Hotel is mostly for business purpose. Rooms are small in size. Service is good, food is above average. Washroom is very small (resembles flight toilet). Even the swimming pool is small. Nice for a day stay.
Room, breakfast and service is average. Cleanliness is poor. Specially towels need to be changed immediately as the color of towels have changed. Location of the hotel is good. Over and average cleanliness need to be improved drastically.
Fine hotel. Excellent restaurant. Rooftop pool is a plus (though I forgot my swim trunks). A short walk to the new Metro, but without sidewalks, unfortunately. Perhaps Ibis can work with the city of Jaipur to add sidewalks.
We stayed in 2 connecting rooms for my wife & i & 2 sons for 9 nights. 1. Rooms are clean with good lighting & universal sockets. 2. Comfy beds & clean linens. 3. Excellent water pressure. 4. 24/7 room service is great. 5. We like that everything was organized in shipshape manner. 6. Generous breakfast buffet. 7. We hired daily car with driver through the hotel concierge which was so good. 8. Online check in before our actual arrival was excellent. 9. Every Ibis staff was helpful especially Ayman & Rakesh.
It's a perfect business hotel with all the amenities a person is looking for business travel. Evening food Manu is perfect & food quality is excellent. Rooms are neat & clean. Location is also good. Overall I am very satisfied with my two days stay.
I feel like my 2nd home there. So comfortable there. As i went there many times per year. I could stay on same category of the room I prefer. They prepare the kind of pillow i like, the bed is very comfortable. I had been sick during my stayed. Paveen who does service at restaurant could prepare the foods for sick people like me, even they are not on the menu. All personal there are like my friends now.
1) A cute, cosy room.. a tad stuffy, though. 2) Great food. 3) Great location. 4) The tables in the restaurant weren't clean. Please pay attention to this aspect. 5) Your front office staff, Mr Rakesh was extremely courteous & efficient
The stay was not satisfactory because No valet service for car park No welcome drink on arrival No priority check in .. even after doing a web check in through Accor website. They made us wait for nearly 30 odd min. The room was really not up to the mark as not worth the price given for. The bathroom looked liked a very clostophobic place as it was like a closed room. The breakfast served was really bad as it was all Indian no continental breakfast at all. The choice of dishes served in breakfast was really bad. When you have a self car parking service atleast have a person to clean them next morning. This is the least you can do. A suggestion if you can follow. When you know before hand that a person has driven from a different city lest you can do is to provide 2 bottles of bisleri water for the onward journey. Over all the stay was bad and I would personally write to Accor to remove you from there list partner hotels as you guys are degrading the name of the ACCOR.
Excellent staff. Special appreciation to front Desk personnel: Mr. Viral and Akash, Chefs: Mr. Pankaj, Vikash and Raghesh, Waiters :Mr. Dinesh, Sachin and Naveen Security: Mr. Dharmendar and the lady Breakfast and dinner spread was good. My room AC had a problem, the blower wasn't working properly, I had to get an pedestal fan to solve my issue. Please take the matter of Sirconditionong seriously. Raphy
an extremely poor experience. nothing was good. i would never stay again and never recommend it to my friends. More attention needs to be given to customer care. the check in experience was really bad as I was made to wait for long and room was not ready despite my on line check in
I have stayed before at hotel Ibis at various places across the country and also in Novena as well as in Bencoolen, Singapore. Stay as always was comfortable. Ambience was good & room was clean and so were the staff in decency. Enjoyed few traditional cuisines in dinner specially the "dudhi ka halwa".

Whilst at the hotel I experienced very poor attitudes from hotel staff. I feel that as a hospitality provider, customer service should be at the forefront of your priorities. To explain in more detail Hie, I would like to share my very first time experience which happened in Jaipur Ibis hotel. I had a stay alongwith my sister for 20Jan check in and 21Jan check out. Two women travelling alone, Since working for a corporate firm in customer service with 18 years experience I know what customer satisfaction is. I have heard a lot about Ibis from my clients accross the world for the good service you provide. Every thing was going good but on 21 Jan when we were wrapping up to leave the hotel, your staff + so called Manager MR AMIT showed his best frustated services at the main front office area. You have CCTV, you can too check and review the thing. we were suppose to leave somewhere, so with great difficulty we booked a taxi inspite or Uber and ola cab strike. He said to keep the luggage in cloak room which would take time, we said please get it done fast but again he was rude and attitude on his face, NO SMILE NO COURTESY, He could have said the same in soft tone and polite way but NOthing like that. Finally we missed our cab and no taxi was booked after that. You have a policy of 15 MINUTE SATISFACTION MENTIONED IN LIFT. but the 1 minute dissatisfaction service with his attitude made us regret that why we spent on this Hotel. Firstly I have never seen customer taking out luggage from the room while checking out, wherein Mr Amit told us that we do not provide this service, its a self service, wherein the 1st day from your gatekeeper till our room the luggage was sent via Housekeeping fellow. Oh god its such a small issue but disgustingly so cheap. His 1 word and the frustation and attitude put a service to a big ZERO, Else this could have been an appreciation mail for you. I can tell more than 1000 of my collegues to stop using IBIS service accross the world. This is humilating and embarrasing. Finally after few hours when some other person who was there a room service till hotel room for luggage was very much provided, why is this
comfortable stay and flexible . Hotel in the city center . Good rooms for a couple. good breakfast. easy to approach. Centrally located for reaching the tourist places. Good travel desk. The staff was frendly.
all good, bathroom is very small, should be bigger, no door bell in the rooms, no newpapers in the room, rest everything was very good, rooms were very neat, bed mattress was very spongy, may not be suitable for everyone.
I have stayed all over the world in IBIS and they stick to a certain standard of comforts and cleanliness. In Jaipur cleanliness was missing in toilet. The commode was stained at bottom and towels grey and worn out. Shower holder cracked resulting in water shooting over the door. Worst nightmare is the mattress does not fit within wooden frame of the bed resulting in mattress hanging out on one side and if you or your partner sleeps on that side he will be sleeping on a slope. Frame needs to be extended. Both maintenance agency and laundry to be sacked and fresh towels to be purchased. Commode to be scrubbed clean at the bottom. I spent 2 nights in room 611, 107. Avoid. Housekeeping never bothers to attend complaints, so the receptionist. Notice inside lift says if your issue is not resolved in 15 minutes, stay is free. I want refund
Mixed experience. Few negatives were (i) No smiling face seen among hotel employes except guards at the entrance, (ii) No welcome drinks offered - cold reception, (iii) No news paper provided in room, (iv) Body moisturizer not provided in room - must in air-conditioned rooms. Positives were (i) clean and tidy room, (ii) efficient house-keeping staff (iii) food was good. .
- Ibis Jaipur is a great place for the tariff one is paying. - Check-in and check-out was a quick and easy. - It has decent amenities in the room + a few shared ones on each floor. - The room was neat and clean and bathroom too was spotless. - The duty manager, front desk and the overall staff was incredibly courteous and helpful. - Granted its not near the airport but then Jaipur has shorter traveling distances so one can easily get around town. - The in-room dining menu could be better. - The restaurant is pretty small. If the hotel is full, then one may face some waiting time.
Excellent Food Taste and Service provided by the staff. Everyday, we tried different food, but it tasted excellent. I was traveling with my family and I was little worried for them, whether they would like the food or not. Actually, they enjoyed.
Good location, courteous staff, good restaurant area, food & snacks available 24x7 Whenever I go to Jaipur,I prefer to stay in Ibis only. would recommend travelers to opt for this hotel without any hitch.
This hotel can make me feel like home now as i need to go to Jaipur in every 2 months. Most of the staffs knew me. They are very friendly and helpful. My room is clean and they even know what kind of pillow i need & they know my schedule when do i want that they clean my room & etc.... I slept very well there.
