Hotels in London are expensive but this is pretty good value - clean, modern, friendly. Obviously the room is very small but it's comfortable and there's everything you need. A great option if you're planning to fly from Heathrow - a 5 minute walk to the tube line then only 3 stops to Heathrow.

In easy walking distance from 'Hunslow central' station. Easy and fast check-in. Regular breakfast buffet. The room is the modern ibis standard. Around the corner you will find lots of restaurants and a tesco supermarket.

Booked it last year at a very good rate. Checked in online a few days before I arrived. As expected the room was clean, tidy, and the bedding clean. Cheap car park for the 2 days I was there, (although why hotels charge t park a car is beyond me!). Anyway, stayed there before and it is what it is, a room, bed, shower and security ... not forgetting cheap.

Quite disapointed with this Accor hotel. First parking is very small (only 20 cars can park) which forces you to park elsewhere. Website should inform about how small is the parking cause not so cool to carry all your stuff from another parking located 400 meters away. No shampoo nor body gel in the room. You have to pay for it at the front desk. First time I see that from an Accor hotel. Totally unacceptable even though the price for soap is 1£ per small bottle. There was a spider under my pillow! No information about restaurants around the hotel is given at the check in. My overall opinion is that this hotel Accord only wants your money they time of your stay. They don't give much about trying to build a relation with the customer in order to create a loyalty, so you come back.

Value for the money in this budget hotel although rooms are small. Rooms are very clean and very quick check-in experience. Sleep quality was very good although sometimes noise from the corridor. Overall rooms are very good although small and compact. Location is excellent with many shopping complex are around, Underground and over ground stations are walking distance, stops for busses to different directions are around the corner. Good restaurants around.

Good value for money. The room was very clean and the staff were helpful. The only criticism I would have is that the television in the room was not working. I have used this hotel many times and will continue to do so.

The environment is quiet making ideal for work or rest; it is easily accessible from Central London and very close to the Heathrow airport making it the ideal place for short stay and for tavellers on transit; it is quite comfortable; and the service is excellent - wonderful hotel receptionists!

This is probably the best bargain hotel in London. Services and facilities are basic but staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is within 10 mins walk to Piccadilly tube line or the same to SE Trains to Central London. Each room has its own shower toilet, sink and TV, as well as being well sound proofed from close flying planes. Hounslow shopping strip is less than 2 minutes away and also numerous pubs, restaurants and take aways. This was the fifth time I have stayed there more than 3 years and will not be the last. Would recommend o friends

This was another great stay at this hotel. We parked with ease when we arrived on Friday night and online check-in meant that our key was ready for us. Once again we had been kindly allocated a room that met our request to be at the back of the hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable and we had two very good nights' sleep. As always, the staff were friendly and accommodating. A problem with the electricity in our room on our return for our second night was quickly checked and addressed, with us being offered a drink while we waited and being allocated a new room in the same section of the hotel within 5 minutes, with no pressure to clear our room in the dark. This was much appreciated and meant that this was barely an inconveniece at all. We will be coming back the next time we are in London!

We have stayed hear several times but this time we where in room 410 this room is next to the lift on a Saturday night NOT GOOD it wasn't voices just a Nosy Lift that the staff knew about and comment on yes it is all ways like that and then the Bed the stuffing was coming out asked the staff and they cleaned it up but was back in the morning not a good nights sleep as mattress wasn't good and lift

We have stayed here multiple times and have had a good experience each time. The hotel is a standard Ibis Budget hotel (very basic but clean and comfortable). It is a 10 minute walk from the Hounslow Central Underground station which is 3 stops from Heathrow. Hounslow has a decent shopping area with a mall (the Treaty Centre) and a small Tesco grocery store on the ground floor of the building. Very convenient. The only negative about staying here is it is around 45 minutes by underground to central London. But given the price difference, I am quite willing to commute.

I stay in this Hotel about 5 times a year and each time I have no comments. I have noticed a change in staff recently but servcie remains impecable. Location for me is big issue; parking availability and within Tube reach. Refurbishment of rooms very nice. I look forward to my next stay next week-end !!!!

Stayed here for overnight stay before morning flight from Heathrow. Friendly staff at reception. Room was basic, clean and comfortable. Plenty hot water for shower. I would stay here again and have no hesitation to recommend it to others.

Excellent clean budget hotel with value for money located in a place where good transport links, many good eating places as well as shopping malls. Very good customer services, no false fire alarms unlike some other budget hotels. Can have a peaceful sleep on a comfy bed after a long day.

This is absolutely no frills accommodation but clean and decent, and being able to do online check in was very convenient as we had a late arrival at about midnight. It's within a short distance from Hounslow Central Station and easily.

Nice clean room with an efficient use of space. Good use of hanging areas and nice to have a shelf under the sink. Bed is very comfy. The little desk is very useful, though would prefer a chair with a back rather than a stool. And can't see the tv when using laptop at the desk! I like the shower cubicle as there is a good sized shelf for shower gel etc, and the shower is lovely and hot and powerful. But I was disappointed there is no dispenser of shampoo/shower gel (but at least there is a tablet of soap). It is good having a separate toilet as it doesn't get wet from the shower, though I did keep banging my head on the door handle when getting up from the toilet! The reception staff were very friendly. When I arrived I found my room hadn't been cleaned from the previous guest and the housekeeping lady in the corridor didn't care, but the reception staff soon got it sorted for me. Hotel is in a good location with lots of shops and eating places nearby, as well as bus stops. Was disappointed I didn't get Accor loyalty points at this Ibis Budget, nor did I get a welcome drink on arrival (which is normal for silver status).

Our room was very small but all we needed. Neat and clean. No phone, no pool, no pets and no smoking. The staff is fantastic and if you need something, just ask like extra pillow, fan, etc. Two great pubs just down the street that have good fish and chips and lot of local patrons. Chinese right across the street and a very nice food store just around the corner Three stops on the Piccidalliy Underground line get off at Hundslow Central and walk three blocks to the left after you exit the line) this line goes to to central London.

For an affordable price, one can have a pleasant stay close to the airport and an easy ride to the city from the nearby tube station, Hounslow in it self is not an unpleasant suburb, not very exiting but there are restaunts, a couple of pubs and plenty of shops ...

the hotel is basic, the ibis budget standard. however, when paying the invoice the staff don't communicate that payment is done in a different currency with a not so fair exchange rate. the amount is not shown. pay attention when you pay at this hotel and always ask for the amount to be shown.
