We loved the decor, baby foot table, generous breakfasts (with fresh orange juice and DIY egg poaching machine). Dogs were welcome; and car parking was safe and easy. We loved being so close to Maison Schindler (one of Nancy’s best patisseries). And we loved being able to easily walk to Brasserie Excelsior, with its amazing art nouveau interior (which is also dog friendly) … and to walk to the art nouveau museums (villa Majorelle is a must!)

The whole central area has been revamped and the rooms got a fresh layer of paint. As usual the old Ibis shines through. The room was clean, but the airconditioning did not cool. Even in May with several warm days (26 Celsius) the room, was to warm to sleep in (under the roof). Breakfast was what to expect. The distance to the city Centre was about a 5 minute walk, which was great and beautiful aswell! The parking behind the hotel also was very pleasant. Mind you that the price at time of booking was 10% higher than mentioned on the site at the same day.
