I always stay at this Hotel when I'm in Dubai on business, its central, friendly and an excellent price. Rooms are comfortable, free WIFI, good breakfast and Asian Fusion dinner. Only one niggle, I am a Silver/Gold Card Holder and as requested I checked in on-line; however, there is no facility available to benefit from having checked in, or counter for Card Holders and for some reason Check in takes an inordinate amount of time.
This newly built IBIS stands out for thoughtful details to make travelers accommodation more comfortable... better size of bathroom, more electric outlets, better lighting, more cheerful decoration...
2 minutes walking to WTC and 5 minutes to metro station (mall or airport direct line). Hotel new, confortable and with all you can need during a business trip. Very good rate for the location! I'll come back for sure
Stayed in IBIS One central during January for a Workshop and the Hotel was good, room was great with all the basic needs, daily breakfast buffet was good with a lot of variety, was a bit crowded by the end of the service so would advice to go early. The location of the Hotel is great right next to the world trade center and walking distance to the Red line metro. The Hotel has a shuttle service to the main malls which is nice. Would stay again.
When we first arrived the room smelled. They changed the room and it was found that the shower leaks water on the floor. We changed the room to a total of 3 times and the showers still leak water. They have a "15 minute guarantee" fix which they do not follow. The shower was fixed after we told them about it 2 or 3 times.
My stay was disappointing: the sink was blocked and on our early departure it was not possible to receive a breakfast "Togo" like in other (IBIS) hotels. After repair of the sink, the drain was leaking water and wet the whole bathroom.
We selected this hotel since it's very close to metro station and it's interior design is so fascinating. Actually the sitting areas and restaurant area were well design and it's is very attractive. Food also very testy and there were several kinds. But in our room there was no mini bar even for drink a glass of cool water. And on the coffee table there were not enough coffee or milk powder packets for two persons. Any way we love our visit and surely will visit another time again.
The hotel is nice and strategic. Rooms are nice... all ok. Only 2 suggestions... if you decide to make a fitness centre for a 500 rooms hotels, you need more than 13 square meters. The only avaiable restaurant inside the hotel is asiatic.. Personally I like it but if you have just one restaurant, it should be more international.
Centrally located , close to facilities and shopping ,restaurant food and service very good , rooms clean and as expected.walking distance to most required areas.easy taxi pickup and drop off out front.
I have stayed here a number of times before, it's a convenient and affordable hotel for business meetings in Dubai. The Staff are friendly and the Asian Style Dinner menu is excellent, (though there is no other food option); the Breakfast Buffet is also good. Clean and bright rooms and comfortable beds.
The hotel was okay, nothing special about it. The size of the room is much smaller than other hotels (Enough space for the bed and furniture only with a corner bathroom, not really any space to maneuver/change without bumping into something or someone). The staff wasnt rude, but they weren't friendly either, not very attentive at all. They looked pretty young and were talking to each other and joking around in front of guests. The WiFi was spotty everywhere outside of the lobby area. There was a safe in the room, but it was much too small fo fit my laptop (SurfaceBook, which is a pretty small/lightweight computer). The location is okay, not walkable to much, but a 30-50AED Uber ride away from the airport and Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa (those Uber rides add up, so not very convenient). The hotel offers a free shuttle to the mall and Kite Beach, but the schedule is very limited and could not meet our needs. Overall, it's just an average hotel with absolutely no bells and whistles. If you're looking for a decent place to sleep and don't mind the smaller sized rooms or paying cabs/Uber to get everywhere, this could work. Just don't set your expectations high and you won't be too disappointed.
I stayed many times in this hotel. Fast check-in, check-out,comfortable bed, close to Dubai World Trade Center ... Many thanks to Alexis, Alaa,& Gabriel at the front desk for their kindness, help, and positive attitude!
This hotel is very good option if you want to stay in an excellent location, in a modern building, nice bedrooms, excellent breakfast and very clean. Reception desk could be a bit better once it takes long in general to be attended. Anyway, liked it a lot in general!
Close to world trade centre and 5 minute walk from metro. Nice new facility with fun Latino bar and great Asian restaurant. Short metro or taxi ride to Dubai Mall. Rooms are fresh, comfortable and reasonably spacious
I frequently read reviews before I stay in hotels or visit attractions and as far as this hotel goes, I am wondering if I was staying at the same place as some of the published views were so negative! It was a brilliant place to stay from the day I checked in, to the day that I left and every single member of staff that I came into contact with was very friendly and helpful. Reception staff (all of them!), were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble, My room was clean and comfortable, with adequate coffee/tea facilities and storage space and the shower room was spacious, clean and tidy too. WiFi worked well throughout the hotel. Breakfast was brilliant with an amazing choice of foods and well worth the money (particularly if you book an on-line weekend breakfast as it is 50% off!). The hotel itself was ideally situated with just a 5 minute walk to the excellent metro system, which made travelling around very simple. I would not hesitate to stay here again, if I ever returned to Dubai and would definitely recommend it to anyone who is visiting the area. Thank you!
The hotel is very close to Dubai's famous places such as Dubai mall, Burj Khalifa, Gold and spice souk, Dubai creek and 15 min taxi to Dubai International airport. Friendly and professional staff or ambassadors as we call them these days. My comment won't be complete without mentioning Crystal at reception who didn't hesitate when I was asking for late checkout, she was so considerate on that as well as housekeeping supervisor Moshy.
Hotel is clean and good. Hotel is connected to novotel. There are good bar and enjoy food with drink. Also near to the airport. One thing is no good , Still on going construction around hotel and Difficult to access to the hotel.
The hotel has an excellent breakfast buffet with discounted pricing for customers. The rooms are a little small, however the excellent lighting and sunlight from window compensates makes it seem roomy. The bathroom is spick and span, and has shower (no bathtub). Their is a safe and a mini refrigerator and two extra pillows. They also allow you to leave luggage with them after checkout, and weigh it as well. The lounge has nice chairs and sofa, and 6 PCs with internet for everyone's use.
Nice hotel in the centre of Dubai. Points of strength: close to metro station, good fitness room, good restaurant where you can have tasty japanese food, Cubanolito pub where Cuban music is nice Points of weakness: check-out time to improve, Cubanolito's pub should organize Cuban parties in addition to Cuban concerts to allow people to dance.
a) Stop disrespecting DO NOT disturb sign at the door. No one needs to sell laundry service or enquire room extension where there is a sign at the door. b) Front desk should not manned by Indian Only - Hire other people too. It only improves the quality of service and project the true identity of the hotel.
