We have stayed hear several times but this time we where in room 410 this room is next to the lift on a Saturday night NOT GOOD it wasn't voices just a Nosy Lift that the staff knew about and comment on yes it is all ways like that and then the Bed the stuffing was coming out asked the staff and they cleaned it up but was back in the morning not a good nights sleep as mattress wasn't good and lift

We have stayed here multiple times and have had a good experience each time. The hotel is a standard Ibis Budget hotel (very basic but clean and comfortable). It is a 10 minute walk from the Hounslow Central Underground station which is 3 stops from Heathrow. Hounslow has a decent shopping area with a mall (the Treaty Centre) and a small Tesco grocery store on the ground floor of the building. Very convenient. The only negative about staying here is it is around 45 minutes by underground to central London. But given the price difference, I am quite willing to commute.

I stay in this Hotel about 5 times a year and each time I have no comments. I have noticed a change in staff recently but servcie remains impecable. Location for me is big issue; parking availability and within Tube reach. Refurbishment of rooms very nice. I look forward to my next stay next week-end !!!!

Stayed here for overnight stay before morning flight from Heathrow. Friendly staff at reception. Room was basic, clean and comfortable. Plenty hot water for shower. I would stay here again and have no hesitation to recommend it to others.

Excellent clean budget hotel with value for money located in a place where good transport links, many good eating places as well as shopping malls. Very good customer services, no false fire alarms unlike some other budget hotels. Can have a peaceful sleep on a comfy bed after a long day.

This is absolutely no frills accommodation but clean and decent, and being able to do online check in was very convenient as we had a late arrival at about midnight. It's within a short distance from Hounslow Central Station and easily.

Nice clean room with an efficient use of space. Good use of hanging areas and nice to have a shelf under the sink. Bed is very comfy. The little desk is very useful, though would prefer a chair with a back rather than a stool. And can't see the tv when using laptop at the desk! I like the shower cubicle as there is a good sized shelf for shower gel etc, and the shower is lovely and hot and powerful. But I was disappointed there is no dispenser of shampoo/shower gel (but at least there is a tablet of soap). It is good having a separate toilet as it doesn't get wet from the shower, though I did keep banging my head on the door handle when getting up from the toilet! The reception staff were very friendly. When I arrived I found my room hadn't been cleaned from the previous guest and the housekeeping lady in the corridor didn't care, but the reception staff soon got it sorted for me. Hotel is in a good location with lots of shops and eating places nearby, as well as bus stops. Was disappointed I didn't get Accor loyalty points at this Ibis Budget, nor did I get a welcome drink on arrival (which is normal for silver status).

Our room was very small but all we needed. Neat and clean. No phone, no pool, no pets and no smoking. The staff is fantastic and if you need something, just ask like extra pillow, fan, etc. Two great pubs just down the street that have good fish and chips and lot of local patrons. Chinese right across the street and a very nice food store just around the corner Three stops on the Piccidalliy Underground line get off at Hundslow Central and walk three blocks to the left after you exit the line) this line goes to to central London.

For an affordable price, one can have a pleasant stay close to the airport and an easy ride to the city from the nearby tube station, Hounslow in it self is not an unpleasant suburb, not very exiting but there are restaunts, a couple of pubs and plenty of shops ...

the hotel is basic, the ibis budget standard. however, when paying the invoice the staff don't communicate that payment is done in a different currency with a not so fair exchange rate. the amount is not shown. pay attention when you pay at this hotel and always ask for the amount to be shown.

Located in central Hounslow Hotel is what you would expect from a budget hotel , clean and tidy with basic facilities Rooms on the small side however functional and good value for money , could be improved by providing tea & coffee making facilities in the rooms

This hotel unlike the sister hotels in France takes the definition of budget to the limit. There is no shower gel/shampoo provided which is a pain in these days of no liquids on flights. We were asked to check in online to make things quicker at the hotel and were told that if they knew our arrival time there was a chance that our rooms could be ready early. 2 rooms were ready, but only for an extra charge.

near the heathrow airport, very good to catch the early flight or arrive in London late evening., it is situlated next to the tube station. I have been staying there twice and will keep book the hotel in the future.

Budget hotel with great price and no frills. It is also next door to a Tesco (grocery Store). Takes 30 min. or so to get to Wimbledon and 30 min to get to West End for theatre Bed was very comfortable.. Breakfast was, tea, min croissants, jam or Nutella, corn flakes and yogurt.

Room, breakfast and welcome very basic - given wrong room on arrival (double instead of twin) and we were told that there were no other rooms available until I said that we would expect a discount and then a twin was miraculously found! We paid £106 and found the room very small, the beds very narrow and the breakfast very limited.

I have used this hotel more often than any other, anywhere in the world. Its location is, for me, excellent. Transport connections are almost ideal (buses and underground). The rooms are very good, particularly those adapted for people with mobility problems. The cleaning staff are mostly Polish and, therefore, very efficient and hard-working. Reception staff are very helpful and friendly. Very good value for money - no fripperies but all basic needs are met more than adequately.

We stayed here, as we often do, before a visit to Twickenham. As always, we found the staff to be approachable and helpful and our room was clean and comfortable. We requested a room away from the lift and were allocated one which overlooked the car park- the quieter side. We had two great nights' sleep despite the proximity to the airport, busy road below and the hotel being very busy. We will definitely be staying again soon, on our next visit to Twickenham!

We love the most: for our rush travelling time. The hotel is close to the airport and metro. I love the comfortable bed, feel like home. the separate shower and toilet, make the shower time better pleasant. we dont like: small shower space

In my experience, Ibis hotels are exactly what you would expect. A glorified dorm room. That said, it was inexpensive, clean, not too noisy, and a few blocks from a tube station. If you want basic, this is the place.

The staff need to understand british currency we were told they would not take our new 5.00 note. Also the lady on the desk did not understand when we asked if she new where weatherspoons pub was she offered us some spoons.
