Nice stop over on route to Spain, parking a phaf, down one lot of stairs to go outside to get to other set to go back up. Wi-Fi needs updating, too weak. Don't stay at back of hotel which overlooks the railway line, not great for a good nights sleep. Not much to do in evenings during March, not much open.

When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised as to how close the hotel was to the town centre. Lovely walk around the port, very easy check in, very accommodating. Good size room, very comfortable night's sleep.

Ibis Budget is fine for one night, and this hotel is a 10 minutes' walk to the interesting part of St Jean de Luz. It is quiet, the man at the reception desk was very friendly, and they have a closed car park next door. We don't need more when travelling to or from home

First ibis to supply 3 towels and 3 cups, but the shower was dirty, petty because the rest was very good,. The location is in a very nice village and the access to the motorway is very easy and easy to reach.

Very welcoming, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, nicer than the Ibis next door. St Jean is a great place to stay nice atmosphere, plenty of places to eat, great scenery, break fast is good on the Boulangerie opposite the hotels and cheaper too!

Well situated for all amenities. Unfortunately, that's where it ends. The staff seemed to do what they want, from reception to cleaning staff. Our room was full of dust, even the Venetian Blinds in Reception were covered in dust, someone had scraped on the dust on Blinds, "please clean me" !

A bit far from the center, but serves the purpose. We stayed a night. Room was enough for 3 people. Everything ok, cleanning could improve. Shower ok, beds ok, nice sleep. Nice walking distance to St Jean.

You get what you pay for. The price at this budget hotel is very good and the hotel very clean, tidy and well kept. The staff are helpful and friendly. It is actually at the back of the IBIS Ciboure, why pay more. Whilst the area around the hotel is not inspiring, it's location is excellent being only a short walk into Saint Jean. If you want a couple of nights here then it is fine as a pit stop on the way south. We will be staying here again, good choice.

We arrived well into the afternoon and our rooms weren't ready. After speaking with reception it got sorted within half an hour. The rooms were clean but a little 'tired'. Air conditioning didn't work in one of the 2 rooms. We were here this time last year and our experience was excellent. Bit disappointed this time round.

Great low cost hotel, reception clean and bright and very efficient, helpful and polite and can speak English. Clean and comfortable rooms. Only 10 minutes walk to the town centre and beach. Many good restaurants in town.

Good value for money and convenient to the town and station and local restaurants, a good place for an overnight stay. Staff were very helpful and would stay there again for a short break if in that area

Hi We booked a room for three on the way to Portugal, one of us had to sleep without sheets as they didn't provide bedding for one of the beds. On the way back form Portugal we stayed in the same hotel this time they gave us the sheets but didn't actually make the third bed. I'm surprised that the cleaners didn't leave a cloth and polish so we could clean the room before we left. if you like basic and want to just use it to sleep then go ahead, not bad for 47 euro.

First time at this Hotel. It has a great location, but small rooms, and a hard bed. This hotel is ideal for an overnight transit stop, there are many local restaurants within a 5 minute walk, the total also has underground secure car parking available for a small charge. Would use again despite the hard bed.

Having stayed at Ibis Budget hotels before, we were very disappointed with the cleanliness. Room was overall dusty. Carpet was full of stains and didn't look like it was even vacuumed. Toilet paper holder was failing apart. At least the bedsheets and toilets were clean. Breakfast could have a bit more options but it was just ok. A negative point was that everyone had to grab the same bread baguettes with their hands in order to slice it. Not very hygienic.
