Lovely location - very reasonable, friendly staff and clean rooms , the reception staff were more than welcoming and were able to assist me with my enquiries. The rooms were comfortable and it was suited to my needs.

Very small room but separate bath room and toilet. Enough lighting, but room service is poor, my room was not cleaned 2 days, no kettle to make a tea, used to have early morning tea. Other wise very convenient location. With the extra service station, foods and drinks were available over 24 hrs a day.

This hotel is in an excellent location if you have to fly out from Heathrow very early in the morning. It's also handy for eating out at Beaconsfield, or of course there are a number of places to choose from on the Services area. It used to be very reasonably priced, but now I think is rather expensive for what you get, which is a very small room with a shower cubicle, a toilet cubicle and a hand basin in the bedroom with no privacy to it. The room appears, and is, mainly clean - until you glance in the corners and look under the bed which was thick with dust. Convenient, but costly

Very efficient. Room spotless. Very quiet room no noise. No frills. Tip don't forget shower gel as none in the room, possibly the only oversite. Would recommend as a budget hotel. Great eateries on site something for everyone and a Weatherspoons

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this great hotel in a superb location. It is surrounded by around 8 different restaurants covering Nando's, wetherspons, Indian, thai, etc. Excellent location for roads on the M40

Great, easy to find, and good value. Comfortable bed and friendly staff. No fuss, straight in late at night and straight out first thing in the morning. The only point I will make is that, although soap is provided. Shampoo is not.

Excellent as always. Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed and the tea from the machine was surprisingly very good. Have stayed here several times on our way to France, but would also consider staying for longer if we wanted a short break as it is close enough to London. Staff always friendly and helpful even at 6 in the morning!

The room was clean, and had all the minimum requirements. No tea/ coffee facilities in the room. The staff at the reception desk were helpful, overall the service was quick and efficient. I would definitely stay in the hotel again.

Stayed at this Budget Hotel several times - just 11 miles from Heathrow Airport so handy for an early morning flight or landing late. Staff always very friendly and welcoming - rooms basic but immaculately clean with a great shower. Beds so comfortable and towels provided. Can check in and out on line. Book early and get a fantastic price.Situated at Services off the M40 Junction 2 - Shops and restaurants in this complex - everything anyone could need or want - plenty of parking but Hotel is so quiet inside. Disabled parking outside the door and 5 ground floor disabled rooms so ideal for anyone in a wheelchair or not very good on their pins....

My third or forth stay here and we always find the accommodation to a very high basic standard, immaculately clean and check in team so helpful. Originally booked a double with the other half but ended up beinging my son so instantly tried to re-bed us thanks for trying!

The room was clean. The loo are a bit small if you are a large person, but for me it was fine. I paid £39 for my evening and although there wasn't a kettle, there were hot drinks to buy from a dispenser in reception for a £1 or so. There were towels and a bar of soap. It was basic but there was a tv and I brought in my own refreshments for the evening. I got a good nights sleep. Reception is 24 hours so I was able to check out at 5.30am in the morning without any problems. There are lots of places to get food at the service station so that is convenient, but it can be a bit busy at times.

Hotel was chosen on basis of cost for the location, and was extremely 'no frills'. It was clean and tidy, but poorly maintained (air conditioning broken, bathroom areas barely working) and the staff, whilst friendly, appeared disinterested throughout our stay.

Stayed for one night and was dreading it! I travel a lot on buisness but had failed to realise it was Ascot so couldnt get into any of my usual hotels. Booked this and was pleasently surprised! Quiet, comfy, good free wifi, nice shower and reasonable air con. Guy on reception was helpful, friendly and polite. Downsides were no mobile coverage in any rooms (apparently due to the building materials) and no coffee making facilities in-room. Although you can get a tea or coffee from reception for a few pennies. Would stay again if it was convenient.

Why on earth do the rooms not have separate bathrooms? Having the shower and sink in the room is very odd! And even if you try and hide your decency there are massive mirrors on all sides once yo leave the shower! Only suitable for couples and not for use on business trips.

Room was small but very comfortable, good value for money. Very convenient to the motorway and with the Weatherspoon's next door plenty of choice for dining, had an early breakfast and then on the way

As usual all was good and clean and fresh. It is a standard room, identical to one at Ibis Berlin and Ibis Paris. You know what it looks like before you get there. Simple and reliable. I have had issues with wi-fi in the past but these have been resolved. Perfect signal. We often visit As we have family nearby and will always stay at this hotel.

Glad we were there only 1 night, won't be staying again! Shower was crampt, toilet door didn't shut and bed was uncomfortable. Only 2 plug sockets were available, neither in a useful place making it all very challenging!

Considering the price in comparison to IHG group not a great difference but IHG Express give points, in the room tea and coffee and a much larger room. After staying in this hotel for nearly 12 months and no rewards????

Asked for room overlooking lake so they put us overlooking the pubs rear courtyard. Hot stuffy night so had to have window open with noise all night or sounds of staff shifting stock around. Thin mattress and thin hard pillows added to disconfort. Th compact room is livable if its a sleepover but the cramped WC I never wish to repeat. Whoever thought that was a good idea is an idiot. Contacted Ibis and registered a complaint.....we will be back to you in 48 hours it acknowledged.....yeah right!! The staff were very pleasant and engaging. It was very clean but they have pushed the budget to thin and its basically an unpleasant experience. First time in an Ibis and their CS is poor.

I was in room 155, room was ideal for my needs, shower was excellent, however my only gripe was the hand basin seemed to take ages to empty, not a major problem, but one Id thought Id mention.Great having all the food outlets closeby, spoilt for choice, overall a good 3 nights, will definately use again.
