From 19.30 until midnight, there was a constant procession of very noisy guests shouting in the corridors and even playing music followed by a repeated slamming of doors. Complaint to reception was met with " there was parties of guest booked in, Sorry"? Breakfast was very limited in choice. Parking adjacent to the hotel for 5 cars only. Altogether a most unpleasant stay.
room stank cigarette smoke, managed to get it changed after a period of time, but even that room, despite a non-smoking room, when you opened the window it was obvious from the dog ends that no one takes any notice.
Initially found the signage a little confusing as we were looking for an Ibis Styles hotel but only shows 'All Seasons' sign. Two lifts to the rooms which were adequate but a little tired and dated, good wardrobe space, with a 'welcome' bag of sweets (for the granddaughter) and a bottle of Evian. Hotel parking at the rear of hotel but only about 8 spaces. Hotel positioned by the railway station entrance in the busy banking/insurance district of Le Mans, but in our 5th floor double glazed room there wasn't any traffic noise. We had the 'included in the price of the room' 97 euros breakfast which we all found good - tea or coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice and the usual continental fare of croissants, bread, cereals, ham, cheese, yoghurt etc.. All in all we found the All Seasons a good reasonably priced stopover hotel. Tip: take a shortcut through the railway station and across the front concourse and you are then only a few minutes walk from the shops and restaurants.
