Decent clean room, and great location spoiled by poor customer service. The receptionist was incredibly slow dealing with other customers, and I had to wait a good twenty minutes for him to deal with 3 customers - which seemed excessive. Then when he was free, instead of saying "Sorry for the Wait" or speakign ayt all, he went right to the back of the room and starteddoing some additional paperwork that clearly could have been done at a later stage. I had to ask another member of staff to get him to come back and let me pay him. He did eventually come to the front and served me but was really slow the whole time, and there was a long queue behind me. I clearly stated "I'd like to pay for my room and get my key". He kept asking me additional questions and asking if I'd like to upgrade, and asking if I'd like to put extra money on a tab, and then explaining what a room tab is (which of course is common knowledge and doesn't require explaining). I don't mind waiting if there's a reason for it, but the receptionist seemed deliberately slow and poorly managing his tasks. I can't remember having to wait so long in the past, and he was needlessly slow and discourteous. I remember thinking at the time I'd like to make a formal complaint because it really bothered me. Other than the receptionist, the location was good, the rooms were ok, and the room was perfectly clean. The cleaning staff do an excellent job, and the views from the balcony were amazing.

Hairs in the bed and in the shower, really terrible. If you want to take a shower in the room 104, be careful, you may need a Baywatch in fact a flooding is assured if you will take your shower longer than one minute.

I'm really unsatisfied because of the staff at the check out , problems on the system and the manner he spoke to me in front of my spouse, I waited a lot at the reception knowing that at my arrival I gave all details to speed up the check out, I was delayed on my next trip , catastrophic I preferred to use another hotel for my new stay and I will use another hotel when I comeback to Constantine next week.

It's na Íbis like all the others. But na expensive one! There was a noise near my room, probably another's room AC. Terrible. Dificult to sleep. By the end they charged me 2500 dnz more. Need to be carefully.

no other option to take another hotel , waiting for the new hotel to open ,then will not use this hotel, there was not resturant working, no safety box and when i complained for that things the guy who should fixed the box was not available and they asked me to wait till evening .

i was calling the reception a day before we arrived more than 10 times to confirm the booking but no answer..dinner was buffet but with one choice of food not too much variety .also breakfast. is not rich comparing the price.

I've been to IBIS Constantine during the past few weeks, i can say that it's an above average Hotel, what disappointed me is the breakfast and the WIFI connection as it's too slow. and what pleased me was the sleeping quality as the sleeping quality is among the best.

it seems that employee over there are not really able to handle the work at ibis from the reception people to service and especially service people a bar area , very bad service over there. not clean i was seeing spider net at my room, safety box was closed , tooks 2 days to open it and i do not feel comfortable when i am there.

Staff is very nice. Rooms are ok, even good for Algeria standards but breakfast and dinner is very expensive and not good. Thing is that alternatives at a walking distance are not much so you have to pay.

The ibis Constantine, placed in a very good location as staff over there are very welcoming and doing there responsibility in very kind atmosphere. Especially clean of room and type of service were the best ever seen at Ibis hotel

This IBIS is not far from airport while it location is very good near city center. Also, there's a masjed nearb. meanwhle, Check-in & Check-out team were very friendly but may need to be quicker. Food is very good in both dinner & breakfast. The rooms are very nice... but i was chocked that room door cannot get closed automatically when i get out.

Excellent location, good rooms. Services need improvement and training. Staff willing - but needs to be trained properly. Food is poor - even for Ibis-standards. Excellent: free parking & fre WiFi in all rooms.
