This is a very good comfortable hotel at a great price. Restaurant serves simple, but very good value meals that were well presented by courteous well trained staff. Front desk staff could use a bit more English language and other training on dealing with international customers but the price is right and the facility is brand new and very comfortable. By more front desk training, I mean, they were not very good at recommending shuttles or advising on getting to and from airport. Not a huge issue but one that could use a bit more proactive training to ensure that they are proactive and eager in thinking of solutions to guest queries.

I found the staff to be very helpful, and my English to be acceptable. In comparison to other hotels available, Ibis is the best value. The facility is simple, but very workable, clean, everything works. Wifi was very good.

the reception staff was very unhelpful, at first they refused to call a taxi for me and told me to buy a local card for my phone. On the web and in the confirmation I got it says that a free shuttle to and from the airport I provided. That is not the case.

Language Barrier Impacting on quality of Services provided by the service team in the hotel.It shall be appreciate if the hotel could consider providing iron with the board in rooms for customers use. We have to share the available iron in the hotel.
