Hotel is clean and good. Hotel is connected to novotel. There are good bar and enjoy food with drink. Also near to the airport. One thing is no good , Still on going construction around hotel and Difficult to access to the hotel.
The hotel has an excellent breakfast buffet with discounted pricing for customers. The rooms are a little small, however the excellent lighting and sunlight from window compensates makes it seem roomy. The bathroom is spick and span, and has shower (no bathtub). Their is a safe and a mini refrigerator and two extra pillows. They also allow you to leave luggage with them after checkout, and weigh it as well. The lounge has nice chairs and sofa, and 6 PCs with internet for everyone's use.
Nice hotel in the centre of Dubai. Points of strength: close to metro station, good fitness room, good restaurant where you can have tasty japanese food, Cubanolito pub where Cuban music is nice Points of weakness: check-out time to improve, Cubanolito's pub should organize Cuban parties in addition to Cuban concerts to allow people to dance.
a) Stop disrespecting DO NOT disturb sign at the door. No one needs to sell laundry service or enquire room extension where there is a sign at the door. b) Front desk should not manned by Indian Only - Hire other people too. It only improves the quality of service and project the true identity of the hotel.
Really good Hotel, perfect location, walking to the metro station, also near a few good restaurant and near the Burj Khalifa. In the Hotel the personal really attentive always, good options for eating, good gym also.
horrible first hotel ever you have to pay extra for room service, and that cause they don't have room service, I have been to all stars hotel from 1 to 5 even not rated hotel , not one hotel asked for extra pay for room service cause they don't have room service
I checked in at 1.30am and went straight to sleep. When i woke in the morning before work I realised how dirty the room was. I'd guess behind the door had not been swept/cleaned in days. I complained and was offered breakfast for free, but this was not useful as I was going straight to work.
Unbelievable bad wifi connection, OMG how come this can happen in Dubai..!! Reception counter need to be Q at very long time to be served. The room was so small but the rate was so expensive and even no bell boy to serve you.
I've stayed in several Accor Hotels before, including Mercure, Grand Mercure, Novotel, Swissotel and Pullman. I hold Accor Hotels in high regards. My experience in Ibis One Central however, has left me entirely disgusted. I've never in my life stayed in a hotel with such TERRIBLE customer service. For a start, when I reached early at 10a.m., I politely asked your front desk if early check-in is possible. He merely brushed me aside and said come back an hour later and we will check. He did not even look up from his computer screen. Next, in the evening, I went to your front desk and asked if there's a bus to the Mall of the Emirates. She said yes. I asked what time. She bluntly told me 'Just sit there and wait. Someone will call you.' Fine. I sat there for 25 minutes and the bus came and sped off from the foyer. No one from the reception informed me or the bus driver that someone was waiting in the lobby. NONE of your staff was apologetic and instead of flagging me a regular taxi, your staff referred me to the more expensive option of taking the Limousine service from the hotel. Unbelievable. This was still not the worst experience. The next morning at the breakfast, your restaurant staff rudely told me that the breakfast was only booked for 1 person. I told her repeatedly that it doesnt matter, I chose the option with breakfast and whether its 1 or 2 person its the same price. I ran out of patience and asked for the Manager. If i didnt remember wrongly, your manager was a person named Mr. Anng Myatt. I even showed him that whether I put 1 or 2 person under the breakfast option, the IBIS booking price was the SAME. Plus if the booking was for 1 person, why did your staff scan two passports and allowed both of us to stay? And my point was, I'm not sure whether i booked for 1 or 2 persons, but each room is entitled to two persons' breakfast and the price was the same as i repeatedly triggered the 1-2 person option to him. But he just couldnt accept it and kept repeating prices are seasonal and sometimes breakfast rates are different and all the irrelevant explanation. What customer service is this?? Though I had booked breakfast for both mornings, I did not consume them. I was full with disgust. I will never stay in an Accor Hotel again. Very disappointed. And it was my first time in Dubai. I've been in other countries in the Middle east and never once was treated like this by professional hotel staff. Your hotel has etched a bad memory of Dubai in my head
Wonderful staying at Ibis central one. Good rooms Courteous staff Prompt response Good breakfast Nice bar Will stay again whenever i visit next to dubai. Should have more resturants. Good to be near expo
Very good, excellent situation, and very nice person, nice buffet. but if you will eat in the evening i suggest you to go out and find another restaurant. i found it too expensive for what you will have in your plate.
It really was an amazing trip and have enjoyed a lot. The staff members were very co-operative except delay in occupation of room every thing was great. Reason for the delay giving me room was they had late evacuation and requires times to get that cleaned. Apart, I noticed that there was 10% off to be offered on Membership cards on net but staff advised that policy had already been expired. But being customer of IBIS I would love to continue my spending vacation at IBIS hotel. As they are providing rooms and services on very competitive rates.
you have great proplem in valet parking , insufiecent number of staff at night , while hotel is busy , staff are very good but can not manage all incoming cars . room was good , you have to wait so long for check out , although bills are paid in advance
We got more than our money's worth. Added bonus of shuttles to Dubai Mall and Mall of Emirates. The rooms are new, bed is comfortable and the bathroom is adequately spacious. Will definitely be back here !
Dear All all the staff are good ms Khooshi good dynamic Swimming facility is good , Gym very nice Try to keep some more vegetarian dishes in breakfast. Location is very good. I can suggest to my friends
it will do the job / I wish there is no charge for shaving kit and toothbrush kit and the slippers / I wish the restaurant for the breakfast is more bigger and wider / the price should be less for the breakfast if included with staying in the hotel charges
the room is good with good bed and reasonable price, location is good with metro within 200 meters and just beside the Dubai WTC, service is excellent despite just a 3 star hotel, but the internet is terrible. The connection is unstable. Overall this stay is a pleasant stay.
Good location, great for shortstay, small rooms but convinient, cleanliness needs upgrade, friendly staff at the front desk helped with everythin during check-in and check-out. Next to world trade center very close to metro station
Nice stay with budget price... It's always awesome for me, like previous stay. If dental kit n shaving kit is available there I preferred moreover.. Location is wonderful.. The burj Khalifa and the metro station is plus point..
It didn’t start well since I was handed over the room keys. I get into my room and I see that it was already occupied (wouldn’t want to specify the details, but it was awkward and could have been worse) I had to get down to the reception to ask for another room as there are no phones on the floors/elevator lobby. Service: It was midnight, time to go to bed and I asked for an Adaptor. Had to wait for 45 minutes and 2 calls to get it. Would have been better if they had communicated earlier that it would take time. During check-out, I was informed they can't store my bags as the storage room was full. Internet/Wi-Fi: One of the basic necessities for business travelers, the Wifi reception is very weak inside the rooms and keeps dropping. One would have to come to the lobby/restaurant to use the internet. I have stayed at many IBIS/Accor properties, but this was the most unpleasant stay of all.
