It was a nice hotel with pool side bar on 1st floor and other restaurants on ground floor showcasing matches along with food and drinks. Nice Ambience. Quite place on the outskirts of Abu Dhabi. Good staff and service.
Hundred calls to reception and room service without any response , i slept without blanket because i tried to get more nobody responding my calls. So far will try book different hotel next time Finally, i am writing to do the better service
Super good location near to the metro station if you dont have a car. Quit a lot of food places around hotel for a quick munch. Breakfast buffet is good but could have been better since same dishes everyday gets boring. Staff is kind and helpful with whatever you might need. Its an awesome place to stay on budget with your family.
Haven't stayed for some time and got a great welcome Friendly without being invasive Always amazed by the lack of dust under the beds. And love the shower head Safety in parking Secure and respectful with a great ambiance Secure and respectful
I arrived at night. Only one water bottle was provided. They do not give me more than one. How can a traveler who just arrived at the hotel after a long flight, in hot weather, survive on one bottle of water that is supposed to serve his coffee and tea requirements for the following day? No shops around.When I asked the house keeping, the following morning, for additional bottle of water, he panicked and expressed fear that his management will not be happy about providing another bottle of water. I asked for a shaving kit that is available free in all hotels in the UAE. The hotel insisted on charging 10 Dirhams for the shaving kit. The hotel is not cheap at all compared to 4-start hotels who provide much better service. The above concerns were shared with one of the sales executives, who agreed to these concerns and promised to convey these concerns to the top mangement

When you book ibis, u should be expecting a certain level of service and experience... But u would always expect very high level of cleanliness and hygene... After a long working day, I reached my room, took off the blanket so I could sleep, and I found the pillow and sheets covered with blood stains... Not sure how it came but it was there! They changed the sheets and the manager offered me an upgrade, but I was too tired to move and decided to sleep... I was expecting much better compensation against such incident.
Hotels very nice , entrance very clean , staffs are nice ,friendly offering help and assistance at all the time , the place is quiet isolated from the city but taxi available 24/7 and all you need is available inside the hotel , The area is very quiet and relaxing , private indoor and outdoor parking available, and the hotel equipped with fitness center
it was my 9 th stay upon check in we was 2 couple one he didnt have his ID , the receptionist refuse to check in even he have his id in the system and i promes him to give it next day , he refuse after i went to bring the ID i found out that they cancel the reservation and o rooms , i get angry and asked for the mangers only then they fix the reservation and give me the room ,,,, these is way to lose customer
The hotel very nice but the windows very high we couldn't enjoy the veiw Using health club and swimming pool should be included The furnture need to add two coach not to spent all time on bed and the exciting coach is very narrow
It was great stay, room is very clean with nice view and reception staff they were very helpful KARIM and Nigerian guy gives free late check out, excellent service, location of the hotel is very close sheikh Zayed grand mosque.
Very good customer service Food is very good. If I get chance I would stay again. I will suggest my friends . This place very convenient and near to air port. Taxi does not cost much only AED 35=00 one way
It's not my first time staying in this hotel. But somehow it is not as nice as before. The corridor was so noisy, we can hear everything from our room! Loud n clear, almost made me felt like we didn't close the door!
very calm stay and good staff along with economic furnished hotel for best businesses stay , if the prices will stay at the same level will be the best competitor for similar hotels , self parking is the best benefits at the hotel

Took 4 standard rooms (2 doubles, 2 twins) for a family of 8. Check-in took more than 30 minutes due to unavailability of another twin room. In the end, we had to settle for another (third) double room. Also, provided only one complimentary bottled water even though two people stayed in one room. We had to ask the cheeky morning housekeeper on duty (forgot his name) for another bottle. He told me that it's hotel policy to provide only 1 bottled water. But later apologised and gave us another. Moreover, we asked the night shift reception/concierge on duty, Ahmed if the hotel could lend us towels for Yas Waterworld the next day. After calling someone, he told us that it is strictly forbidden and will not allow to lend towels (due to hotel policy...again). I told him how come I stayed in Sofitel Corniche Abu Dhabi last year (also an Accorhotel member) and were provided towels (then returned later at the end of the day). He sarcastically answered that Sofitel is a five-star and Ibis is only 3-star. A bit stunned but offered a suggestion to tell management anyway. He was also a bit condescending when I asked if the room was cleaned already after our return from Yas. He said that he was most certain that it was tidied and sheets were changed. Unfortunately, when we got inside the room, it was still unkempt and same used sheets were there. Phoned to inform him about the matter and to send a housekeeper right away. He said impatiently that he will send one. Alas, no one came after waiting for more than 15 minutes. I dialed housekeeping directly, which was picked up by a delightful lady and in less than 10 minutes, sent a polite and responsible housekeeping staff, Murali. Murali cleaned the room, changed the sheets and provided 2 bottled water without being told. After completing the task, he apologised and asked if he had forgotten something to do. I was truly marveled with Murali's courtesy, diligence and unique quality of service. All in all, the room was cosy and bed was comfy. Buffet breakfast was alright yet needs more variety. The restaurant staff were attentive and very friendlyl, too. We quite enjoyed our stay for 3 days.
overall, it was great. you've got to overlook the minor things, forget the noise coming from the jet skii guys in the lake behind the hotel, or the outdated music playing the whole day. forget that you can explore the area walking. the staff are the best in the front, I wish they have currency exchange service in the hotel.
Amazing staff with a welcoming smile and friendly attitude, I think its the signature identity of ibis. the stay was very relaxing as usual. my only suggestion to have is varied menu in your breakfast, usually on our weekend stay we land up eating same stuff.......we enjoy it though
It was a pleasant stay as usual. Friendly staff, excellent service and at a great location. It's really peaceful location and I would like to be there soon. It was extremely satisfied trip overall. Keep it up ibis.
Normally the check in or front desk is busy, and since there is no clear line for the queues, it easy get dis-organized and see people coming from the side and get served while you were waiting for 10 to 15 minutes !! and at the same the receptionist try to serve such people !!!! - It happened to me and I noticed the same happened to another person when I just arrived and wait in the queue!! The management MUST but bars with ropes or something similar to organize the queue and the staff MUST advise firmly the people not following such rule or trying to be smart!
