The hotel is clean and the team is generous .The location is not good enough. Bathroom cleanliness is awesome but one thing to be putted into consideration is there is no fridge in the room. The service is satisfactory



Everything in the hotel was nice and clean, the personnel at the reception was extremely efficient. Service at the bar was very attentive, I would say even exceptional. Much better experience than at the Algier Hilton the night before!!!

The staff should be more welcoming their customers, specially at reception because it's the first point you encounter when you enter the Hotel from your long trip. I was really disappointed when they booked room with extra money to pay because it's sea view, but I didn't order to have this view and that was the only choice. If I comeback to Oran I will certainly not book at Ibis Hotel



Well, i think this hotel is OK, it is very clean and good design. I love that ,the bed is comfortable. But i just want to say,the internet is very terrible. I have to use the 3G card to send the email. The internet in one hotel well-known like this is not normal.



Good price/quality. My problem is breakfast: could be healthier! No fruit variety, no healthy bread, no cereals. Tough, lots of cakes! Staf is nice. Rooms are stander. Internet connection is terrible!

Very bad internet connection, Very bad breakfast service, everyday sth was missing, one day coffee, one day bread, one day fork etc. Contionusly disturbed by the room services even "PAS" ticket has plugged on the door. No toilet bruches in the toilets, hair dryer was out of order, reported to the reception many times, not solved. The safe in the room was out of order.



Stayed here for a full week during a trade show. Rooms are OK. Toilet cramped could not sit straight and no toilet brush. My collegues hair dryer did not work and after 3 days of asking for it to be repaired was offered another room instead of a technical/maintainance visit. Most disturbing was the breakfast service, pleasant if ineffectual staff. and every single day there were repeated items missing or not refilled from the buffet and nobody to notice. Imagine wanting to drink tea and finding there was 1. No cups 2. Hot water machine asks for a password 3. No Teabags 4. No spoons...all in the same 10 minutes. The norm seems to be that if the customer does not ask for it then do nothing... an 8 out of 10 stay that became a 5 out of 10 for ineptitude and poor training/management.
