Stay was brilliant. Staff were very helpful and insightful on what to do in Leuven. Booked last minute and was able to turn up no more than 3 hours later. We would defiantly stay at Ibis Budget Leuven.

Cheap budget hotel but has what you need, good bed, a small desk and good wifi. Basic breakfast. Perfect location just next to the train station and well worth its price, as long as you pay budget prices.

Simple budget hotel. Tidy & quiet enough. Close to the railway station and not far, in fact, to the city centre. Don't expect too much. Good enough just for a short stay in Leuven. Also close to Brussels Airport - only 15 minutes by train.

Conveniently located for easy access to Leuven centre on foot. Parking is problematic with nowhere to stop to load/offload. Hotel is almost on top of the train station and sound proofing is not great - so you get to hear not only the train movements but even the station announcements! Room is basic as expected, but comfortable. Good continental breakfast buffet. Unless you need to be in the centre of Leuven, you may be better off at the full service Ibis Leuven-Heverlee, about 3 miles away which is much more comfortable and has free parking.

Ibis Budget Hotel Leuven is adjacent to the Railway Station and the embarkation point for the buses to the festival. It is always clean and well kept and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The rooms are basic but just perfect for a place to put your head at the end of a heavy festival day.

Get what you pay for. Don't expect bathrobes and a jacuzzi. Handy for station and bars/restaurants there. 10 minutes walk to Centre. Always efficient. Rooms quiet and reasonably comfortable. Don't share with 2 others if you aren't very good friends!

Satisfactory accommodation for those who are on a budget and just need the minimum comforts. Note, however, that the hotel does not provide parking, so you have to park in the nearby garage. On weekends it is only 5 euro per night, but on weekdays it is 20 euro per night. The room was fairly quiet, but I could hear the people in the neighboring room when they were urinating in their toilet. The breakfast buffet was good and worth the extra price.

The remote control of the tv did not work. There was a big brown spot on the wall. The rest was ok for the price. Perfect location, nice breakfast, nice personal. Internet for free and nice area at the entrance where you can work

Great Hotel, it is located very close to Leuven train station, you only have to go at the end of station to find it. The prices are not expensive, if you do not take a breakfast. The room are cleaned and the people in the receptions are very friendly.

I stayed at the Ibis Budget Hotel in Leuven due to work. The room was clean, the double bed was big enough and the WIFI was fast. The room as well as the breakfast met my expectations. I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone travelling for business.

The room are very in the clean limit toilet dirty and general strange smell. I don't want to be there I I could choose. The breakfast is very expensive and bad quality but all the people working there are amazing, always willing to help

Very warm welcome from receptionist. The place looks classy for an Ibis hotel. Nothing too much trouble for the staff to cope with. The room was bright and spacious with a nice walk in shower. The beds very even more comfortable than mine at home which says quite a lot as I chose my mattress at home especially for comfort. Breakfast was brilliant with a waffle maker included. I loved playing with it. Plenty of choice foodwise and what an incredible welcome from the member of staff tasked with ensuring that everything was fully stocked up. "Good morning Sir" and "good to see you this morning" were her greetings as she boomed this out over the room. One negative though...we thought the room floor was clean but after showering we noticed that our feet must have picked up a load of fluff from the floor as it remained in the shower. looking at the corners of the room they needed a good vacuuming. he rest of the hotel appeared spotless. On our final day on checking out, we asked where we could find a taxi. The reply from the receptionist was "in 2 minutes time directly outside the hotel sir. Would you like me to make the call?" What great service. And the taxi arrived in under 1 minute!

I use this hotel when I am in Leuven. There is good price and consistent quality of service. Good place for me, near railway station. It is near to bus station when I regulary go to the Zythos beer festival.

Hi! My fiancée and I stayed 3 days at that hotel for the 2d times. Its still a delight to meet the staff and to get a room such well organised. Everyone we met at the reception desk and elsewhere in the hotel gave us lot of informations about Leuven... Thanx! :)

Basic hotel, clean and tidy, good location for staying one night. Excellent front of house gave good directions for local facilities. Breakfast basic but very good for the price Parking the car only bad point

This wasn't my first time staying at this hotel, but for the last two occasions I have to say I was very disappointed. The staff is very nice, but the rooms were not clean at all. The shower had hair ( and not from your head...) in it and the bed stank. Decided not to return.

This hotel location is excellent for our visits to Belgium, as Lueven is an excellent place to stay with great rail service and your hotel is in the station. We would only ask that the plumbing be maintained on a routine basis and that some of the excellent breads Belgium be made available for breakfast. The white breads can not be eaten by my wife, who is a diabetic. The computer in the lobby is excellent, however, the browser software needs to be updated (no cost to the hotel with Windows) and a printer should be assigned to this set so that your guests can print boarding documents for their flights at the Brussels airport, thus avoiding a long wait in line and allowing them to go directly to immigration and security. The pillows shown in your marketing materials would be very nice to have in reality, as the actual pillows are flat and hard. It is still a great price and as noted your location is excellent, with a grocery store directly below the hotel.

We only stayed one night on our way to Germany, so we're not aware of its proximity to any attractions, shops and so on but our room was quiet, comfortable and good value. The only real disadvantage was the lack of on site parking but we managed to park on the street and there is pay parking nearby.

My stay was fine. Easy to book, quick to check in, room was clean, parking underneath was fine (€19 overnight). Right next to Leuven station Only complaint was it was not easy to see the Ibis sign so I drove past it a couple of times.

Ideally situated right next to the train station at Leuven, it's only a short walk into town from there, under the station and down the main drag. There are several bars that serve food in the square on the opposite side of the station to the hotel. All were reasonably priced & the ones I tried all served good sized portions. The Ibis Budget is the same as the other Ibis budgets I've stopped in, although standards in this one seemed to have slipped a little since I last stayed 18 mths ago. The cleaning needs more attention to detail. Although the towels were changed every day as requested, the whole Ibis budget brand seems to think a fully grown adult can get dry with the small, almost hand towel size towels. If there's more than one person in the room I'll think you'll struggle. That said, everything else was fine, the bed linen was clean, the bed comfy and the room very quiet, although I was right at the end of the corridor on the 7th floor (I did request a quiet room). Overall pleasant for the price.
