I arrived at the hotel at 1:15am after a late flight from Doncaster, no problems checking in...I'd done that on-line. But when we got our room it was freezing! the air conditioning wasn't working... when I complained in the morning I was told that it "wasn't the season for the heating to be on". We were given an electric heater that plugged into a socket.....but the thermostat turned up to its highest never even took the chill off the air before it cut out! I use this Hotel on a regular basis and was happy to keep my custom with Ibis, but on this occasion it came up short on our satisfaction score. A wife wants me to book with a different hotel chain next time, all because no forethought was given to low temperatures in the month of September. Surely the system for running the main heating could be thermostatically controlled to cut in when unseasonal low temperatures arise. The hotel must be said is showing signs of age in cleanliness in the floor coverings, and general fittings such as chairs in the breakfast restaurant (wobbly), and basically it's not the same hotel as I have used for the last few years and been satisfied with.

We slept there on my way from the airport, fortunately only for one short night. First, I was extra charged for parking, which lifted price to the level of other more reliable hotels in Wrocław which I'd already visited. Room was small (but I expected that for that price) with window view directly to parking. exit from shower was almost directly to bed (yes, shower which was open to the room, not bathroom as a separate space), there was no shower gel etc and bed was awful. I know at least 2 hotels which offer better condition for similar price (including parking) in Wrocław.

Nice quiet location. Have been there several times, (at Novotel on conferences) and around this district. Good city transport for city centre, and not very big but useful parking place. Good Ibis Budget quality, however too much Canal+ programs, to less international channels.

Pros: good value for money, nice staff, near to South Park;) and supermarket (Lidl) Cons: little bit far from city center, no shampoo (! you can only buy it at reception desk) - soap only, poor public transport at night, thin walls so noisy neighbors can be annoying

Budget, but enough stylish and clean to come back. Small trouble at the desk after online booking. Was twice here and will come back. Photos www. typowainternautka. pl/2014/11/ibis-budget-39-z- nocleg-tani-moze-nawet.html

This was an excellent hotel. The staff were all very helpful and courteous. They gave us the name of a good restaurant only 5 minutes away from the hotel. It was called Podkowa, just turn left onto the main road to the traffic lights, cross over and turn right. This restaurant is then just across the road. It is a hotel as well, but they do cater for non-residents. The breakfast at the Ibis was very good, what you expect from a continental breakfast. The location was good as well. Trams No 9 & 15 will take you into town, just a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The receptionist gave us directions on how to get there. The rooms were clean with a comfortable bed. The wi fi was also very good to contact our family on Skype. We would certainly stay in this hotel again.

Good location. For me it was very good place to stay overnight. I travel to Germany by car. Friendly staf. Room and around was clean. Car parking secure. WiFi connection but bit slow. But it was possible read mailsand look for weather.

Small but clean and comfortable room. Not in the city centre but communication is good no 9 and 15 tram from main station. Breakfast like every where else. There is no restaurant or bar in it but you can eat in other hotel nearby or pick something from the machine.

You should state clearly that Ibis became in fact an Etap hotel. I know Ibis from Germany or Czech Republic but this Ibis was the nastiest place Ive ever stayed. No need to say more but I had to extend my stay but chose totally different hotel only 20 zl ( 5 euro) more expensive than subject Ibis. You want details here you are: 1. The most uncomfortable bed ever. 2. Totally no privacy while taking shover. 3. Nasty towels 4. No liquid soap in the shower. 5. Walls so thin that i could hear the person next door in the toilet ( fart sounds etc) 6. Bottle of water in vending machine 6 zloty !!!!! I could buy cheaper in Sheraton. 7 130zl that I paid is not worth it especially if 2 km away i paid 150 for decent and elegant 3 star hotel. 8. Ibis standard is for backpackers and truck drivers so ypu shpuld be located at the highway not 5km from center of big city. shpuld state clearly that this Ibis does not provide a regular Ibis standard or leave the name Etap so that everyone knows what standard he can expect.

Location> It is good and practical location for business specialy for businessman who likes Novotel which is very close to IBIS BUDGET South. Rates are reasonable Cleanliness is good no claims . sleep quality also good.

About 80 € for 2 bed room for 4 nights... 20 € per night! Of course the place is essential, no fridge in the room, but you have distributors of beverages and snacks at the entrance. Personnel is young but very cooperative. Parking is an extra, it costs 15 zloty per day, so I spent more 15 € for the entire stay The place is clean, is not in the center, but in 15 minutes of driving you're near Rynek. I hated the pillows, but this is normal in all hotels, I don't like soft pillows, one is little, two is too much. The WC is separated from the bathroom, this is an habit in Poland, I realized. A good idea, I think

For me, the worst part was the fact that this "Hotel" if i can actually call it that, is regarded to be budget, well let me tell you that for this kind of quality you can easy find a hostel or apartment that would have been even better, and much closer to center...a very bad experience in total...and as a frequent traveller I can honestly say I'm very disappointed and will never even consider it again, even if it was cheaper, as it really didn't deliver on any level.
