Location is good (placed in safe and modern area of Lima, close to shopping mall and view to the ocean), though it's far away from Plaza de Armas (you have to take a taxi and be ready for a half an hour journey, the city is really big, yet the traffic jams). The rooms are good, but basic, ok to Ibis. We were disappointed by the check-in process, the lobby was overcrowded by guests and staff worked for ages to get checked in each guest. Yet the hotel did not charge our payment card we specified during the booking at Accor site, instead we were forced to pay in cash the stay rate plus city tax BEFORE we were allowed to check in the room. It seems quite unfriendly to us. Another incident was on the evening, some VIP would like to use the elevator and security hold on the doors for them, so another guests had to wait in front of the elevator doors at the first floor until VIP get into hist/her floor. The hotel is overpriced in comparison to what you get in terms of service and the comfort. You may get at least half price down cut for the another hotel (not so famous as Ibis) with even greatest service and comfort.
